I'm here for work and walked to this location hoping to do a little shopping and snacking. There was nothing to do. The movie theater is still open but nothing fit with my schedule. I hope this place gets revitalized! Downtown needs something like this.

There's some construction, but I found all the areas to still be usable and it wasn't very crowded. I think the presence of the crane is putting people off. It was lovely actually because all the shaded couches were available.

It's a nice place to spend the weekend. We went to AMC It was clean and nice ticket prices are cheap and parking is the only issue. You can validate the parking ticket in AMC. But only for 4 hours. If you stay more than 4 hrs you have to pay.

It's a great place to eat anytime (Lunch , Dinner). This place has a lot of restaurants, Fast Food Centre, coffee shops, Bakeries. This place is having very nice nice ambience will fountains and beautiful trees all around. There are lot of 5 Stars hotels Hyatt, Sheraton near this area. There are lot of other attraction like Basketball stadium nearby. One can taken Light Rail to reach this place

Great friends, great food and drink, Also today, great weather. The last part of spring in Phoenix Arizona. Spent at the place of entertainment that everyone should visit. The Arizona center, has everything yours shopping heart could desire A broad selection of eateries to tickle anyones fancy. Food and drink fancy. The only noted minor inconvenience was parking due to various construction projects. But is well worth a visit. Cannot go wrong .

Shame it's not used more!! It's a great space and has been there for MANY years! We went to AMC 24 to see "Elvis". Theater was almost empty😏😒 Matinee tickets are less than $6! Food/popcorn is extortionate!! But they have to make money somewhere right!? Parking is free if you get yr ticket validated at theater!Theater!! WONDERFUL

There were 5 or 6 businesses and the rest of the area looked like a scene from a zombie apocalypse movie. The emptiness could have been serene but it just felt weird with so many empty shops there. Would not come back as is.

I just love this place. Not too busy. Also filled with homeless. It’s a great walk around “thing” and casual eats. They have a cool water oasis area. Do not walk through here at night though. There is a lady on security and she’s rude.

Don't go there they will run you off the property if you don't immediately buy something or go straight into a movie when I was waiting for my other party to arrive.... They profiled my friend and then harassed us to the point of violence!! Watch out for Grinch Morris.. u Scrooge and what really sux the most is that atop the parking garage for this place is one of my favorite views of Downtown...

Nothing really good or bad most shops are closed. Also, there are lots of homeless walking about. Keep your eyes peeled.

I haven't been to the Arizona Center in years. I happened to ha a conference at Phoenix convention center a couple blocks away. Only had an hour to eat but didn't want fast food options that were available. Made the short walk and found Arizona Center transformed from last time I was here. Place had a facelift! Many places to eat. There was a singer entertaining in the court area. And the place was clean! Recommend the Arizona Center for food options

Went early to see a movie at the AMC @ Arizona Center. There were many stores/shops including Starbucks, there were some food places, bars and a couple of water falls next to a small pond with chairs, tables and a beautiful bridge with lights. It was a peaceful, well lit area for socializing. It was nicely decorated with a tree and lights for the holiday season. There movie theater is situated within the center and I will definitely be back!

We like coming here for late night walks after getting ice cream. They have a movie theater, which is nice and usually not so busy like most. The garden is so nice at night with dime light settings. Parking is off of 5th street, towards the back.

A great spacious outdoor indoor combo area that has seen more well attended days. It is hard to rate properly due to factors mostly out of their control but I’m hoping to see more event or community related events there and it must be hard to attract retailers there after so many are in other strips. Parking was ok and just a tad confusing with an elevator that didn’t seem to connect to one level the way we walked. It felt safe enough but would maybe be a little off putting later nighttime if too quiet and not with a group. Walked through on way to movies and was surprised at how much had changed from many years ago. Rooting for a revival.

After I have mixed feelings about this revamp. It feels as if half of the restaurants closed up but there's still some serious eats.

  • 1/5 Johnny S. 2 years ago on Google
The AZ Center sucks and is dying. Most restaurants are closed. Smoothie places are closed. Subways takes too long and the food quality is poor. Hooters has greasy, cold food. Starbucks, Corner Bakery, Mexican restaurant, Canyon Cafe, 1130, Freshii, Kwench, Power Up, are all gone.

Saw a movie at AMC, I can’t believe how dirty this place has become. Are used to be very clean. Staffing could be an issue but they should at least keep it clean. Popcorn always taste burned. Just used to be a great place

Oh the possibilities... come here if you want a private place to have a convo… clean and modern place but needs something big to draw the people back. Hooters is now shut down for good 😕

  • 4/5 Chad Michael L. 5 years ago on Google
Large number of theatres so you can often see movies that have passed thru other theatres. Good parking garage & they validate. A little run down overall and even though they don’t have redoing seats, they still make you pick partuculAr seats. Weird...

This plaza is usually pretty quite and the waterfall into the pond is a nice touch. There are a few random shops and food places in the plaza but there are also a lot of empty/available shop spaces.

Visiting but it was odd to find the entrance place to the mall from the parking lot. It said busier than usual but it seemed pretty empty. Love the man made waterfalls and the connection there is between the university and the mall because it had plenty of shade, seats and relaxing water falling sounds 😌 there were only a few stores though, either they are remodeling or new stores are barely coming to the mall? We opted for leaving because sadly there wasn’t much to see 😢

One of my favorite places to walk my dog. Was even better pre-pandemic when the restaurants that were within the center were open (3 different ones) and have since closed. Hope they replace them soon.

I've been there numerous times. This time I took a friend of mine and realized how beautiful a place it is through their eyes of a friend of mine who's never been there. I highly recommend it to anyone who has never seen it.

  • 2/5 Summyr K. 9 months ago on Google
Dude.. the whole place is pretty much shut down. This used to be an awesome spot.. still could be but all the stores pretty much are shut down :( the fountain by the movie theater (which is still awesomely the same) is gone.. it's a bummer. Wish this place had a crew of friends who opened businesses here.. the architecture is great. Needs to be put back into use!

Loose bricks in the walkway from the parking structure all the way to the theater. Hardly any shops. It would be great to see it thriving again.

What was once a sprawling incredible venue is now almost an empty shell except for a few shops, a few eateries and The AMC 24. Sad actually😧

Was staying at a hotel near by. It was nice to have this available by us. If we forgot to pack something or needed to pick up drinks, we had a target close by. There was also a decent food court here, so it was convenient to get food all the time. I didn't do any retail shopping here because I was here for the Anime Expo, so all my shopping money went to that, haha,

They have here an amazing quality of dresses and jeans. They are really on top of quality. They also have good customer service. The staff members are always willing to assist us, especially when we're looking for wedding gowns, ethnic long gown, and a jeans jacket. All of them are at a lower cost. This is a good place for shopping and they all have kinds of fashion jewelry.

Is well maintain, there is some construction going on around and that spoils a bit the charm of the place but still an enjoyable meeting place with friends , many places to choose from to eat including healthy options for any type of diet, also if you want some time to yourself during lunch or between classes is good place to put your mind at ease.

Canyon Cafe ( formerly Sam's Cafe) is one of my Favorite spots. Been coming here well over 15 years. One of those places that if my friends have never been, I take em! Try the Rico Rita. Only place you'll get one. Freaking Epic. Trust me.

Lots of construction and not very many people. This place has definitely seen better days but I'm hoping it will return to its former glory someday. The tradition of movies and ice cream is still fun with the kids all these years later.

I like going to that mall. And it's picking up again. It was pretty dang bustling on a Sunday afternoon. Used to be a graveyard! Purpose of visit was viewing award-winning film "Parasite" at A.M.C. theater. And I for once remembered to validate!

Best place in down town. I have been shopping here since the 90s and it has only gotten better over the years. I would love to see the return of New York and Company. The newly added Corner Bakery is appreciated.
