    They always seem understaffed or like it's new people who can't keep up with even a couple of guests. I avoid this location. Last time I went because it was the only one on the way to the airport that accepted mobile orders, so I just left REALY early. I ordered my drink, and another drink without ice, for the person I was picking up so that their drink wouldn't be watered down by the time they made it to the car. At the drive through, 2 cars ahead of me, and 15min later I get to the speaker box. I asked for a cup of ice( so i can add to drink once friend gets to car), the girl said they can't give ice. I asked if I could just buy another drink (I could drink the tea and have ice left over) she said no since it would be for ice. .........???? I didn't have time to explain how starbucks probably wouldn't have minded me buying another drink.

    Not a good experience for me. I can't believe that barista wasn't rational in her thinking or reasoning. I had ordered an iced coffee. When I picked it up it wasn't cold enough for me so I asked for a small cup of ice and was told that she couldn't give me one because the ice machine was low on ice. I explained that my drink wasn't cold enough for me. She proceeds to tell that she remake it and I asked if she could put in extra ice and she replied yes. I then said you can remake my coffee with extra ice but you can give me a small cup of ice? Seriously!!! That is ridiculous and not very cost efficient. So she remade my coffee while the long line in the drive thru waited. Did I mention that I was in the drive thru for 30 minutes. So I know they were busy. I think Starbucks needs to educate their employees. A simple tall cup of ice would have sent me on my way and the line would continue to move. Oh my word. It is sad there is no common sense in the younger generation.

    This last 2 weeks they been giving me the coffee way to cold. they tell me is because the creamer. I have more than 9 years ordering the same but I thing they don't know what a good hot cup of coffee is.

    racism a girl attended us her name is giselle with a bad attitude she did not name the order why? because my name is Latin? She made us wait a long time and her attitude towards us looked very bad on us.

    Came to this Starbucks for refresher, more specifically a breakfast royal tea on ice. However seems like the staff here doesn’t know what a tea is, after waiting for 15 mins they messed up the tea and decided to give me Caramel Frappuccino, I asked for my tea again cause I didn’t come for a sugar bomb. Waited 15 more mins for a tea and what am I given? A coffee with milk or late whatever they want to call it. Just not my order, I had to leave the location cause of work but wow walked out of there with a $7 transaction and no drink.

    Their holiday cranberry bliss bar is back 😋 So yummy! Goes great with my mocha. I special order my mocha, and this Starbucks gets it right every time. Really friendly fast service. Easy access in and out. Love love this location ❤️

    Hit or miss here. I asked for extra whip cream b/c they always put a drop. I understand if it’s busy, but there were no cars before us at all. Drinks always taste good, but at least try on the whip cream.

    I love this starbucks. It’s quick and friendly and literally everytime they make a drink it’s up to standard even sometimes better than standard. I used to work at the home depot right across the street and it could be 4AM or 7PM my drink would always taste right. This morning I decided to make a trip and I was still shocked at how amazing this starbucks is!!! Thank you !!

    The starbucks drinks are made with no love. If you really love coffee you would know they dont know how to make it correctly. My first time here was horrible they got my order wrong three times & the girl in the window got mad & didn't give me my change back. I had to leave & come back to bring my dad from home to come tell her to give me my change back AND make the drink correctly. When I asked for a manager, they brought a CHILD. A boy younger than me to come agrue with us. He was probably not even the manager! This place is DISGUSTING. ( I go to the starbucks on indian school by frys now not too far from them. They make no mistakes!! )

    The employee gave us a shady look when we asked to change a drink. I asked for a military discount, on Memorial Day and the employee rolled her eyes. Definitely holds to true to the Starbucks employees stereotype got a good laugh out of the whole thing. The drinks where good and overall most of the employees are great. Overall positive experience.

    Service affects the atmosphere. We ordered what we've always ordered at other Starbucks and when they made it wrong, I came from the drive thru and went in to have it remade. The person who remade it had an attitude and still made it wrong. What's the purpose of requesting and paying extra if it's not even acknowledged? It took 3 times to remake it. All they needed to do was slow down and follow directions. I spoke to the manager Andres, he apologized but still at one point gave me attitude. At the end he apologized again and made it right. I told him that his employee shouldn't be rolling her eyes and giving attitude.

    Half the time we do a mobile order they Never add the extra caramel but they sure do charge for it. It’s supposed to be convenient , instead we lose money and get a half a$& drink.

    THIS IS GROSS!!! I come everyday to get large drink of water and the guy that was taking my order sounded irritated.. he didn’t ask if I wanted a straw ! When I received my water it looked so bad .. like the filter hasn’t been clean and just straight up look unsanitary .. I looked at the top of the drink and noticed THISSSS…. Everybody should be ashamed of themselves .. I really hope this isn’t what I think it is.. don’t want to be dramatic but I can’t tell if this is foam or SPIT.. either way it should MOST DEF NOT BE IN MY DRINK!!!! I tried smelling it and it def did not smell like water. This has got to be the nastiest thing I’ve encounter.. I def want to talk to somebody about this.. SHAME ON YOU

    I've never had any problems with this location. Our drinks always come out great. I'm only sharing this because I was a bit disappointed when this is what I got when I asked for light on the ice...a cup almost full of it. At least the drink was good, and as I said we've always had good experiences here, which is why I'm leaving it at 5 stars.

    It's pretty much hit and miss when it comes to the busyness at this location. The day prior to our visit the line was maybe ten cars deep and when we stopped by it was empty. The food and drinks we ordered were "Meh". I am not a Starbucks regular and this visit kept me at that status. I just don't see the hype.

    Had a mobile order, so i went through the drive thru, & the lady tells me they’re 30 minutes behind on orders and that i would need to go inside.. okay so i would like to cancel my order, with an attitude she tells me i still had to go inside.. there were at least 40 people waiting in line. Worst starbucks location ever

    They are nice and make good coffee most the time but they hold the line up so they have better drink times. We get it you have to have good window times but making cars wait in line in the road is ridiculous.

    I ordered a Venti drink through the drive thru and they gave me a Grande size and told us to pay for another one because of the mistake they made….The person also taking our order repeated our order and said venti in the order so I don’t know how it got communicated to a Grande size but I’m most likely not coming back to this Starbucks

    Extra caramel iced coffee tastes like just coffee. Chai latte taste like plain milk and lite ice matcha had extra ice. Not the first time I've been disappointed here

    This store was one of the best Starbucks I have ever visited. The store wasn't that big but it looked very neat. One of Baristas, James welcomed my husband and I. We went there to use my birthday treat for me. We asked which frappucino had more chocolaty flavor with less coffee taste. James offered us java chips frappucino and also suggested that he would love to adjust the flavor for us. James also offered us water because the temperature was triple digits outside. It was nice of him to do so. I would love to recommended this store and they had a good, friendly barista like James. Bless his heart.

    What a crew of NASTY people working there. Yup request 2 cups of ice and denied it. Our family spends hundreds if not in the thousands per year for 3 people and now treated like dirt at this LOVELY Starbucks. SHAME on the snickering employees who can't even be 1% kind. Oh did we mention they were slow with few customers and hand nothing better to do than to all look out the front window to snicker at the driver. PS this is one of the FEW BAD reviews I have ever writing in my 60 years on this earth. I wish I could have given your employees a negative star.

    I ordered 2 banana breads NOT warmed up and was given 1 warm pumpkin and 1 banana. Not sure if the girl taking orders was trolling because she had an attitude. I drove off without double checking and won’t be returning at this location.
