Went here on a Friday night and the line up for the drive thru was insanely long so we went inside. It was pretty busy inside as well, but we didn't have to wait too long for our food. The staff were friendly and the entire team worked well together. In-n-out stays pretty consistent, so we enjoyed our burgers and fries, as always. We will definitely come back when we get the craving.

In n out is always clean, I appreciate that even though they seem to always be busy they manage to keep the restaurant in tip top shape. The food is delicious I love the animal style burger and the animal style fries. Their chocolate shakes are delicious as well! Definitely recommend eating here.

Traveling to Arizona and decided to stop in and see what the hype was all about. I'm impressed. I'm being literal when I say that during my time there +100 people when through there. Very efficient and polite employees. Now for the food.... it's a burger and fries. Don't get me wrong, it's not at all bad. I just feel like the cult following might not be necessary. I would still go back again.

Rating on comparison to other fast food restaurants. In-N-Out kept it fast, simple, cheap, and tasty. You can’t ask for much more than that.

In-N-Out Burger has long been a beloved institution for fast-food aficionados, and it's easy to see why. The chain's commitment to using only the freshest ingredients and maintaining a simple, focused menu ensures that each visit is consistently enjoyable. The burgers themselves are the main attraction, featuring juicy, perfectly cooked patties adorned with fresh lettuce, tomatoes, and onions. The signature sauce adds a tangy, delectable twist to the classic burger flavor, making it a must-try for first-time visitors. For those looking to up the ante, the "secret menu" offers intriguing options like the Animal Style burger, which is a delightful medley of flavors and textures that is sure to satisfy even the most discerning of taste buds. In addition to their mouthwatering burgers, In-N-Out is also known for their crispy, golden fries. Cut fresh daily, these fries are cooked to perfection and provide a satisfying crunch with every bite. Paired with a thick, creamy milkshake, it's hard to imagine a more quintessentially American meal. While the quality and taste of the food at In-N-Out Burger are undeniable, there is room for improvement in terms of service speed during peak hours. This can lead to longer-than-expected wait times, which may detract from the overall dining experience for some. However, considering the popularity of the chain and the dedication to serving up high-quality food, this can be considered a minor inconvenience. In summary, In-N-Out Burger remains a strong contender in the fast-food industry, offering delicious and satisfying meals that consistently hit the mark. With a few minor improvements to service efficiency, this classic American staple has the potential to reach even greater heights. For now, however, In-N-Out Burger still provides a reliably tasty dining experience that will keep you coming back for more.

The outside store is pretty dirty. Food was normal for In And Out. It's a busy spot. We normally see a like of about 20 cars. During non busy hours 1 or 2 car wait in drive thru. Animal fries we're way too salty

I tried the viral onion wrapped Flying Dutchman and it was delicious😋 I gave 4 because they failed to add my tomatoes like I asked other then that it was good. Staff is always nice and friendly. Edit I got my replacement meal and it was delicious 😋🤤😋

Great quality as always! Friendly staff the restaurant wasn't as clean as most in and out locations. That being said it's still cleaner than any McDonald's you would ever go into. Maybe they just had a huge dinner rush right before we got there. Still great experience over all and the food was great and that's all that should matter!

Can't go wrong with in n out, the burgers are usually agreed upon to be decent, but the fries are usually what divides people up. Probably the most consistently good fast food place I've ever been to. In my whole life I've never gotten a wrong order, never gotten a missing item, never gotten a gross or unsatisfactory meal. Fast service and consistent quality. Love it.

I hate to give a 1 star review but me and my husband found hairs in our food. On both the burger and animal fries. It sucks because we were craving In n out forever and the first time we go in almost a year we get served hairs. What's even worst is the hairs were curly and short. Lost my appetite so fast and now will be inspecting every piece of food I eat for the next day or two. I didn't even finish my food I was so disappointed.

Behold the 4x4 w/ onions and all the fixings, was delicious and some spicy peppers on the side - not in the picture a chocolate milkshake. Drive through was a breeze - and as always happy service.

What can you say. A staple in the west coast. Great food. Animal style all day. Shakes are great. Just fast food joint you should try if you happen to land in the west. Be wary. In N Out is very busy and can occasionally be super busy

Decent price, epitome of fast, good food. Cooked well, hot, not over seasoned or sauced. Clean and courteous.

Good service, good food. Despite the extremely long line in the drive theough, I chose that option. The line was efficiently ran and moved pretty quick. Service was great. Food was fresh and made as ordered.

Me and my uncle went to the counter to order food and the employee jazz rolled her eyes at my uncle and said ugh I have to serve you so I asked for the manager and the manager came over so we asked what her attitude is for and she told us yeah she doesn’t like to serve white men. Jazz then came back to take our order and was so rude we said cheeseburger with no onion and she yelled and said they don’t have onion anyways I am so disappointed in this costumer service racism is something that I would never expect at in n out McDonald’s yes I would understand but in n out is supposed to be better than this. I will never return to this location.

In N Out is always delicious! The double double animal style is my personal favorite! They’re fast, convenient and the customer service is always top notch!

I really appreciate this place and the differnt ways they go about fast food. Of course this place is an arizona classic and always super busy. People go crazy over it, but I feel like more so for the hype then much else. Nothing bad though, burgers are pretty decent, small, but also small price which I appreciate the uniqueness. The fries are very so-so. But for a tasty enough and quick meal in a fun environment, spending 10$ is acceptable. Staff have always veen super friendly to me as well which is a huge plus! 😀

Diego is the best worker! He made sure our area was clean and ensured our needs where meant. IN N Out is truly luck to have him!

I LOVE In-&-Out. It's my favorite place for the burger. But the fries at this location were absolutely terrible. They were SO hard and crunchy. All 5 of us ended up throwing them out without eating more than 1 or 2. Not sure how that happened. They didn't appear dark in color or anything, they looked fine but were totally inedible.

I've never had a problem at in-n-out, service and food is always good. But last night, I drove by and grabbed two protein burgers for my fiance. She had just had a salad around 3 pm that day and wanted a burger around 11pm, seeing as she was still hungry. By 12pm. today, she's been sick and is still currently sick as I type this. So beware ordering protein style burgers.

Hands down the worst food I’ve ever gotten from in and out. Fries… pulled way before the end timer was even close to sounding. The burger had a whole head of lettuce on a super burnt bun. I’m sorry y’all thought that was acceptable. I’m sorry I spent my money there. Lesson learned. Won’t happen again. Promise

Let me tell you, In-N-Out is a culinary revelation! These burger masters have cracked the code to pure, unadulterated deliciousness. Their menu may seem limited, but trust me, it's a case of quality over quantity. The moment you sink your teeth into their juicy, perfectly cooked patties, your taste buds are transported to burger heaven. The freshness of their ingredients is unparalleled, from the crispy lettuce to the tangy pickles. And let's not forget the secret sauce – it's like a flavor symphony in your mouth. The simplicity of their menu reflects in their quick service. You won't find yourself waiting ages for your food, which is a blessing when you're craving a savory masterpiece. Plus, their prices won't break the bank, so you can indulge without any guilt. Now, I know everyone has their preferences, but if you haven't experienced the In-N-Out magic yet, you're missing out. It's a burger joint that embodies the essence of fast-food perfection. In-N-Out, you've won my heart (and stomach) forever.

Best in and out, around 1230sh today, the sweetest girl took my order started with a M, I believe. This young lady, was amazing patient, kind, she was also helping her male coworker. They both were amazing, thank you for displaying outstanding customer service, but most of all human kindness. The burgers and fries are amazing as always.

In and Out is an amazing fast food restaurant. They are always quick, yet fresh! I love their animal style burgers and fries! The shakes are super thick and delicious! If you have never been, I highly recommend this place!

Best fast food burger I have ever had, better than or as good as some restaurant burgers I have that cost 2x-4x more. Great value. Fries were honestly pretty sad, and malt was fine. Would eat a Double here again for sure. Great and friendly service as well.

haven’t been here for a while and I kind of missed it! I love that the soda dispensers are touchless and very easy to use. I love In-N-Out but sometimes after I eat I feel a little icky, which is the only reason I gave this review at 4/5. When I had my burger today, it was delicious although the inside was kind of cold… I don’t really know if it’s like that but it’s not my favorite. I love the fries and this place is definitely a good place to go to when you’re on a road trip or if you’re just hungry. I recommend this place.
