First time here, Tom/Cen Cafe definitely didn't disappoint! A hidden gem close to Downtown Phoenix inside a building. The staff was so attentive & friendly :) I had their Chilaquiles and they were very delicious and the sauce on them was very flavorful! The coffee has a very smooth taste! Also their decor was beautiful. I definitely recommend checking this coffee spot out, lots of coffee, tea and food options to pick from.

My husband and I had such a wonderful experience, we had to come back multiple times on our trip! The coffee is delicious and the chilaquiles are one of a kind, must try! The service was some of the best we’ve ever experienced, shout out to Paige who was also the kindest barista we’ve had. She goes the extra mile and everyone leaves with a smile on their face after talking with her. The atmosphere is great to stay and work or chat! Don’t miss out on this place!

Staff is very friendly and always remember my drink order. Highlights of the menu include dynamite cold brew and surprisingly good chilaquiles. Would reccomend for any Midtown professionals in need of a quick but quality breakfast/lunch

New to the area and love checking out new coffee shops. Happened to be in this area and decided to check it out. The girl that was working was super friendly and informative. Got a total of 3 drinks and they were made quick and correct. Would definitely stop in again when I'm in the area.

My favorite thing about this place is the service. They treat me like we have known each other forever. Finding places with good service after 2020 is rare. I’m always greeted with a smile and given some new drinks to try. The purple drink and the blondie with whip are my favorites. Oh I like the blue drink too.

This cafe is quite exquisite. Very homey and the staff is amazing. Food was very enticing and the coffee woke me right up. If you are in the downtown phoenix area, you have to stop by this gem.

I love showing up to the friendly staff in the morning and being greeted with such warmth and friendliness. They make my AZ Sunset drink to perfection just how I love it with extra Tajin. Always a fun and upbeat atmosphere when I’m there. Thank you for the great food and drinks!

One of the best spots in downtown Phx for a great cup of coffee and a bite to eat. The new outdoor patio is a really nice change of pace from being inside of the office. The staff is super friendly and helpful, after about 20 times eating there, i have never had a bad experience.

Ordered the veggie sandwich w/ potato chips and a 20z cold brew w/ oatmilk. Both were good. The service was quick. I felt like I only waited for 5 mins before a kitchen staff member approached me with my order. Staff member (Rachel) at the counter was very nice, and we had a great conversation while I waited for my order. Will be returning.

I recently tried this hidden gem! A small coffee shop that left me speechless with its outstanding service and mouthwatering authentic dishes. It’s like Nana cooked it herself. If you find yourself in the area or even if it means going out of your way, I strongly urge you to give them a try- you won't be disappointed.

The BEST Chilaquiles in town. The cutest little shop with places to sit and enjoy your food or coffee. The baristas are always so friendly and they have so many options for both drinks and food! They were able to accommodate my food allergies with ease! Easy parking validation process. 100% always get them when I’m in the area! Can’t wait to go back!

Tom Cen is just around the corner from work and it’s our go to place! The food is always fresh, the staff are always super friendly and we just love them! Keep up the good work guys!

Really friendly staff. Hard to find parking and it costs to park. Boyfriend was obsessed with the breakfast sand which, but the coffee wasn’t very good.

I'm going to need this place to open a location in LA. This placed checked all the good boxes for me. The iced mocha was refreshing and the mom's burrito was one of the best breakfast burritos I've had. It's like going to my friend's house and eating homemade food. Staff was very nice and hospitable. Would definitely place this in my bookmarks of places to come back when I visit Phoenix again. Not to mention they also validate parking. I think for the first 90 minutes but I'm not absolutely sure. If you can open an LA spot, a lot of people would really appreciate it! :)

Very good drinks, barista was very friendly. We will probably come back before we leave, we are here on vacation and this was a short walk from our hotel.

Phenomenal! We visited from the East Coast & Midwest so it was our first time, and the whole experience was great! The baristas were super friendly & gave great recommendations for local sites to see. They are accommodating and can change any drink/food order to how you need it, and all food is made fresh to order. Highly recommend the pretzel bread breakfast sandwich! Place was clean, atmosphere was pleasant, whole shop was aesthetic. Note- they validate parking if you park in the attached parking garage.

First time stopping in and was greeted by a friendly woman at the counter. Ordered a chai tea and cheese danish. Best chai I've had in a long time and tastes very good! Will be back to try the turkey gobbler sandwich!

Staff was extremely helpful and polite. I asked for a recommendation for coffee, they helped me narrow it down and it was delicious (queen bee honey latte). The espresso is full bodied but not so distinctive that you easily tire of it. The prices are in line with other similar places. The place is inside a larger office building, but is easy to find, being the first thing you see after entering the door.

After having the caramel macchiato here I have tried to replicate it 3x at Starbucks and it’s not even close! The texture and taste has made me look at coffee completely different

Great customer service, and even better food and drinks. Pesto breakfast sandwich was the perfect balance of flavor from everything on it, I added avocado for something extra. Highly recommend trying it out, seasonal menu offerings that rotate as well. Park in the garage right on the corner and you can ask for a code to use when exiting to avoid a fee. 😊

Really great cafe in the heart of Midtown! Really love their mocha, drip coffee and the chipotle chicken panini. Have also tried their gobble gobble sandwich, cold brew, muffin, avocado toast and dirty chai which were all good, but definitely recommend the first three more! The staff is always really nice and they have punch cards for frequent visitors, and you can get refills on the drip coffee. The food menu is quite limited but has some really good options on it all of which are tasty!

This place is amazing! For a great cup of cold brew, exciting tea, or something to satisfy those morning of afternoon hunger pains - TomCen is the place to visit!

The girls working here are very friendly and seem to love what they do. My chai tea is always perfect! Thanks for opening up in our office building.

Great local coffee shop. Got an iced vanilla latte with caramel sauce. It was good. The lid had an opening which was nice to drink out of but if you have lipstick you might need to reapply. I had the turkey melt it was good. Kinda reminded me of a hot dog cause of the honey mustard. My friend had their smoothie and she liked it. Parking was $5! We didn’t stay to long maybe an hour or 2. Maybe there was free parking but I parked in the garage.

Recently moved to the valley from Seattle and its been my mission to find yummy coffee. The greater phx area has a lot of coffee shops but the coffee is mediocre at best. Tom/Cen honestly is smooth, strong and yummy coffee! Besides the fact that they have great coffee, they also have such a diverse food and goodies menu. Their chilaquiles is my go to food item! 10/10 recommend this place!

This place is my JAM! If you are like me I love coffee that tastes fresh, original and made with care. These ladies know EXACTLY what they are doing. From the delicious fresh, local food to the coffee... its all good at Tom/Cen. The Owners are absolutely amazing and they pay attention to every detail. I'm a weekly customer, sometimes daily LOL, and they always take care of me. They even have this beautiful wrap around patio outside. Its in the heart of midtown and the energy is contagious here. I highly recommend them to anyone. They even cater as their food is made fresh daily... nothing frozen. Hallelujah for Owners that put love and quality in all of their products!!

SOOOO GOOD DRINK WAS AMAZING AND FOOD!!! I came here with my sister and she ordered a moms burrito, I ordered the chilaquiles and the blue Thai drink SO GOOD AND AMAZING SERVICE! The overall aura of the place is a nice chill feeling as well as comfy areas. Definitely earned 5/5
