Not sure what a small would’ve been if this is what a regular size looks like. Will definitely keep going the extra drive to the other location

Stale toppings, coconut and granola was chewy. Under portioned for size paid for. Unwelcoming staff. Stout Hispanic girl tells me that McKenzie (very nice girl that loved my dog and was welcoming) got fired for over serving Acai, not sure if that's illegal. While I paid for a large I got a half full container. Over priced for decent but imitation soft serve style Acai bowls (frozen apple juice I was told.) The hours have changed for this place so you're not quite sure if they're open or not. Has gone down hill a bit. Staff isn't welcoming. Didn't ask if I wanted napkins or a bag for my half full Togo. I ordered a large, these photos are upsetting.

BOMB! Authentic Açaí, I wish I could go back in time and eat it again 🥹🫶🏻. The staff were really sweet and intentional when making the bowl. Highly recommend ☺️

Oh dear Lord, this volcano bowl is heavenly. The flavors together are superb! I didn’t add anything to it, but I bet a little honey on it would be amazing. Customer service was friendly and fast and the place was clean. Highly recommend.

Stopped by on my way to the airport. This was my first acai bowl (Sedona) and I loved it! The ladies were very friendly and quick with my order.

Out of many acai bowls that I've tried this has been the best one. I usually get the volcano, Brazilian, and the berriful smoothie. I tried the Kona and it was ok.

This place definitely checked boxes for must-haves with your acai Bowl. The acai does not melt (partly bc the fruit on it is frozen-ish). The machine dispensed acai has a lite faint flavor to it so that the flavors of was added to it can really pop. The balls here are great if you will be eating it once you get home and need the bowl to make it that far.

Dont be fooled, these are not healthy at all - it’s basically just a dessert food store. They add 17 grams of refined sugar in the acai blend and they dont offer pure unsweetened acai.

Oh come on, you don’t play with the food. Why did i need to pay for large if i get medium size portion ? Why do they have to do this every time? This is really disappointing me I order 2 of them. Both are same portion. Sigh

The best acai bowels ever! I wish they would open a location in Surprise 😊 Whenever I'm in Phoenix I go out of my way to come here, highly recommend!

I love Berry Divine, although this location seems to give smaller portions for what you buy. The bowls are not cheap and to receive less than what you pay for kind of stinks.

I order, then a couple of ladies get in line behind me and instead of starting my order she decides to take their order. She then decides to take the guy who walked in behind the ladies who were behind me. She then proceeds to make all the bowls that everyone ordered al at once. While touching her nose and not wearing gloves to make the bowls. All while a girl just stood in the doorway.

Delicious, and healthy. My wife and I always stop at one of the Berry Divine shops when we're in Phoenix or Sedona (which is our closest one.). It's one of our little treats for ourselves.

Please get rid of the guy with orange hair at this location. He was wiping his nose and had no gloves on making the bowls. His hair was dangling all over the stuff. The banana they had in my bowl was green not even ripened and the whole bowl was disgusting use to love this place now it sucks very unclean.

First ever experience, I hope it won't be my last. Not into bee pollen, or some of the more exotic ingredients personally, but the fruit is amazing!

Visited this açaí bowl franchise multiple times a week. Use to be amazing, new management isn’t as great as before. New staff definitely gives different vibe and atmosphere isn’t as lively and welcoming as before. The bowls have gone from top tier to decent. Granola brand has changed and presentation lacks where it use to be picture perfect. Kind of reminds me of the Scottsdale Rd location now. Disappointing.

First impression, amazing!! The employees were two young ladies and they are so kind and professional which goes a long way for me. My first bowl was The Big Kahuna and it was delicious! I definitely will be back soon!!💜

Absolutely love this place! They open very early which makes it perfect for breakfast. Add bee pollen to any bowl or honey. Love the Brazilian bowl. Nice healthy alternative to a sugary dessert if you're watching your diet.

Where do I begin with all the problems at this location. The serving size is so small & the toppings, well let’s just say you really don’t get toppings. While charging these prices - lol Better off going to the location in Tempe where they know what they are doing!!!!! Good portions & proper topping amounts THANK YOU TEMPE LOCATION I have the same thoughts regarding staff This location is completely understaffed & they have no idea what there are doing. Once again everyone is better off going to the TEMPE LOCATION - the staff is so nice, knowledgeable & professional. Maybe the manager should send his staff to Tempe location to get trained. What a shame this location is this bad.

Love Love Love Berry divine! My first ever Acai bowl was in California, a year later I discovered Berry divine and I'm a customer for life. The staff is super friendly and very knowledgeable about what they are serving you. They have a great selection and sizing. The acai bowls leave you full and feeling healthy while getting a sweet treat. The best of all worlds.

Cute. Fast Service. Fresh ingredients. It's small so it can get a bit crowded in there if there is more than 5 customers. Parking can be limited as well.

Super yummy treat after our hike. We both got the Sedona bowl but I got coconut oil drizzled on my soft serve. They were the large size and filled us up! The guy that worked there was great and gave us the low down on what was most popular.

I was originally looking for a yogurt parfait but I found this place and it’s so much better than that. Dairy and gluten free, these bowls are so delicious and exactly what I needed. The employees were really nice and helped me get a good first impression of this place. Highly recommend, even if you like dairy and gluten these bowls rock.
