Before
I
even
try
the
food,
I’m
sorry
to
say
that
I’ve
been
disappointed
by
the
service.
It’s
partially
my
fault.
I
got
a
mini
reuben
&
soup,
then
impulsively
decided
to
add
chips.
By
the
time
the
order
was
ready,
I’d
decided
against
chips
and
on
a
volcano
brownie
I’d
spotted
in
the
refrigerator
to
the
left.
This
was
my
first
time
in
the
deli.
It
was
super
kitschy,
utterly
delightful,
and
if
the
employee
hadn’t
at
the
last
minute
cancelled
the
transaction
to
re-ring
the
sandwich
up
as
a
FULL
SIZE
instead
of
a
mini,
I’m
sure
I’d
be
singing
nothing
but
praises
under
a
five-star
review
right
now,
I’m
a
big
fan
of
supporting
small
businesses.
I
haven’t
even
had
my
first
bites
of
the
meal
yet
before
commenting,
that’s
how
upset
I
am
by
this
experience.
I
really
wanted
to
like
this
place
because
of
the
reviews
&
the
vibe.
Why
was
I
overcharged
at
the
last
second?
Because
I
ultimately
received
the
mini
sandwich

wish
this
hadn’t
happened
&
hope
it
can
be
rectified
by
the
next
time
I
go
back
