Must
have
a
new
manager,
because
my
experience
between
my
last
trip
(wonderful)
and
the
trip
I
took
there
today
was
quite
drastic.
Placed
an
order
online
for
drivethru
pick
up.
They
hadn't
even
looked
at
my
order
before
my
arrival,
in
spite
of
the
claim
that
it
would
be
ready
before
my
arrival-not
a
big
deal-
they
make
my
order
incorrectly,
I
try
to
politely
have
the
issue
corrected
and
the
"manager"
became
defensive,
rude,
belligerent,
and
just
horrendous
to
try
and
deal
with.
Refused
to
fix
the
problem
until
a
refund
was
requested
as
we
couldn't
consume
what
was
served
and
hadn't
touched
it.
when
the
poor
sweet
cashier
offered
to
make
the
blizzards
a
large
and
had
started
preparing
them,
manager
mcawfulpants
stormed
over,
snatched
the
cups
out
of
her
hands
and
threw
them
away,
stating
"They
were
wrong,
so
they
don't
deserve
and
upgrade".
Honestly
if
this
was
the
last
bastion
of
ice
cream
on
planet
earth,
and
the
only
way
I
could
survive
the
apocalypse
was
to
eat
there,
I
would
rather
get
raptured/turn
into
a
zombie/get
roasted
by
the
sun
penetrating
our
ever
thinning
ozone
layer
than
ever
try
and
deal
with
that
god
awful
woman
again.
