Ordered a 3 chicken and biscuits basket with a flame burger and small fries for 33 bucks, was greeted with an excuse. They threw the sauce cups on the food. Honestly looks pretty nasty and I don't even know what those nasty little things are, they look like rottiserie? If you want food this high of quality, might as well find it in a dumpster

tried the banana split and it was the saddest looking Banana Split ever it was put together so sloppy and there was hardly any sauce as far as chocolate and strawberries gonot sure if I want to go back and try it again. cashier was very nice though. update - Monday May 16th 2022 I just received a response from the owner asking to give them another try well that's not a solution you need to come up with a solution as a business owner and entice people to come back you have not even said anything about training your employees a little bit better. I can see from your past reviews that you're just blowing people off. your food is pretty expensive and I wouldn't mind going to your restaurant if the food was a little more presentable instead of just sloshing everything together. waiting for your reply.

Best fast food experience ever. Their drive-through line was backed up all the way around the building into the street and they were still very kind friendly And even ask me if I want my Sunday a little bit later since I got a burger. So they helped themselves because they were so busy making blizzards and they gave me great customer service all at the same time See, it can be done

Must have a new manager, because my experience between my last trip (wonderful) and the trip I took there today was quite drastic. Placed an order online for drivethru pick up. They hadn't even looked at my order before my arrival, in spite of the claim that it would be ready before my arrival-not a big deal- they make my order incorrectly, I try to politely have the issue corrected and the "manager" became defensive, rude, belligerent, and just horrendous to try and deal with. Refused to fix the problem until a refund was requested as we couldn't consume what was served and hadn't touched it. when the poor sweet cashier offered to make the blizzards a large and had started preparing them, manager mcawfulpants stormed over, snatched the cups out of her hands and threw them away, stating "They were wrong, so they don't deserve and upgrade". Honestly if this was the last bastion of ice cream on planet earth, and the only way I could survive the apocalypse was to eat there, I would rather get raptured/turn into a zombie/get roasted by the sun penetrating our ever thinning ozone layer than ever try and deal with that god awful woman again.

Horrible service. Went through the drive thru. Pulled up for my turn and it took over 12 minutes to get my food. No one came to explain what was happening and why the delay. Eventually had to get out of the car and inquire inside. Food was fine as usual but service was dreadful.

I order $30+ worth of food, with the chicken tenders we always order ranch. I just called to inform them the ranch was spoiled. The lady who answer the phone kept cutting me off and interrupting me. I didn't want anything for free, I just called to inform them incase the batch was all the same. She continue to ensure me they serve it fresh everyday. She wasn't hearing me out at all. Ranch should be chunky or look like spoiled yogurt.

Pulled into the drive through only 1 car ahead of me, waited 12 mins for that cars order to be taken. Pulled forward waited another 7 mins for our order to ne taken. Placed my order and the guy repeated back nothing I had asked for? By now 8 cars piled up in the drive thru ice cream was delusions by not sure worth the wait.

Put in a mobile order on our way home from a ball game. Order was ready when we got there. They gave us a small dipped cone instead of a medium but it was corrected on the spot very quickly and they let us keep the other cone. The staff was very professional and friendly. My kids and wife are very happy. Definitely found my go to spot for ice cream.

Love this DQ for the indoor seating and the TV for the kids. Ice cream is always delicious and service was great. This place gets super busy. We lucked out that there was no waiting when we got there.

What you'd expect at DQ. The sundae actually had too much carmel drizzled on. Didn't know too much could happen. They have the great soda screen dispenser w all the types and flavor options. Would have preferred no media screen so kids can converse w adults.

DQ is pretty delicious place to eat, after I ordered there tonight between 9 and 10 pm, thought I'd come home to eat a decent meal but my chicken strips ended up to be really small well there was only one good decent size chicken strip would have been nice to get one more small one but although I still ate it and enjoyed it just kinda puzzled about the size hopefully my next visit will be different.

My Pumpkin pie blizzard was just soft serve and Graham crackers. No pumpkin pie pieces at all! I'm confused??

If you like a $7 bananasplit this is your place, always good!

We go here to get the mini blizzards, all different flavors. Super good, every time.

My son and I go here probably three times a week in the drive thru. They are very fast and always friendly. This is a good location.

You got to time this one really really well because it gets busy fast and then you're stuck on Thomas trying to get into the drive-thru. But if you can make it through the drive-thru the food is consistent and the employees are pleasant and they're quick.

This is easily the worst Dairy Queen I’ve ever been to. I’m sorry to say that I’ve been enough times to know that they never mix the ingredients all the way to the bottom of a blizzard. I started asking employees to mix the ingredients thoroughly and despite doing so, all of the toppings still end up populating the top 1/3 of the cup. Don’t waste your time and $ going here.

Great staff, great food. Wish they had indoor seating, but then I might never leave.

If I had my phone and camera handy I would have video taped the horseplay going on while I waited for my order…if I get a response from the owner I would appreciate a conversation about the inappropriate behavior of the male employees without blasting them here, of what EXACTLY I saw in plain view….very sad to say but extremely unprofessional !

dairy queen is cool and all but their ice cream is my least favorite. i love how they have cool creations but it melts quicks in my opinion. i feel as that everyone should try dairy queen because they are cool, i’m just cool on the cream

I’ve been to going to Dairy Queen my whole life, especially when I was pregnant 😜 and I have to say this is thee best blizzard I’ve ever had!! So full of all the good stuff!! Good job guys!! Thanks so much! I wish I would have tipped you more! And they have the best Oreo blizzard cake as well!
