Service was awful. Had 3 different people around, no silver ware or napkins for our table. Had to ask 2 different servers to get something to drink, I hope you can see the burnt onion wings and burnt hot wings. The steak on the salad was dry and over cooked. This was the Dennys on Thomas, Phoenix Az. To bad we couldn't give minus stars

First off, I ordered an omelette, it came with almost no cheese and very little filling it was pretty much just a folded egg with some insides. Second, there was a lumberjack slam ordered with eggs over medium and the eggs we're still white and runny! Lastly, we tried to order some mozzarella sticks and they didn't have any, so, in substitute we ordered the loaded tots on the appetizer menu which were recommended by our waitress, they were burnt, taste of old cooking oil and we're absolutely covered in grease! We usually love Denny's but this experience has somewhat changed my perceptive of this place.

Terrible the food was cold , soggy , some was missing from our to go order. When I called for a refund and to speak with the district or area Manger the general manager was rude and only offered 2 free meals . We don't want to eat somewhere that has poor quality food so why would we want that . My mother paid $132 plus tipped the driver 5.00 so don't go here or order from here if you want a manager who's only excuse was my staff is in training well you definitely should be double checking orders especially if it's $132 for accuracy and quality . Smh still waiting on a refund for my mother who wanted to treat her family to breakfast. Wow it's sad you guys prey on the old people on ssi ill never go to dennys again real talk .

Amazing service and energy from Reena Ann as being our waitress. Very sweet and kind! And extremely nice to my two kids & perfect with getting our food out on time. The best waitress we have ever had being here.

I visited the location on Thomas and i17. My server was April. She was prompt taking my order asking if everything was good. My food was still warm and delicious. I didn’t have to ask for a refill on my drink it was already delivered before I was finished with my first one. I would highly recommend coming here and eating. Ask for April.

Do not order pick up I ordered Nachos and got stale chips overly melted shredded cheese and meat in a separate container no condiments at all. Just disgusting. Eat in you may have a better experience.

Less than half the restaurant was full and there was little staff working (one cook, three servers (with one also working on the line)). While I appreciate the work our server was doing (while also working the line), it seemed like the other servers were not doing much (which to be fair, I am not 100% sure of, but it really seemed that way). Food, even though my party of four has the same items, all came out fairly different after a bit of time. I don't think I would come back to this Denny's. However, I appreciate the work our server was doing.

Order took forever to get here no communication from the driver no mask the salad was actually pretty good but I didn't get no silverware trying to get my extra Italian so that's why it's a two because it's how it was good and that's it and now that I think about it 27 bucks for $13 salad little way overpriced so I'm going to lose a star.

At our company meeting today we all got to eat cold food as well as an incorrect order. When I called to discuss the fact that they incorrectly packaged our food the owner didn’t really care only offered a small percentage off the next order. This location has done this plenty of times. We will all be requesting IHOP or a different location.

Awesome service, waiter was taking all of our 12 orders, since it was 10 of us. The food was good, the only problem was the lasagna that i ordered, some part of it was solid. Everything else was really cool. I would rate this place a 7-8/10

I received an uncooked egg white on my over east egg and I was treated with respect and got a new egg that was great. I went for the Grand slam and was expecting to pay $8 but ended up paying way more for cheese that I was asked if I wanted without being told that it cost $2 dollars which is insane

The food was hot and fresh. However, the service definitely needs work. We arrived at approximately 7 pm on Saturday & there was only 1 other family dining in. Host sat us quickly, and the server took approximately 5 minutes to get our drink orders & appetizer, another 7 to bring out drinks. Took our order, and that took approximately 30 mins to receive. Mind you, we got our appetizer with 2 meals [we ordered 3 meals]and hoped to get an appetizer before any meal. The server at the time was hard to find or was walking around texting/ calling on her cell phone. When 2 meals came out, the server stated 6 more mins for meal 3, which was my husbands grand slamwich. We repeatedly asked for syrup, marinara sauce & ranch for appetizer & pancakes but our server failed to bring it out, we asked the host [black woman] who stated THAT'S NOT MY JOB BUT ASK YOUR SERVER!!! Mind you, this host was standing around on her phone, and again, this location was NOT busy. Omg, we were flabbergasted, no manger on shift. At this point, we wanted to walk out, but we'd been traveling most of the day & our daughter was hungry. Finally, my husband got his sandwich only to find out it wasn't made properly [missing bacon] and let the server know another 5 mins after bcus again she was on her cellphone in the back. She asked "ok what do you want me to do?" Omg, obviously FIX IT and give what we were PAYING for!! This is the worst service we'd ever received, we took our food to go and let our daughter finish, and we left. Denny's has definitely gone down in service and food portion.

Our visit started out rough... Wait to get seated even though we were first in line, server didn't know the combo to the bathroom so we had to wait until he found someone, about 5 minutes until someone acknowledged we were seated and got our drinks, had to ask for someone to take out order. We got a different server- Jacob who had just come on shift, was amazing and changed our entire attitude! He was attentive and came over whenever we needed him. Our food was great! Everything was hot and cooked perfectly. My chicken tenders, which I always get, we're nice and crispy and juicy but not burnt or overcooked! The bathroom was clean and smelled nice. Thanks especially to Jacob for great service!

I've been coming to this location for a few months now, so this review is a bit overdue. The food is delicious, but most of all, the staff is very friendly. The manager, Jaclyn, always greets me with a beautiful smile. The servers are all joyous people, and I enjoy my conversations with them. The cooks are also friendly, and their cooking skills are superb. Shout out to servers Bernice, Jose, and cooks Eduardo and Jeff. Thank you all for the warm welcome at your restaurant!

Went here tonight. Service was excellent. Our server Tina got hot water spilled on her by a customer but she just kept on working and never let any of her tables go unattended. She's really dedicated to her customers experience at dennys

We had Veggie Omlette and Blueberry Pancake. Both were good. Service was quick and prompt. We had to get some of the meat ingredients out of the dishes and they were happy to help us with that. Btw, you need a PIN code that you can ask to use the washroom. Visited and reviewed on 08.06.2023

Today we chose to eat breakfast at this place, the food is delicious and the service is great. We had an amazing waitress her name is Melany, she treated us with respect, really outgoing, humble, always with a smile on her face, she made us feel like home. We had the best experience. Thank You

It was pretty nice, for a greasy spoon. The waitress was very nice and checked on me, and the food was good and hot for a restaurant of that type. They honor the AARP discount so that was good

we went to dennys' on wednesday and it was the first time eating at this location the food was great and our server Tina was always right there for anything we needed. She was personable and talked with us. We'll definitely be back here again.great job Tina! Nice meeting you.

Today I had a start of a bad experience at Denny's. With my Disability I require a certain way of eating which the waitress seem to not want to take the time to understand which would have definitely created a 1 start. It wasn’t until speaking to the manager Bernice that I was accommodated with all my needs and excellent service was given! This is a manager that a company needs to keep there establishment moving forward with satisfying customers and making sure smiles leave the building. THANK YOU BERNICE FOR YOUR EXCELLENT SERVICE TODAY AS A MANGER and I hope your higher up team acknowledges this review and addresses it appropriately with you! See you again!

We stayed at La Quinta on Black Canyon in Phoenix. We saw the Denny’s in the parking lot and went to have dinner, hoping for the best. Heather was our waitress and took wonderful care of all 7 of us. Dinner was great, we were so happy! We went back in for breakfast before we left town. Once again, the food was perfect, not a broken yolk, just as we ordered! And Beth was the perfect waitress. A great place for a meal any time!

Staff super super friendly, ask for Beth! She is friendly and super helpful. Food was really good. I like their coffee and their quick service. And guess what it is a very good place for business meetings during the day! Believe it or not.

I come here quite often since I deliver for Doordash. Every time I come here, the staff is always super pleasant, cheerful and smiling. No hesitation to help right away. Food is always good.
