    Ordered takeout, Isabel was rude taking the order and rude giving the order and rude answering the phone, like if you don’t want to be at work then don’t go in. This is customer service so u should serve with a good attitude. Isabel told us the food would be done in 15 20 minutes but an hour passed before I received my take out order. I showed up at the restaurant and informed Ms Isabel my order was there ready and she kept rudely say wait for your name to be called, whole time my food is dying on the shelf, My order was wrong and cold the flavors where all there just had to throw it in the microwave. If I received better service I could looked passed the BS but all bad just the flavor of food was good Isabel just needs retraining on customer service JUST DISAPPOINTING

    Best and worst place to go late at night , the only reason I even would consider returning is the waitress I got her name was Katie , she was super friendly, fast, and actually got my order right without even writing it down. The reason it was terrible was the lack of employees, the rude manager a female that I never got her actual name but she's short and wears glasses, she's even rude to her waitresses it's sad especially when they work so hard and always seem short handed. They had my waitress working completely by herself even though I noticed another server just walking around slowly cleaning up tables while my server was literally running around trying to take care of. The entire dining room on a crazy busy Saturday night. Shout out to Katie , your amazing and you deserve a better supervisor that cares more about the customers as well as her employees.

    Packed with people, people waiting in line to get in and be seated,DURING THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC! I WAS SHOCKED. The variety of people was extremely interesting, made me wonder if I really was on planet Earth. Worth the risk of exposure to the VIRUS? Probably not, but well worth the psychological impact and the jokes and laughter were like high school again. People ARE really weird, different, and funny to watch, listen to, and make fun of. I include my table as well. I wish another friend was with to enjoy the fun.Thanks IHOP and patrons.

    The food was less than good,kind of gross actually. The cook/s decided that even though the avocado that was supposed to top my dish was rotten, they put it on top anyway! 🤮 then when I brought it to the server's attention, she said "yeah I saw that too, I have been seeing some really disturbing things come from the kitchen today" This was our server! The last line of defense before your snafu makes it to the customer!! Sorry IHOP but you're now on the "don't go back" list!!

    I ordered my food online and picked up myself via curbside....sucks the restaurant only had one curbside spot and being that it is the weekend I understand them being busy. First issue, the text I received did not work to "inform the restaurant" I was on the way! Second, I waited 15 minutes for the food to be brought to me in my vehicle....meaning I had to call twice and ask if even my food was ready! Then the manager James stated it coming right out...which he was the person I spike to initially when arriving. I returned home with the food and it was cold and nasty! Money and time spent wasted!!!! I followed up with a call, spoke to the manager James and he proceeded to direct me back to the site or app I ordered and ask for a refund?!? While I was on the phone with said manager I asked where on the site but received no direction because the IHOP site does not have this option available nor does the app! This was the worst idea I had ordering from IHOP, should have stuck to my instincts and gone with a more reliable restaurant. Again, I understand the restaurant was busy but I gave ample time and notice before arriving! The lack of consideration, time and money spent was not worth it. I would not recommend THIS Ihop as their curbside offer does not do anything but provide cold food! FYI I only am 8 minutes from this establishment so our food should not have been cold!

    The service from our waitress was excellent, the wait time to sit down wasn't too bad. They were out of milk & some other stuff as well, our order was wrong, but the waitress was nice enough to get it fixed even though we said it was okay. I got a new sandwich that came out some turkey melt & I was like where is turkey?

    Worst service ever, asked waiter for coffee and never came, then I asked the hostess “rude girl about 5.4 with a lot of earrings” to get me some coffee and she told me it was not her job and she could not help me. These employees need better training on people skills. There were plenty of waiters walking around so it’s not like they were short handed. Not acceptable. We were there around 10:20am

    I went to this location and used a gift card I bought through my credit card. I placed a pickup order for a little over $30 and I returned it after half my combo was missing. I didn’t have time to wait for another order to be made as I was on my lunch break so I asked the manager for a refund. She agreed and told me my card would be refunded. When I asked her for a receipt she told me she couldn’t provide a receipt for a refund. I told her I wasn’t leaving without proof of refund. She again told me she couldn’t provide me with anything. After a third request and I got a little upset she told me to wait and she came back with a printed copy of my order receipt and refund written on it and her card attached. She assured me the funds would be returned. I agreed this was sufficient. She again told me she would personally take care of the refund. Now 5 months later, I just attempted to use the gift card and no refund was ever given. I still have the receipt and I actually even have video of the whole thing. I’m glad I have both. The manager tried really hard to get me to leave with nothing. I’ll contact corporate Monday.

    Service was super slow. We went early in the morning around 8 a.m. After we got seated, we waited at least 20 minutes before we were even asked about drinks. But once we did get our food and drinks, the food was delicious. And was much enjoyed. We gave them another chance (fathers day) We got put at the same table. No special father day promotions or anything. Still waited a long time just to get our drinks. Families being seated after us, got drinks and food before we even got asked for drinks. Took them forever to make our food too. Haven't been happy with the service at all.

    We walked out. They gave is a booth right away. But no one asked if we wanted anything to drink. No one can over and said I'll be right with you. Nothing! There were numerous employees walking around trying to look busy. One waitress pulled the back of another employees hair and said, "Snatch." Then laughed about it. I am disappointed every time I go back, ether the food is bad or the service is bad. The times I've gone back, I think maybe it was just that one restaurant. Nope, they are all the same.

    Walked in was greeted by whom I assumed to be a manager or assistant manager. Because e of the way she was talking at people not to them. But to the point, was greeted by management that looked at my order saw my name was on the ticket for the order. But proceeds to reply with what kinda astounded actually! Her response " please wait while I get your server." I ordered pick up how would I have a server if I never sat down to start with, and why wouldn't she have messed up my to go order instead of making me wait another 10 to refund my money. If you have a degree in rocket science!

    My shake I've ordered didn't taste good, but it was good last time. This vanilla shake I've ordered ruined my appetite for this time. I don't think that I'm gonna order anymore shakes here at this location ever again, You manager who ever is in charge of the employees that makes the shakes needs to find out what their doing to the shakes they taste like old grease. Very gross!

    Today is Christmas Day and we had the BEST experience!! Had such GREAT service. The place was packed and our waitress (Jessica) was still on point, refills every few minutes, made sure we had everything we needed, smiling the entire time, making funny jokes..I absolutely LOVE amazing customer service. It's so hard to come by these days. The food was fresh, hot and bomb!! Was a great Christmas lunch🎄💖 Thank you so much IHOP for coming thru!!

    Jessica was a great waitress. Pleasant personality. Attentive without being intrusive. Tasty food served hot. I had an omelette, pancakes, and bacon. I would definitely return.

    Pretty sure the manager was getting stoned and trying to cover it with cologne. Our waitress was attentive when she was there, but nonexistent otherwise. And we waited about 30 minutes for food and never even got my partner's toast. Just go... Anywhere else.

    Was here with a party of two myself and my toddler of 2, we wore seated quite fast. As we patiently waited on our server, I noticed one of the servers walking past us looked at us and never approached us about 10 min of sitting there I noticed a family of 4 was seated behind our booth and the server that completely dismissed us walks up and starts taking the order seconds after they had been seated. I still waited patiently I believe we create our experience... Danielle our server walked bye and I smiled at her and she walked toward us asked if we had been helped yet, I said not at all... she took my order very professionally and accurately. My food was delicious and hot just the way I asked for it, my toddler really enjoyed his food as well. I thank and appreciate Danielle taking the time to acknowledge us. She brought food hot and all at once exactly the way I ordered it with condiments in hand ready for me to eat without having to ask for any. I thank you!!! Server 130 -Danielle very professional!!!

    I love my IHOP here at Sun City South. They don't make you feel uncomfortable because you go in there alone 99% of the time. The food is fantastic the mushroom cheese onion omelette is great. It's convenient it has nice sweet warm people working there. They always treat me with respect

Sat there for like 5 minutes trying to grab it cause I thought it was from my cat til I realized it's cooked into the actual egg.     waited fifteen minutes with nobody up front til i had to seek out help with a togo order on a dead empty day, called in at 3:32pm to be ready by 4, met with attitude like i was inconveniencing them by seeking out someone to help me, order was not ready until after 4:10. preordered to eat on my break, was not able to do such. not offered a discount or even so much as an apology. horrible service.

    We walked in (family of three) and were seated quickly, then two large groups walked in maybe 5 minutes after us. We hadn’t been offered coffee cups (but coffee was on the table). Nor had anyone taken any time to take a drink order. There were 3 servers working a very small area. Two of them started taking the two large tables drink orders. Because of this we opted to leave. Service was absolutely awful and we will not be returning.

    My wife and I stopped for a quick bite to eat (around 11:45 am). Along with our order my wife ordered a small orange juice. After approximately 30 mins, my wife had to ask the server for the juice. When the server finally did bring the juice she brought a large instead of a small. After what seemed to be a very lengthy amount of time our food finally arrived. I did not get the pancakes that was supposed to come with the meal. I eventually had to ask for them. It should be noted that originally i had asked for a side of bacon, the server asked if I wanted 2 or 4 pieces. I said 4, however, I only received 2 (now to be fair maybe the server did not hear me on this). I was only charged for the 2. When the server finally came around and asked how things were, my wife mentioned that she had to ask for the juice and pancakes (the server did take the juice off our bill). All in all we have had better service and quicker service in regards to getting our meal served in a timely manner.

    Ordered Chicken and waffles. I guess the cooks don't know what they are doing, as the Chicken was horribly over cooked. Couldn't eat it. And the waffles? How can anyone mess up waffles? Just ask the IHOP cook at 3 am. Was awful. Not even again.

    We went "late" after 9PM. Food was OK and our "new" waiter was very congenial and smiley, but short-staffing seemed to cause a seriously long wait to order and long wait to prepare 1 omelet and 1 quesadilla, about 45 mins to order and to receive our food.

    This was the only place I could find in the area I was in that would let me use their restroom as a paying customer in the middle of the night. Everywhere else was closed except 1 place that doesn't let anyone use their restroom at night. I definitely appreciate IHOP being open 24/7.

    The place was empty when we got in. There was a waitress that did eye contact with us and she didn’t even say anything. We waited 10 mins for someone in the lobby to be seated. We walked out tho. Terrible customer services. I understand if they are understaffed at least acknowledge your customer if they are at the door. That’s the only thing I ask.

    So frustrating. Not from the area, and all fast food closed, so ordered late-night take-out from the 55+ Turkey dinner (mashed potatoes and broccoli). Supposed to come with gravy, Not the late night server's fault, but the kitchen's. I received a very complete condiment bag including ketchup and syrup, but Cook failed to put gravy on the Turkey and mashed potatoes, and of course vitc was not known until I arrived back too the place I was staying. Nothing like dry turkey, potatoes And broccoli - no herbs or seasonings, so Soo dry and bland. Will gladly eat a bag of greasy chips next time vs spending $10.30 plus the $3 tip on a tiny amount of very dry and bland defrosted pile of food. Shame on the cook whom they probably pay more than the pleasant and efficient server.

    My spouse, son and I showed-up around 11am. No customers in the lobby. Maybe 4-5 tables occupied. Stood by the register for about 5-7 minutes before staff argued with each other about who should seat customers. Waitress complained as she showed to a table. People were being attended around us. We sat patiently talking for about 15 minutes. No water, silverware, menus or acknowledgement. We got up and walked out.

    Been there twice. Bad service both times. Second time we left because no one acknowledged we were there. Left after 30 minutes. 4 other tables occupied. Saw one waitress but she just walked past without making eye contact. The first time we waited but not as long and the food was ok.

    First time. Worst experience. Found a hair on the food. And the steak is burnt. And had to wait for an hour and half. Service was ok but kitchen and staffs have really bad management. Most of the employees are young. They need to do better. Definitely will not ever be coming back here.

    Our Server ✨OZZY was the most sweetest and caring person ever! She took really good care of us, making sure if we need it anything, if we had everything and asking us if we were doing okay and updating us on how long the food was in the process. Ozzy is a amazing example on how to take care of your guest. The waiting for the food was extended but we didn’t care since we had the best customer experience! <3

    The food was very good , it was New Year's Eve . The restaurant was totally in compliance for social distancing our waiter was so polite we ordered 2 meals to eat there and 2 to go the waiter got everything perfect it was a nice way to say goodbye to 2020 and made it home with 2 minutes to spare before the New Year started.

    Went today since family was in town. Took 20 min to clear a table. Even the hostess was confused on why it took so long. Then my order was not correct and by the time the last person got their food in my party they already placed the check on our table. The waitress was argumentative and instead of explaining the kitchen being backed up or communicating with us she rushed and seemed to just tey to get us out. Not going back. Customer service was terrible and they offered no apologies.

    This restaurant is quick to seat you which is why I keep coming back not to mention they attended you quickly and are very friendly. But today our server was having trouble, our appetizers (Sampler -Onion Rings ,Mozzarella Sticks & Fries) were served in a timely matter but with no dipping sauces . Then we were served our main dishes with no syrup, Tabasco,jelly and ketchup and our order was wrong. Turns out the waitress took the order incorrect, at first I thought maybe it was the kitchens fault but when I received my bill and I reviewed it the waitress was the one at fault.but hey we all have bad days so even though there was a few inconsistencies I will continue to take my family to this location I am not looking to discourage anyone from visiting this location , I simply am suggesting you have the waitress repeat your order. Aside from that the food was delicious as always 🤤

    Aside from having to wait until someone could come unlock the restroom and there were only about 16 people in a restaurant that used to be packed on a Friday evening, it wasn't a bad experience... I enjoyed the brief conversation with the young lady who was my server and was pleased to actually be given the military discount (only 10% which came to $.70 off the $6.53 check) which help a lot being that cash flow for me is rather tight currently. The quality of the food was delicious and properly cooked although the sausage was a little overdone. Otherwise, the overall experience was rather nice. They even let me plug in my chair to charge the batteries whilst I ate. Thank you for a wonderful meal folk, it meant a lot more than you could ever know. It showed me that in a city known for being the 3rd rudest in the world and 2nd rudest in the country, that there's still a few people who are capable of caring for the disabled.

But we could see the surprise when we paid the bill at the end. They have employees that are too judgmental and that should change you can't judge a book by its cover.
