    They're just very lazy and awful here. The staff has zero social skills, yep,yep,yep okay, pull up. n they don't say anything else n they made me a Carmel macchiato with no espresso. They're always rude. I've been in customer service for 15 years and I have never witnessed teenage girls be so rude. Does the manager even interview these kids?

    How hard is it to make a frozen coffee? Apparently it's takes 3 people. Cause one can't do it right. Get a new job! **Update** It was just me in the drive thru, I wasn't greeted. Some very rude woman was rushing me through my order. I was never greeted at the window, I wasn't told my total (I had to go to my bank account to know how much I paid). This place is a joke. The staff is awful and rude. I tried giving them another chance, but had a worse experience this time. I understand being busy and short staffed. I worked fast food for 13 years. However, I was never outright rude to customers, especially as a manager. The "manager" today was not only rude, but outright rude. Shouting to me through the window, didn't make my coffee right at all, after I confirmed what it was. I could tell they were understaffed, but that is not in anyway my fault. Learn some customer service or get a new job.

    Are u serious who would think this is ok to give out? It all burnt up. I get off at work at 4 I hope u guys are still open ! This is so ridiculous

    Donuts are really bad here and have been stale and tasteless every time. They have actually been bad at every Dunkin though. Factory produced with lots of artificial ingredients is the the only way I can think to describe them. I will be sticking to the mom and pop donut shops

    Worst experience ever!! I order a coffee with Splenda because I have diabetes and they gave me the coffee with regular sugar, even tough on the sticker said Splenda. Went back to do a complaint and the girl there was super rude, did not wanted to help and closed the window on me. Never going back there! Wish I could give negative stars.

    I love Dunkin coffee. I do, however, like it to be hot. Twice now they have had an issue providing this to me when I order it.

    I’m not really sure what is wrong with these people, they must hate their job or really don’t know what customer service is. They are so rude and need some home training. I think a new round of hiring would really help. They are probably only open because they have a drive thru. Also I was over charged even after I asked if I was getting the deal THEY have on their menu.

    This is the first time I leave a bad review for anyone.i am a business owner and I know what these reviews mean.but the whole staff was rude and impatient.i walked in with my family and stood by the register to look at the menu and I asked to be given a minute to look at the menu.four employees came up to me in that minute to ask me if I am ready to order.also,I just found out that I am not allowed to exchange one donut for another because I touched the box (the outer part)...which is understandable but there is no need to have an attitude.. sanitary reasons? I agree but maybe you shouldn't be vaping and getting back to work . the manager needs to learn customer service first so she can teach her employees...no greetings.they all seem over worked and stressed...The guy kept rushing me and had a bad attitude because my wife was asking about the avocado toast

    Bad customer service. There is a white lady about 5' 4" who is extremely rude. Inspite of the rude attitude I go back only because of the convenience of the drive thru. But every single time the lady takes my order and showers me with her cold attention I swear never to go back. But I go back with the hope that the owner reads the reviews and makes a change. Waiting for the day or happens.

    2 years ago this was my favorite DD, the service was fast and the employees were always so kind! Even when it was extremely busy. I went at 1pm today, when less than 3 cars were here, and my 1 drink and donut took 15 minutes. I sat at the drive through window for at-least 5 before a girl opened it and took my card to pay. I am very understanding if it’s short staffed or busy, but there were 3 people when the window opened and not even a ‘so sorry for your wait’. My Caramel craze latte had no whipped cream, which normally is not a big deal, but it was just one more issue after waiting that long. Not sure if this location needs more employees or what, but I was extremely bummed. No receipt was give. So could not rate it through the survey either.

    Went there about 2 weeks ago. Don't go through the drive through, and ask for variety. They will pick out plain ones, 1 with chocolate which barely had frosting. And it was stale as a rock. I am making sure I check before leaving

    We went through the drive thru for breakfast on our way out of town. Customer service was fine, but we didn’t receive our breakfast potatoes and our breakfast sandwiches were the worst we have had at a Dunkin nationwide-the bagels and bacon were both charred. Breakfast sandwiches from all Dunkin’s seem to be going downhill in quality but this is the first one that made me say “Why do we keep giving them our money”. Drive thru #7360

    Agreed with so many others the service is terrible here. Attitudes, rude, hand you food without talking to you, don't care about how they smush donuts in bag. You cant make them care-they need new staff.

    Right next to my kids school and I would be a regular customer but for whatever reason they can never make a frozen coffee. Four times now I’ve gone to Starbucks instead

    Stopped in on the morning of the 12/23/23. There were a couple people in front of me who seemed to be friends of the employees. No one greeted us. There was just a really awkward atmosphere, I don't know if the employee was stealing food or what, but something fishy was going on. After never being served for 10 minutes and watching the one employee we saw leave, we ended up leaving and going to Starbucks. This place needs a serious overhaul with all new employees. It's obviously got problems.

    While not my normal Dunkin' location, and having a slightly different drive-thru layout, I received my drinks very quickly! Was on my way home, and decided to mobile order some coffee. This location did not disappoint. Not sure it was the time of day, or what but it was less than 5 minutes from ordering to getting my drinks. The speed here was incredible!

    This place should be out of business based on the way their customer service is! Down right rude employees who need to loose their job and go elsewhere besides customer service! My husband ordered a 25 count of munchkins told them no powered to please mix the rest…got to the window they handed us two flavors only we said we didnt want them she got extremely mad and said well thats all we have we kindly asked for a refund she got more mad and was so disrespectful! I will NEVER give my money or waste my time with this place again! They clearly hate people and their jobs!!

    I take my kids here and they love taking a weekend trip to this DD. We never have any issues especially with how the kids are they treat everyone the same. Recommend this location.

    Never offer a receipt. Extremely cold and distant staff. Incomplete order delivered very often. Great location but management need to hire better staff or else they'll lose business.

    The lobby was empty and no cars were in the parking lot. We should’ve known. No employees greeted us as we walked in. Once they did come out from the back, they were not friendly. They did not have many options for donuts at all. The bacon egg and cheese croissant took forever and it was tasteless and cold. Despite this, our daughter decided she wanted a bacon egg and cheese croissant and ordered it for herself. It came out on a bagel. No problem, they can switch it out. No employees were to be found. We opened the front door so it would ring, no employees. We had to physically go towards the back and yell for someone to come out. Finally they did. They said they couldn’t just put the egg, bacon cheese on a croissant and that they would have to charge us for a whole new sandwich, not charge the difference. No manager was available. They told us that it would cost them money if they gave us the croissant and they said that our daughter touched the bagel, as if that makes any difference when it was their mistake. I asked for a refund since we didn’t want the sandwich on a bagel. The employee said she was refunding to my card but when I checked the receipt and my bank, she actually charged us for ANOTHER SANDWICH. We had to yell for the employees to come out again and this time a new woman came out making snide remarks about them losing money but at least she made sure both sandwiches were refunded to my card. They then escaped to the back and left the sandwich on the counter, which I threw in the trash for them. They took a simple problem that could’ve had a simple solution and ensured that we will never return and I took the extra time to write this review to warn anyone who may be deciding where to spend their hard earned money. This is not the Dunkin’ Donuts that I know and love. If you want the normal experience at Dunkin, don’t come here.

    Who ever worked the drive through on 09/05/2023 at 7:45am has a horrible attitude I ordered a sandwich and two hashbrowns and I asked for extra ketchup. I always do. She gave me one more single packet and Said that's all she had to give. Rude service. How does a restaurant only have 5 ketchup. I recommend not coming to this dunkin at all costs. I should not have to stop at another restaurant for ketchup! Way to start my day angry !

    I had placed an online order and probably didn't do it right so when I arrived to get my drinks they were terrible. I mean I thought about just taking them but I couldn't do it. I told the young man (wish I saw his name tag) and was met with the best service I could imagine. And being so young that is rare these days. Anyway he made the drinks again and they were perfect so I am absolutely sure it was my ordering and not his fault. Regardless, he was so sweet and made my drinks again without any hesitation and I left feeling very happy and impressed. Also had the breakfast sandwiches on sourdough they were very good l, better than expected actually. Very soft bread and large sized sausage.

    I was overcharged by an employee today named Brianna. I asked for an espresso and was given a triple espresso with ice. When I asked for a refund on the item, I was told that the item would not be refunded. When I explained that this was poor customer service and that we would not be back I was told by Brianna 'we're fine anyway'. I experienced this while with my two young children. I can't believe any business can afford to loose customers, not least in the current economy. Horrible customer service from Brianna at Dunkin' Donuts today and we will not be returning. I'm still waiting on my refund.

    Worse service ever I drove by saw two employees hanging out at the outside of the store in the back. I pull up and walk in to see that sections are available and waited patiently for 5 minutes. I open the door multiple times to get the attention of the employees and no response. So I left as soon as I get in my car and leave they walk in.

    This location used to be good, but the newer staff members are terrible. 15 minutes of standing inside waiting to pick up a simple hot coffee and donut (placed 5 minutes before THAT, so 20 minutes total from order being placed) before I just had to give up and get to work. There goes $6 wasted due to incompetence.

    I don't know why there's so many negative reviews on here. It's a chain restaurant you arent going to get a mind blowing experience. My coffee always made correctly and the staff is fine. They show up and do what they're paid to do.

    The food was old (the hash browns was turning black and dry). the drink was made wrong after they forgot about it! The guy gave me the bag and left without saying anything after a few minutes I had to honk the horn (was at the drive through) to get someone's attention to tell them that I still haven't gotten my drink.
