The restaurant was only half full. We were sat at 7:10pm and waited approx 25 minutes for someone to take our drink order. We asked several times and were ignored and told that they would go get someone but no one came. We left and honestly won’t be back. What a shame…I would have been more understanding if it was busy but no one was waiting and we were one of only two tables that were sat during that time

The hostess was nice, server was okay, another server brought us our drinks and slams them down on the table and chips and salsa which I had to walk to the bar to ask them to warm the cold chips. The attentiveness to a paying customer is lacked at this location. Disappointing.

Where to begin? I ate at this restaurant almost every week throughout 2018 and 2019 when my ex-boyfriend refused our quality time together. Hence, I felt a sense of belonging here. I recently revisited this Chili’s Grill & Bar restaurant. And I experienced a positive internal maturity growth. I remember the kind waitresses asking about my day, predicting my (usual) order, and “going above and beyond” to provide excellent customer service. In fact, I ordered from this restaurant a couple of days prior to Christmas of 2019 when my ex-boyfriend chose to travel to Texas without extending an invitation. In short, thank you staff members from 2018 to 2019 for providing a sense of belongingness.

Pleasant experience. Restroom floor could have used a quick sweep. Our steaks were cooked as requested and son enjoyed the brisket dish he ordered. Our waitress was very attentive. A great way to end the day after hiking around Lake Pleasant.

Went in on a weekday for lunch, hardly anyone in the restaurant. It took us a few minutes for us to even get seated because there was no one in the front or servers to be found. Waitress was nice, but only checked in on us twice. I was frustrated because my chicken came out undercooked. By the time the waitress came around, I had to reorder my entree to go. I'm not expecting Chili's to be a five star restaurant, but to serve raw chicken is lazy. Imagine what else they let slide at this location.

Food was good and brought out quickly. Service could’ve been better but she was young and learning the ropes. Chicken wasn’t very flavorful, so next time I’ll stick with the shrimp and steak fajitas.

Food portions and quality have reduced in the past months. And yes, prices increased commensurate with inflation. Service is always good.

It's a decent chain bar and grill. Decent food, nearly always good service. Inflation has diminished some of their menu items (3 for $10 is gone, no longer get corn on the cob with 5 chicken fingers, queso is now just hot cheese wiz)

Haven’t been in years and thought I would try the 3 for $10.99. The side salad literally was the smallest “cup” and had more croutons than lettuce which isn’t saying much. The fries weren’t fresh and it was before noon which seemed odd. Anyway I didn’t expect much for $10.99 and yet still disappointed. Won’t be going back.

Gabby, Make sure you ask for her, she will actually hangup on her customers for asking for a manager cause she sucks at her job. Didn't give a flying..... After waiting past the time in pick up and made it all the way home without something we asked for specifically. Her answer was "We don't charge for it anyway". After I asked for a manager she literally hung up on me. This is why Chili's is terrible and we will show up tomorrow when she can't cut me off and copy it to corporate.

It's chili's. You don't have high expectations walking in. You expect a decent mean at a decent price. Service was slow but very decent. The entrées are smaller and smaller for more and more money. You need a microscope to see the shrimp on the fajitas and the amount of guacamole they give you is a teaspoon. Almost enough for one fajitas...but that's okay. For an extra $1.50 you can get a second teaspoon worth. All in all, it's just the way it is these days I guess. It's a good thing customers have options too.

Server was not too keen on our late arrival to meet with family. Although we were ready to order when we arrived the server was adamant on being ready to order when she returned with our drinks yet assisted other tables before returning to take the order. The server promptly returned with a separate check just for our order and hadn't even dropped the check for the rest of the group yet. She seemed annoyed and impatient and therefore gave terrible service. We tipped 15% anyways but would have appreciated the good service we should have been able to expect with it.

Arrived at 6:30 PM and were sat quickly which was great but we shortly found out why this place may have been empty for dinner on Sunday. Our waitress was Haley the bartender and while she was very pleasant her service was extremely slow and it appeared she forgot about our food. The couple that came in after us and ordered 5 minutes after us received their food almost a full 20 minutes before us. The kicker, they ordered the exact same meals we did. My wife’s chicken fajitas came out without the plate sizzling, rice was cold, beans were cold, meat lukewarm, and the tortillas were ice cold. My chicken tenders were breaded fine but the quality of the meat itself was bad, all my food was cold, the Mac n cheese had even congealed in its bowl, clearly had sat there for a LONG time. Will not be back to this location or Chilies in general at this point. Haley never did come back after dropping the food to see how it was. Would have said something there but after driving for 15 hours straight we just wanted to eat and leave after the insane wait for our food.

If you can sit in the bar and have Cassy serve you, I’d recommend it. Easily the best service I have ever had at a chilis. Attentive. Personable. Communicative. Thoughtful. Everything you want and more. She would compete for the best service I have ever had. We will be back and will be asking for her as our waitress

PLEASE OFFER HIMALAYAN SALT AND PEPPER CRACKERS!! (Not shakers) This particular Chili's location has certainly stepped up its game in recent years, and it seems that the entire chain has followed suit. The atmosphere remains consistently great, and the service is top-notch as always. What impresses me the most, however, is the improvement in menu selections and their competitive pricing. As a self-proclaimed hamburger enthusiast, I must highlight Chili's burgers. They have truly exceeded my expectations. Not only are they delicious, but they are also satisfying and easy to digest. Being a middle-aged individual, digestion is an important consideration, especially when indulging in flavorful and rich foods. Yet, whether it's their burgers or other items on the menu, everything tastes fantastic, consistently delivers a positive experience, goes down well, and leaves me feeling content. It's not often that you can say all of this about a chain restaurant, but Chili's continues to impress me. While Chili's has always been above average compared to other chains, over the past five years or so, they have truly demonstrated their commitment to providing great food and exceptional service. This particular location is exceptionally well-managed, with a team of fantastic servers who truly understand the formula for success. They deserve all five stars for their outstanding atmosphere, reasonable pricing, exceptional service, and high-quality food, particularly at this specific location.

My son ordered a steak and while he was eating he pulled this from his steak, looks like a worm. We all lost our appetite and couldn’t finish our food. The steak didn’t have any veins and I’ve never seen something like this. Manager was really nice and discounted our food but it really ruined our lunch finding this.

Was not a good experience. We have had other problems before at this Chili's. Service was good, but food was poorly prepared. We both ordered sandwiches and when they arrived we tried to pick them up and the entire bottom bun fell apart. Why, because all the toppings were put on bottom. Lettuce, tomato, onion and ranch dressing. All of this soaked into the bottom bun making it useless. Never in my entire life have I seen the toppings put on bottom below the burger ! This has to be the stupidest idea for a restaurant to do ! Should have sent it back but instead took them home and did it right. When I said something to the server she informed me that they always serve it that way. Your kidding me ! We love Chili's and will continue to go and eat there. However I will not go back to this one and it is less than 2 miles from us. If you order a sandwich here get the toppings on the side !

Maybe one of the worst Phillys cheesesteaks I have ever had. The owners need to go back to the drawing board on this one. It’s like they chose the cheapest meat they could find. You can chew and chew, and it stays the same shape! Awful!!

This Chili's is always extremely busy and seemingly understaffed or them being understaffed makes them seem very busy. I'm not sure what it is, but the food is solid, it tastes good, it's warm, it's cooked to recipe, but Chili's in general seems to have this weird setup where the servers help each other in sections and that seems to create a lot of missed opportunities, For example: if you were to ask one for a drink the other one gets it, or the other one forgets or vice versa. Where they lost stars: The atmosphere and service on this particular day were given a lower amount of stars due to the staff being extremely overwhelmed and me and my group watching a manager and then a second manager continue to BS with the same table for over 20 minutes while the hostess and the rest of the staff drowned in tables while being being double sat and we watched a young gal get triple sat with 2 5 tops... And 1 4 top... let me give you some advice triple seating takes away from the experience and hurts the server because they are overwhelmed and it affects their tip in the end you're not doing anyone a favor by overwhelming them as a server and the customer does not like waiting 15 minutes for their drinks because they have to 14 sodas

Worst salad ever. Ordered a chicken crisper salad with extra avocado dressing. The avocado on the salad was dark green/brown and squishy. Disgusting. The chicken tasted old. And the extra dressing that I paid 1.99 for was not included with the order. Never again.

We looked at reservations before we arrived and it seemed we didn't need any...until we actually got there. They were filling up fast so we opted for 2 seats at the bar to just start eating while waiting for a table. We didn't ask them to take our names off the list but that seems to have happened anyway. The bartender was So Very Busy!! He was trying to wait on everyone around the bar plus make drinks for the restaurant. We sat there a while before asking to get an appetizer then waited a very long time to order. Our chips were hot and fresh and the guacamole was fresh and had big chunks of avocado. The food was good also though we couldn't finish as we'd taken down so many chips just waiting to order then get our food. After waiting a long time, again, we finally asked for our check. All the while, my water had never been refilled. We paid, left with boxes of our food and the decided that sitting at the bar is not the best idea. Again, the food was good and the bartender was so busy...non stop! He should have had someone back there with him.

$3.99 Caesar Salad was ridiculous. I understand it was a side salad add-on, but the size and quality was TERRIBLE! I was NOT satisfied at all with this attempt of a salad. I enjoyed the shrimp & pasta dish, that's the only reason I didn't rate this meal and experience lower!
