So I hadn't been to Blaze pizza until we moved into a new part of town where our nearest location was less than a mile away. Now we are pretty much regulars! The pizza is just so good, roasted garlic cloves, right on top, not minced to hide in the sauce or anything like that. So freaking good!

I just got food from this location less than an hour ago. The pizza tasted okay but It was sloppy and looked unappetizing. One slice only had one pepperoni and we added bacon to our pizza but It hardly had any on It. Overall I wasn't happy with the quality of the pizza. Please look at the photos I have posted with the review, this Is exactly how the pizza was when I first opened the boxes. EDIT: they deleted the photos I attached. I'm guessing because the pizzas aren't perfect. The "perfect" looking pizzas they have on here are deceiving. I used those photos to decide If I wanted to try a pizza from this place. And my pizzas looked nothing like the other photos they have on here.

This location does not give free water cups. I don't want to spend an extra $2.75 PER PERSON for us to have water with our meal. For a family of 4 this is an extra $10 for water!!!! This is the only restaurant I've ever been to that refuses to provide water. They claim it's because of people stealing....here's some better solutions: Solution 1: Sell water cups for a reduced price (rather than full soda-cup price). Maybe $0.25 - $0.50 per cup. Solution 2: Have water cups prefilled at the counter. Solution 3: Mini water bottles for sale that are less than the also expensive large bottles of water. Bottom line, there must be a better way to provide people with water than charging full price for a soda cup. Figure this out......

We used to love Blaze and would frequent quite often but I can 100% say we will NOT be returning to this location. I'm not sure this staff even knows what customer service is. The tables were dirty and we asked to have them washed off so we could sit to eat. They grabbed a dirty rag and wiped the food and crumbs right off onto the chairs and the floor. So we wiped the chairs off with napkins to avoid sitting in wet towel chairs. Apparently, even though they charge $2.75 for a soda that, between the soda and cup costs THEM maybe .25 cents, soda theft has been "so high" they no longer offer water cups. Interesting since they changed from clear cups where they could have been able to monitor what people were getting to solid cups where they can't tell what customers are getting. We spent $100 on pizza and had 3 children with us. We asked for water cups for the kids and they said no. We had to buy $1.50 water bottle, okay fine. Then we asked for 3 cups to split the water between the kids. They wanted to charge us almost $11 for 3 cups after charging us $1.50 for a bottle of water that costed them maybe .40!!! For 3 kids. So, you're telling me it's going to cost $13.50 for a bottle of water and 3 cups?? That's freaking insane. The "shift-lead" and I use that term very very loosely responded that if we wanted a free water cup we could walk across the street to circle K or get free water from home. Are you kidding me? That's the type of person you put as a shift-lead? That's the example you want to set for the rest of the crew? We asked the "shift-lead" for the number to corporate to which we were told it's on the website. Cool. That's good because we will be calling. You can go to Little Caesar's and get better customer service and still save enough money to buy 10 cases of water. If you're looking for a nice place to sit and enjoy dinner with your family, l'd recommend any other place than this. Heck, Cafe Rio next door has better service, cheaper prices, and they will give you free water cups.

I have tried all of the build your own pizza places and this one definitely needs some work. They had fresh ingredients, they had really good sauces, wonderful cheese and I do believe that they use wood to bake their pizzas. However there was a couple little things I didn't like that you should really know about. They don't use cornmeal and because they don't use cornmeal the bottom of their dough burns a lot quicker, which I wasn't too particularly a fan of. Their dough is a little bit on the line side which means it really didn't have too much time to rise which some people like it, some people don't. Unfortunately for them my pizza had a defect and that defect was actually a piece of wood in it. That's how I know that they actually use wood to bake their pizzas. It was not edible and could have been problematic if I didn't see it first. Overall I really liked my visit, the place was clean, the service was really nice and the pizza was generally pretty good you know just a little bit of fine tuning with the cornmeal and the not putting wood in your pizza and I think it would be a great place to eat.

Very good pizza with many options, it's nice that you can order half of a pizza as well. Tried their white pizza and their BBQ chicken pizza. Both were very good. The BBQ sauce is a little to sweet for me but still tasty. They also have all natural sodas that are made without coloring added and with natural cane sugar and not high fructose corn syrup. I would definitely recommend giving this place a try.

Love that you can get as many toppings as you want. Crust is a little floppy but sauce and overall taste are good. Great options for vegans, even vegan "cheese and meats" plus lots of veggies. Website didn't say if there was dine in or not and phone # on website has no option to speak to anyone. They did have dine in and the employee cleaned off a table for us as they were all dirty. It was kinda late and not that many people in the restaurant so that was nice. Nice variety of fountain drinks, the usual ones, natural sodas, and juice blends.

What used to be a pretty decent Blaze Pizza now makes horrible pizzas. It's clear they're trying to avoid increasing their prices due to inflation by passing it on through more limited use of... well, everything. I've almost always ordered the same pizza every time: 11" cheese with red onions. My last two orders I couldn't even spot the onions, and the pizza was mostly red because of how little cheese they used. It's a shame, but this Blaze Pizza (and all others if they're following suit) are no longer worth the money.

Our garlic knots were cold which was ok for our 2 year old but we didn't enjoy it. Our pizza was hot and fresh but the flavor was not too great! Maybe it was just a bad day because everytime we've gone here it's been good. This time was very off!

Great pizza that was 2 years ago when I wrote that but June 20 2020 now this place is the pits. Ordered two pies one with two items one with one. I asked them when I picked up the pie did you run out of tomatos? Also the meat maybe one piece of item per slice and the worst of it was the hair I had to pull out of my grandson's mouth covered on cheese never go there again

Came for their pizza deal and it was really good. I customized mine and got the cheese bread. It’s okay but not many pieces and it doesn’t have a lot of cheese.

Cleanliness is a BIG deal for me. All the tables were disgustingly dirty! Customers should not have to clean their own tables! This seems to be the norm at many dining facilities and this is why I choose to save my money by eating at home. Get off your butts and clean!!!

Got the red vine pizza with mushrooms and mozzarella also a s’mores cookie with some cheesy bread split between my fiancé and I and there’s no complaints! Also my fiancés pepperoni pizza looked amazing and I love the lids they have for the drinks only con for me is, it’s a bit pricey but definitely good pizza.

We haven't been here in over a year, we weren't acknowledged or greeted upon entry. When the guy came up he was certainly lacking enthusiasm. The gal in the back acted as if she truly didn't want to be there. He was light handed on ingredients, we had to request more on a couple items. He did thank us for the tip! Pizza was good, but the place was empty, sneeze guard was quite dusty and smudgey. Beverage selection is much less l, salad selection is much less and not well displayed and there was no music. It just didn't feel welcoming. Only 3 people came in during our time( prime lunch time). Wondering if the business will survive with mediocre service?!

The guys that work there during lunch were super nice. I ordered online, and came in 10 minutes later and it was done. Super fresh ingredients, and that crust is ridiculous! So yummy!

I've had good experiences the past 2 times I have been here, but my most recent visit left me feeling disappointed. We waited about 5 minutes for the cashier at the front to acknowledge us. Then when we went to find a table to sit at we noticed all of the tables were dirty. We wiped down one of the tables and waited for our pizzas. My bf & I both ordered a pizza each but unfortunately, my pizza was burnt on the bottom & the sides of the crust. When I brought this to the attention of the manager, Ariel, she responded with a dismissive & rude attitude. It was as if I was inconveniencing her by asking for a remake of my pizza. She responded to me by saying "it's not really burnt but I'll remake it for you anyway." I was shocked & left feeling uncomfortable. When my pizza was done, Ariel SNAPPED her fingers at me to get my attention. She yelled at me to pick up my pizza from the front as she walked in the back. Despite this unpleasant exchange with the manager, my bf's pizza was delicious & well-made & my remade pizza was fine. However, the poor customer service experience overshadowed the quality of the food. While I understand that mistakes can happen in any restaurant, it is important to treat customers with kindness & respect. Unfortunately, my experience with the manager, Ariel, left an incredibly bad taste in my mouth. I know this experience will play a part in which "pizza restaurant" we decide to eat at in the future.

This location has tanked in recent months. I used to go here with my family a few times each month for dinner and everything was good, food, staff etc. But recently everything started to decline in quality and my most recent visit was the last straw. After buying pizza for 5 and 4 drinks, (around $70) my wife asked for a water cup and was told that they "don't have water"... not that they no longer give out cups but simply a dismissive, don't have it and then the employee walked away. When I approached asking about it the self proclaimed "general manager" got very visibly upset by my inquiry and insisted that I have to buy a drink cup for full price to get tap water. I purchased said soft drink cup and then proceeded to fill it with lemonade since I paid for it. This is where the world ended. I had brought a lemonade 1/2 full from a previous stop earlier in the day. Since I paid for the drink at this location I filled it 1 time and then poured it into my other cup. I then rinsed blaze cup and filled it with water for my wife. The same 'general manager' started yelling at me and came out from behind the counter telling me that I wasn't allowed to fill outside cups. I explained what I had done and that I had paid full price for a drink and only filled it once and he cut me off and continued to yell that it wasn't allowed. I decided to pour the lemonade out (including the 1/2 glass I brought) to appease him at which point he started demanding that I pay for another drink to cover what I just wasted. I then demanded a contact for his supervisor or corporate and he got closer to my face and started saying "what are you going to do". I then turned to get a little water (still eating and need a drink) and he physically got in my way less than inches from me and said "you're not getting any more". Then he demanded that we pack up and leave causing our 1 and 3 year old children to start crying because they didn't understand why their food was being taken away. I contacted the corporate feedback on the website as instructed by a response to another review and all I got was a brief email about how they value quality customer service, not even an apology. I contacted it again, replied to the original email and even left a message at the corporate number and they have done nothing. On top of that, the food was not even great, skim toppings and 1 was undercooked and another burned. This location lost my business for the store and corporate lost my business for the company.

Blaze has a convenient ordering setup - think Subway but with pizza. You can choose a sauce, cheeses, and various toppings. The restaurant is clean and staff were wearing COVID masks. I tried their bbq chicken pizza and I enjoyed it. The crust was too thin therefore burning the edge. Overall, it was tasty and the price was appropriate for what I got. I would recommend trying it out for yourself.

I decided to pick this up for my fiance a few days ago and she was just beyond impressed with how good it was, so I decided to pick up one for myself tonight. I cannot express just how floored I am with how good this pizza is. The crust is thicker than thin crust, but thinner than hand-tossed, and has enough body in the middle with a very nice crisp outside. The sauces are nothing to write home about, but aren't overly sweet like a lot of places. The cheese selection is unparalleled (including ricotta and vegan cheese), and the toppings made me feel like I was at freaking Disney Land. For Vegan / Veg -- This place offers the best Vegan cheese my fiance and I have ever come across before, and they also have a meatless spicy chorizo! They also have tons of premium veggie toppings like artichoke hearts, roasted garlic cloves, and different typed of olives. Absolutely a must try for vegans :)

Dough could be better. It rips while holding it. If it was thinner, and held up better id like it just as much as MOD, but it doesnt stack up. Not unsatisfied with flavor or Blaze overall, but perfection is in the details.

I love the concept of the place! Build your own pizza...like subway. I can get on board with it!! I love that you can put as many toppings as you want on it!! Garlic pesto knots were good, but probably wouldn’t buy them again due to being a cheapskate lol. Blood Orange Lemonade was fantastic! The lighting at the booths could have been a little better. It’s a very trendy environment, which isn’t my thing, but we enjoyed the food. The staff was a little scatterbrained except for the guy that made our pizza. I came back to get a free dessert and the guy I asked for help was clearly distracted with what he was doing and not overly willing to help. I asked if there were any, as the cloches were empty. He said no he didn’t have any at the moment and apologized, but didn’t seem overly interested in assisting me.
