    Big Pizza hut fan, but this place is below par, think the dough was raw. Floury, uncrisp, and really disappointed. When teenage kids that devour pizza like ninja turtles eat 3.5 slices total and give up, you know its bad. Sorry for a bad review I wish you guys the best of luck and hope you make better pizzas soon.

    Actually COOK the pizza and Cinnabon rolls next time! We have had such good luck with this Pizza Hut that we were shocked by the lack of quality in our recent order. Severely undercooked, almost NO sauce, practically non-existent cheese (on both pizzas ordered with EXTRA cheese), and doughy undercooked dessert. An entirely disappointing meal.

    I got an awesome deal with my T-Mobile Tuesday app. This store was quick and nice. The pizza was also fresh and made as ordered. I hate I didn't get a picture of the picture, but here is a shot of my Friday night.

    Was told to leave a bigger than 20% tip if I wanted someone to pick up my order. They will not deliver your food or even let you know they're not gonna deliver your food. Basically, theft unless you call them and complain. Waited almost an hour to find out they just took my money and I will not receive any food, oh unless I want it tomorrow then they'd be happy to make it again....

    I will never order Pizza Hut again. I placed an order on the app. The app said sorry we can’t place your order. However, they still took the money out of my account. I called the store and was told to Google the customer service number and the customer service agent told me they will refund me in a week! Then they actually asked if I would like to place another 100 dollar order in the mean time! I get that technical issues happen but you can’t just take someone’s money, not provide the service being purchased then say “oh our bad, we will pay you back in a week”

    We ordered a large cheese pizza for pick up. It was ready on time. Pizza was greasier than I remember compared to other Pizza Huts. But it's nice to have a Pizza Hut nearby. The one near us closed several years ago, and I miss the lunch buffet which was such a great deal.

    Toppings including cheese not placed appropriately on pizza including cheese. Had not ordered from this location because of past issues and had not ordered in over 2 years. Decided to try again, same issue. Will not be returning.

    If I could leave none I would. Ordered a pizza after a long day at work waited over 20 minutes for it. For them to take it Out on delivery and expect me to wait for them to come back and take that pizza. When I asked for a refund they told me they didn't know how to do that and would have someone call me. What a JOKE!

    There was massive confusion around the delivery of my order. I spoke to the manager, Sadie, who indicated that the food had been delivered when I had not received it. She told me her drivers don’t lie about deliveries. This made me feel as if she was accusing me of lying about receiving the order. When I asked her if she was accusing me of lying she said no but she wasn’t convincing. In total it took several phone calls and over 1.35 hours for my food to finally arrive and it was disappointing as my dinner guests had already left. I have been ordering food from this restaurant for several years and have spent what I think is a very large amount of money with them. This patronage has now stopped. I will be ordering from Dominos from this point forward. I prefer Pizza Hut but can’t patronize a restaurant where my business is not valued.

    I tried to call 3 different PH locations today. All 3 stores had the phone ring once and then dead silence. Had to resort to placing an order online and having it delivered. A 70 minute turn around seems a little long to me, but that may be the norm. The food was cold when it arrived. But the driver did give me a coupon for a free large pizza on my next order. I had 5 very hungry adults and one child that did eat the cold food. We had way too much salt on the Detroit or Chicago one. Taste was good on the rest. Having the free coupon expire in a month is actually a slap in the face. That is a policy that needs to be changed to a year or longer. My wife and I will give PH another try someday. Back in the day my family and friends dined in almost every Friday night in Clovis, NM. I miss the dine in experience. I have looked for a dine in place for the last 11 years but never found one close to where I was. It probably would not be the same without family and friends however.

    The pizza was good, as usual. I ordered online for contactless delivery, with instructions to leave at the door. The driver told me I had to sign the receipt! I told him it already went thru my bank and that was the point of contactless delivery. He finally left the pizza. I just hope the amount stays the same as when I ordered it!
