Ordered on the computers up front. Clean seating area. Employees weren’t the friendliest and had to ask for a drink they forgot but not a huge deal. Food tasted good and was made correctly. We’d come back again.

Worst taco bell ever. Never seen such stupid employees. They over charged us and got it all wrong the manager came over and acted like we were the stupid ones. They acted like they have never served anyone.

So friendly (painfully sarcastic) this has always been the WORST Taco Bell. I wish I didn’t love so close or I would go elsewhere. Even when I try to order delivery through ANY place it’s awful time wise and AWFUL taste and quality wise/ through the drive thru the employees are always rude and ignore anyone at the window until they decide they are ready to acknowledge the customer. It’s been the worst for years and I unfortunately have had to come here if I was Taco Bell because there is not another one close enough.

Hadn't had TB in several years and was starving and TB was in the lot. Got 2 taco Supremes and they were good going down but an hour later I was having horrible stomach issues. TB is good for some I guess but I regret every time I eat there.

Short chubby woman manager with dark hair & glasses was not friendly or polite, and came off as very smug. She acted power hungry with a bad attitude. She also lacks customer service skills. The booths were filthy and had not been wiped down. Not a clean environment to eat in. The young women and young skinny guy with dark hair & a small mustache gave great customer service in drive-thru, and seemed like hard workers. The food was excellent despite the dirty restaurant.

Once again they got the order wrong. This time I ordered and paid for 8 bean burritos with extra red sauce. They gave me 8 bean burritos with no sauce. I should not have to check to make sure they got the order right before I leave the drive-through window every time.

Quite possibly the nastiest restaurant I've ingested food from, digested, and pooped out. How do you mess up mexican food? It's beans, rice, and cheese. This place haunts me when I sleep and terrorizes me every time I want to eat. I might start having to be fed through a tube. Not even counseling has helped. P.S. do not take a girl you want to impress here, every time I have I end up crapping my pants, not having access to a toilet, using my hand as toilet paper, forgetting to wash it off after, and when I go to put my hand through her hair, I forget there's poo on it. She does not like it.

The location on 92nd st and Shea is always closed by 730pm, yet it says it's supposed to be open until midnight. Not sure if the employees are just acting closed or if the website needs to be changed. Please fix this so the consumers are better informed, thank you.

On Sunday, Feb. 20, and this review I feel is three days too late, I observed a gentleman enter the restaurant, stand at the counter, and ask the Cashier a menu-related question. The Cashier answered as expected, or correctly or accurately - all of the above, IMO, but, from a distance and only overhearing: perfectly fine. The Customer proceeded, for some reason, to be loud. The Cashier did a wonderful job of processing the order, in spite, and I wanted to commend the store and the Cashier, too!! Look forward to coming back!

Always a great experience for just a quick bite. I was putting together a homecoming dance and asked if they could do food for 200 kids. It was the best customer service experience. The manager Michelle was awesome, she gave me ideas for different dietary needs that they were able to accommodate and everything went seamless with ordering and picking it up. The kids had a great time and no leftovers like previous dances. So it was a hit all the way around. Thank you to the staff there. You are awesome.

Ordered fiesta/zesty potatoes, 1Doritos loco taco, and a small Mango freeze. Mango freeze was 5 bucks by itself. And my potatoes were cold, stale and hard. Everytime i come here something is always old down to the hard taco shell to the potatoes. Very disappointed to spend over 10 dollars for a a terrible tasting snack. Its 12pm, lunch time NO reason why food should be old/stale.

Have gone their twice now and received vegetarian options with meat. Unfortunately I am unable to eat any meat products. Just be careful and check your food.

Ordered a few things for us online and picked it up. All the food was cold, like old-cold. They forgot an item from the order. The only thing that was good was the root beer and the people in the drive thru.

Food was good same as always but holy hell the drive thru lady was the most incompetent human being I've ever met, after spilling some of my drink on me and my car sure tried again to put the lid on correctly and failed so she just handed it to me with a loose lid. The pepsi was out but they didn't notice even though it was almost clear. There was also a third drink on the receipt that I didn't ask for.

This Taco Bell has Employees that are always super nice and Friendly. I just came in there about 20 minutes ago to get food for a bunch of kids that are at my house right now and The Manager was super helpful. He even Gave them some Cinnamon Twists which made their night and mine too because now they're too busy eating to run around and scream LOL 🤣🤣🤣 So, thank you to The Young gentlemen who were running the drive thru and the Register, and Thank you to The Manager On duty! Unequivocally the WORST Taco Bell experience I've ever had! We chose to dine in. Our order was served up incorrectly...twice. Then when we finally got the correct order, the food was minimal and and sloppily prepared. There were 3 other incorrect orders while we ate. The place was clean and the staff was nice enough. It just seemed like no one knew what they were doing and there was an obvious lack of leadership.

Food great but the staff sucks like big time. I've ordered beef chalupas multiple times take it home and find out it's chicken. The guy inside I had to tell him I ordered 6drinks and he looked confused and asked what size.

Food is better than what I expect from other fast food places, and I can get a good-sized meal for less than $10, which means a lot in this economy. I never have a problem with service. Employees are usually very nice regardless of location. I never eat inside, so atmosphere gets a 3/5. As for my recommendation, you used to be able to order a Spicy Double Steak Grilled Cheese Burrito on the app before it was removed from the menu, but you can still order a Steak GCB, extra steak, add jalapenos, and 7/10 times, the employees will recognize that you're basically ordering the SDSGCB and put the jalapenos under the cheese on top... Kind of makes me wonder why the SDSGCB was removed from the menu in the first place, since they still have all the ingredients, but I digress.

You know, Taco Bell is Taco Bell. But this Taco Bell is different. We came by for a quick lunch and my partner noticed that there are electric outlets all around the restaurant. Not something you would normally even notice, right? But during a very difficult time in my life, I had to live in my car and do my best to keep my job going. Wifi was my only option. Very few fast food restaurants have electric outlets in their dining area anymore, and when you are homeless and need to keep your devices running, electricity is your best friend. Seeing the outlets took me back to that horrible situation, but it made me glad to see that someone will find them useful.

Food was hot, the attitude and service was terrible. We got to the window and received my drink...the drink was flat and tasted just like water. I informed the young lady at the window and her whole attitude changed. She eventually gave me a watered down horrible tea....you would think when you spend $20 you can get a decent drink. Save your money, the attitude and bad service is not worth it.

Get a taco. Get a burrito. Get a Cdunchwrap Supreme. Get another taco. Get a soft taco. Get a Chalupa which is just a taco. Get a quesadilla. Get a taco. Good food, it's Taco Bell. Just don't eat too much or you'll make yourself sick!
