Absolutely. Recommended for others and we'll definitely be visiting again. When we first came in, we were warmly welcomed. Great looking bar and chill atmosphere. Nice environment to enjoy a meal, have a drink, and spend time with others. Whether that be with family, friends, or a date night. Comfortable indoor and outdoor seating. Hosts were friendly and fast. They continuously checked in on their tables and guests to ensure our experience, and others, was nothing less then fantastic and overall enjoyable. Our drinks were never empty. Nice drink selection too. Plenty of choices between cocktails and brews. Can't quite remember her name, (Kristen?) however, she definitely knew her job and made our first visit at this delightful spot a memorable one. The drinks were exciting. Wife had the Tropic Thunder: tasty! I had the Smoky & the Bandit: "wow!" Like liquid smoke and then the Bandit comes up and punches your mouth. Itv was an interesting ride to drink. Food was Delicious! The egg on the Jackalope Burger was perfect. Just runny enough for the flavor and contrast but cooked enough where it didn't make a terrible mess. Steak fries had amazing seasoning. Wife said her Viking Steak was also Delicious. We both found the Béarnaise sauce to be the star of the show. AMAZING TASTE AND FLAVOR. And of course the Snack Basket was yummy providing a wide variety of options of fried goodies. It was enjoyable and we'll be back. Prices were decent = $$ - $$$. Thanks for being awesome! Food is outrageously priced for what it is. It's good, but come on. Also, if you're concerned about social distance I would not eat here. Patio was packed with people with no one wearing masks (of course, eating but still). It seems like the restaurant didn't limit seating or space it out so people can be safe. Also, the misters were a bit much. It's fine if you're staying in the hotel, but being that your near Melrose and the rest of Midtown, you can find much, much better much cheaper.

Visit here on a trip to Phoenix. We were instantly seated and served. The Burger...DELICIOUS ! Indoor and outdoor seating. Happy hour menu was reasonable. They even had a gluten free option. Thank you.

Let me start by saying they’ve changed their name to Topaz so when looking for the restaurant that’s the signage to look for. Food was bomb, hot and flavorful! Waiter was wonderful! Just all together an excellent experience. We had the flatbread and burgers and fries. Everything was cooked well and well seasoned. Would definitely recommend!

Absolutely delicious food, but I will not return for the single fact that it took an hour and a half to pick up a to go order tonight. Backstory is that I purchased a Groupon for $70 to the location for a special occasion dinner for two that was titled "latin dinner for two to go- valid any day". Called to place the order and I am told that they cannot do Groupons to go. Okay, but it says it in the title... She tells me she'll text the owner and get back to me. 10 minutes later and she calls, I'm told that my order will be ready in 15 mins. Get there at just about the 15 min mark and I am told that the manager is out of the building. She is the only one that can redeem Groupons, so I can't pay. I'm asked to sit on the couch and await for her to return, with no employee able to provide an eta besides "soon." I sit on the couch and watch as a table goes through this same thing. So, effectively, sorry guys, you can't leave just yet, because no one besides the manager can take payment! She shows up about 20 mins later and takes care of them, then me. I get to my car, check the food and I was given a single appetizer. The dinner for two was pretty comprehensive; salad, empanadas, two entrees, five sides and a dessert. They gave me a variety sampler appetizer. So, not even the right appetizer, but it had the two empanadas. Went back in and told them it was incorrect. Manager informed it would be ready shortly and apologized. Around 15 mins later I was on my way yet again. Got home ready to finally enjoy a birthday dinner and realized this bag was light, too. They included the appetizer, two entrees and the salad. I guess we went from 1/10 to 4/10 items being included, so that's an improvement, but not quite what I wanted still. Called back and the manager offered credit for my next meal. Okay... Well, what about this one that's still missing items? Can we focus on fixing the actual order so I don't have to say "hey hun, sorry it's super messed up for your birthday dinner, but don't worry! Next time we go spend money there, we get a discount!" That's the silliest potential resolution I've ever heard to something like this: "Come spend more money with us next time and we'll make this order right!" I said obviously I wanted a corrected order, so we had to go through and I had to list off what the contents of the package were for her from the Groupon app. She again apologized and said "sorry, the owner didn't communicate with us there was a new Groupon. I thought I included everything and then a bit extra." So... you guessed. You guessed you got it correct, instead of, y'know, going to the app and looking to see what it included? I mean, that's not even including that they could have done this the first time instead of texting the owner to verify. Just open the app and see what you're offering, instead of making customers wait 10 mins to see if they're even able to order. Finally got the correct order when we went through it together in the restaurant. From my initial "10 min wait" for pickup, I spent around a hour and 15 minutes extra dealing with these folks during what should have been a birthday dinner for two. Offered to comp a drink and I said we didn't drink. She made a joke that "well, I'd offer more food, but I think there's enough there." That's cool. Wish I would have gotten it around a hour ago. Not the time for jokes. Can't really recommend them. At all. Food's good, but good luck getting it.

The atmosphere of this place was super cool and inviting! The server we had was super nice and the food was absolutely incredible. The chicken on my Caesar salad might be the best grilled chicken I’ve ever had. It was so tender and it tasted amazing. The Monster Cookie was also so good. Would totally recommend coming here if you’re in town or looking for a late night bite!

Been here twice for the classic burger and fries. Hands down best burger AND fries I've had in forever. No complaints. Fresh baked bun, juicy patty, fresh veggies, a solid burger sauce. Fries are perfectly crispy yet soft on the inside. Fry sauce was probably the most "okay", although honestly it was still great. Also tried their cocktail with passion fruit, can't remember the name. A bit too sweet but DELICIOUS. EDIT: Knocking off a star due to COVID measures. Prior to the mask mandate, I visited again and no one was wearing masks, not even the staff. They were allowing lots of people inside as well. I understand it is a new restaurant, but I was disappointed to see the lack of consciousness The Jackalope has towards public health.

Awesome artisan style cocktails. I'm a fan of the prohibition era drinks and they know how to make a quality beverage. It used to be the old "Milk Bar"

First of all, this was my first time dining here. I must say that it will not be my last. When I walked in, the first thing I smell was seared beef that was to become my hamburger. It was the best way to walk into a restaurant. We were promptly greeted and sat. So HH goes till 7. $2 off everything on the menu. I ordered the truffle burger with fries. So good. Of course I had a little Basel Hayden bourbon to satisfy my thirst. I also had a Blueberry sour and it was really good. They have only been open since March 2020. Do yourself a favor and stop by, get a drink and grab a bite to eat. You will not be disappointed.

To start, this place Smells AMAZING! It made us hungry just sitting in there. Which, ironically, we didn't end up eating lol We were only there for 1 quick cocktail. I got the Jackhound and it was perfect. So tasty! I'd like to come back just to try whatever smelled so good! It smelled like rosemary breadsticks, but I saw nothing like that on the menu! The mystery will have to continue until i can make it back...

Pretty nice spot for good bites and a pretty solid cocktail list. Jackalope burger and Viking steak were good. Not great but good and cooked well. Really nice patio and would like to come back at night. I would say it seemed ok and just couldn't push me past. Definitely will try again tho for evening vibe.

Street parking only and accepts cash and card. Full bar with backless stools and a full liquor selection. Indoor and outdoor seating available with heaters during the winter. Burgers/sandwiches make up the bulk of the menu with some salads and vegetarian options also available. Overall, it was a good experience and the burger was fine, however missing the extra something to take it to 4 stars.

I have been here 3 times already and all 3 times I have enjoyed my visit! The Burgers are tasty, but I do have to say that a couple of times I ordered my patty to be cooked medium but came back medium well. This happens a lot with Pubs that ask for your preference on your meat but tend to lean more towards not giving you an undercooked patty. The fries are tasty as well always crispy and tender at the same time. I do have to highlight the service and say that all the Servers that have helped me were on their game.....great service! For a local Burger spot and a place to have drinks with friends, this is the spot! Totally Recommend :))

Wow this place really rocks. Laid back atmosphere, respectful and appreciative of customers rather than authoritarian and disrespectful like some other recent experiences I've had at other places nearby. Beyond the great customer service and vibes, the food was really fantastic. Everything was prepared fresh with high quality ingredients. I ordered the buffalo cauliflower bites and Truffle Burger, and both were really great. Beers and cocktails are a little too pricey but that's life in any major city I guess. Will just have to remember to bring my flask next time - jk ;)

The BEST burger I’ve had in all my travels!! Everything I’ve ever tried on the menu is amazing, from the pesto hummus to the donut dunkers! And best of all the vibe and people are dope AF!

Only had appetizers - Buffalo Cauliflower and Hummus Trio - so can’t comment on the full experience. But excellent service and a chance to sit outside during the pandemic.

Casual space with a small bar and tables inside, larger patio outside. Super friendly service, amazing burgers/fries/hummus, good drink prices and happy hour. Loved that they had my favorite Huss beer, Koffee Kolsch. It's delicious.

Excellent choice while paying through. The pork medallions with chorizo, onions, peppers was delicious. Live music outside was enjoyable and the service was excellent.

Good food and nice atmosphere. wonderful selection, even when on a special diet. The food itself was colorful , tasty and healthy. I noted an interesting mixed drink selection for a possible later evening visit. Coffee is sourced from a local roaster, Beal Beans, which is awesome. We have always loved their coffee blends. They use French Press here at the restaurant. Too bad you can't take coffee"to-go". Oh, I almost forgot, the provided complimentary dessert as it was our wedding anniversary.

Unique bistro spot with great atmosphere and art. Attached to a hotel in case things get to wild for the night haha food little over priced for what we had. But absolutely loved the guac and salsa. Drinks were amazing, I had the green chili burger, it was pretty good.

This place opened in Sept 2020 so I'm pretty sure older reviews were for Tranquillo (restaurant that use to be here). Wording is also very similar and strange so I'm pretty sure bots/paid reviews were used. Zero social distancing, minimal mask usage, and live music makes this place a hot spot for COVID. They changed their menu and raised prices to such a degree that they act like it's a 5 star Scottsdale restaurant. Wanted to try this place out but the decor is an extremely tacky mismatch of colors and textures and it's about triple the price of other authentic mexican restaurant just a few blocks away. If you're at the hotel I guess it's a good option but you aren't in a food desert

Lovely space with a variety of areas to dine- you can grab a seat at the bar, sit on the city street patio, or seclude in booth tucked away in a side room. Good menu variety. I enjoyed a very fresh and tasty salad after some buffalo cauliflower wings. Friendly staff and very attentive. Will definitely be back.

To be fair I would give it 3.5 stars if possible however we had very poor service in which the server did not even introduce herself or really make any attempt to make our night enjoyable. It took a long time to get our cocktails which were average. I ended up just ordering a beer next because I knew it would be faster. The burgers we ordered were the saving grace, really good and good fries. I feel like if the service issue can be worked out this place would be a great stop. They have an cool patio area.

Quarantini wasn't the best, jackalope burger was pretty good and the juicy jack was pretty good as well. The atmosphere was great. Service was slow. The hot chicken sandwich wasn't good but wasn't bad. If you get the wings I recommend the hot and not the garlic hot. The steak was horrible and didn't taste like steak at all.

Service was great, atmosphere was great, ALL food was delicious! We had the bacon beer Mac n cheese as an appetizer. For the main course we had the jackalope Flatbread, and the viking burger with beer battered fries and their housemade Bearnaise sauce. BEST FRIES and Dipping sauce I have ever had! Fries had the perfect crunch and sauce was beautifully unique. Idk what they used for the beer batter but it was mouth watering. The viking burger was cooked to the perfect temp and was juicy with full of flavor. The Flatbread was a great recommendation from our server. Perfect combination of flavors. Big thank you to the cooks!!

Bruh. My boy Charles came through with the suggestions. High key didn't have much expectations for this spot but once I took my first bite of that burger, it was over. Definitely get the snack pack appetizer. Jalapeno poppers are bomb, personally I don't like onion rings but these ones were it chief. And the french fries. 10/5 star rating. Just do yourself a favor, buy everything from the menu.

I have to say, I was very disappointed. The food was EXCELLENT. Everything else, not so good. Started off with asking what beers are on tap. We were sitting outside and they pointed to the wall at the far end of the bar. I can barely see a menu in front on me never mind a wall 40'-50' away. Have a cocktail/drink menu. Isn't this where you make a ton of money? We ended up not ordering drinks because of this. Then we ordered an "Appetizer". I specifically asked if the appetizer would be out before the food and was told of course. Well, I guess technically they weren't lying but 2 minutes before the meal No, that's not right. You need to have time to enjoy the appetizer before the meal comes out. Then the bring the meals right away, there were 4 of us. 2 of us hand silverware and 2 didn't. We ere told let me go grab that. We were watching as they were walking around, clearing an empty table and finally asked the Hostess, can we please get the silverware? I mean seriously. You should have ran and got it and brought it right back so we could eat. Oh sorry we have to roll them and blah, blah, blah. Ummm there were like 3 tables of people in there. It's not like there was a run on silverware and even if there was do it right away!!! Then we needed drink re-fills. Be back back! They brought them when I was done my meal! Horrible AND we got charged for soda re-fills??? Really?? When I am paying $15 for a burger and $17 for another meal and a total of about $100 you are going to charge for soda??? Wow this is a first. I just think it's mis-managed or something because like I said the food was great but everything else seemed like a 3 ring circus. Stuff like this can make a business fail.

This place is legit. Hope they make it. They need to move away from the sports bar energy and cater to downtown. Music on the patio is what will keep you guys open. Coming from a downtowner who has seen many bars go out of business. Hit me up if you need social media and brand marketing. I can also get you guys local acts.

My only complaint is that this place wasn't here sooner. By far my favorite place to get a cheat meal in Phoenix. Its affordable, extremely flavorful, and my favorite place to get a burger and fries. The staff are always polite and accommodating while maintaining a very clean environment. I have gone here multiple times and always order the Jackalope burger. The burger is not only delicious but the entire container of top-notch fries that come with it are enough to split 3 ways. Unfortunately, ill be moving and won't be able to experience this place for a while. However, I wanted to jump on here and leave this review so that others will hopefully give this business the foot traffic it deserves.

This is an awesome little restaurant. We used to know it as "Fuego Bistro" years ago. It has now moved to the Clarendon Hotel. It is still very good. Has a good menu for happy hour, the food is great, we enjoyed some beef empanadas and a serving of their paella. Awesome al around.

Missed the place soooo much! So much flavor packed into so many dishes! Always a pleasure to be in such a relaxing environment and enjoy some delicious Latin entrées!

Fuego at the Clarendon has incredibly delicious entrees at a fair price and the service is efficient and courteous. They have excellent live music on the patio and it feels safe eating outside with the space heaters to keep your dining experience a pleasant one

Food is good. Cosmo needs some work. Way too strong. Waitress rushes you out the door before your done. The waiter guys are much nicer.

Had a groupon, was kind of spectacle of going because usually service is different when you address a coupon of some sort. However, not here they treated us fantastic.
