First time eating here. Ordered a cactus blossom however order was missing when bf brought it home. Called back talked to Rob the Manager who stated he couldn't refund the payment but could offer a free appetizers for next time. Ribs were pretty good. Cesar salad the dressing is pretty watery and less to be desired. Loaded mask potatoes was good. Butter rolls and good a little oily and cinnamon butter awesome. Hope to try to cactus blossom one day 🤗😖

Absolutely delicious food cooked just how I ordered it. Brittany, our server, was attentive, fun, and cheerful. If her manager sees this review, please tell her she's doing great. Maybe even give her a well-deserved raise.

I went in on a Saturday night, this location stays open later than other Texas Roadhouse restaurants in Phoenix. The staff is attentive and everything was delivered promptly. The food is delicious! The steak was cooked to perfection the bbq chicken was amazing! The bread and butter was so good. I recommend this location for a family meal.

Went to celebrate Dad's birthday. The service was excellent, the food was delicious, and our attendant was very attentive to our requests and our orders got everything right. Recommend to take all the family.

Service was very good considering how busy the restaurant was! Lots of staff! The timing between my appetizer Salad and my Fillet Mignon Steak was just right! I can see that thus chain has a formula to its operations, and it really works!! My steak, sides, and 2 drinks were perfectly prepared & super tasty!

Grabbed a quick dinner here before heading to a movie.. I was here solo so sat at the bar..I ordered the medium cooked 8oz sirloin with mash potatoes with white gravy and a side of corn, everything was cooked correctly and was delicious! My bartenender/server "Trace" was attentive knowledgeable and I loved his nails! Will be back when I'm in the area lovely atmosphere!

It had been years since we've been to Texas Roadhouse. The main reason for going there is because I got my Veterans Day certificate. Instead of using it at that time we just decided to eat in. My wife got the Country Fried Sirloin, my son went with the barbequed chicken and ribs, and I had the grilled chicken salad. Best salad I've had in my 62 years on this planet. We've been back a couple times since then which was about a month or so ago and have enjoyed it each time.

Great service. Did not have to ask the waiter for drinks. She kept bringing them out. She kept bringing out bread without asking. She made sure we had all sauces we needed. Food came out on time and our appetizer was on time as well. My steak was cooked to perfection and well seasoned. The ribs we ordered literally was falling off the bone. First time here and we will be going back. Food was amazing.

Service was great.. Sirloin was good.. Shrimps were a little to salty.. but nearly ok.. the Ribeye steak was cooked perfectly.. that's what kept it from going 3 stars.. We country folks like our grub cooked just right.. all we missing.. sum cowboy coffee 😅😅 Keep up the good service..

The food is great. The servers are awesome. Long wait times to get a table but it is expected when you go atleast once a month like us and know how busy they are. Management needs to keep on eye on hostesses though They can be rude, sit up front talking to each other and if you ask them a question they respond with an attitude. As the greeters, they should do that greet and make you feel welcome.

After checking in at the front door I then waited a short time in my car until I received a text letting me know a table was ready for me. I was seated promptly and given a basket of bread with sweet butter which was my favorite part lol. I ordered the Country fried sirloin smothered with white gravy I ordered mashed potatoes and corn for my two sides!! Super satisfied with my choices. My cherry coke was perfect and I like the real cherries inside my drink. Now the reason for 4 stars is my server was a little overbearing and came by a little to much with became unpleasant but she was super friendly!

I took my daughter here to celebrate her 21st birthday.. we where not disappointed the staff was friendly and provided excellent service. The food was to die for in fact .when we went home we all feel in to a deep food coma it was that good. I will definitely becoming back here in the future. If you're look for a good place to eat look no further this is you're place. You may have to wait for a table but definitely worth it!!!!!

Texas rode house used to be my favorite but the past two times I’ve been here you guys have failed. Last time because I got a ribeye and it wasn’t cooked all the way this time you guys didn’t cook my boyfriends steak kabob after he asked for “ No pink, well done.” You guys also forget his fry’s. We’ve tried to to ask two ladies about our order and they said “ Let me get your waiter.” Mind you our waiter was nice but during the entire night he didn’t check on us till the last lady called for him. At that point my boyfriend had already ate the one that was cooked and left the other one. We just asked for to go box’s and decided this was our last time being here. You guys take to long and aren’t attentive, sad it’s not the same anymore.

That's what I found when I unrolled the utensils, dirty and unwashed silverware, almost lost my appetite. However, my night was turned around when the manager stopped by to apologize and did what he could to rectify the situation. I understand people make mistakes and I'm happy they took accountability without excuses.

Delicious, it was packed but food came out fast and tasted great. Hubby got chicken tenders that were kinda skinny but they still tasted good 👍

Wasn't to happy with the "Hostess" who were eating while talking to me,I was told to ask the Hostess for peanuts I did one said I'll go get them then the other 2 gave her a look then she said they didn't have any it's like they didn't want to stop eating their food and it wasn't Texas Roadhouse! Very satisfying unlike the steak dinner that I paid $55 for the night before from Charlie May garbage kitchen, falsely advertised as certified tender steak 2019 Bethany road Phoenix Arizona. Loved our waitress, wait time, food. Hated the atmosphere. Tables are way to close together. Hosts yelling over us to servers in the dinning area. Horrible. It really knocked 5 stars down to 3.Atmosphere is extremely important. Our bill was $100+...will not go back to this location.

I ordered take out for chicken fried steak. It was overcooked in the outside and chewy. The batter was dark brown instead of light crispy brown brown. This is the worst fried steak I've had. The sweet potato was mashed potato. The rolls and salad were good.

I docked a point for the service because... I called the night before to ask if I needed a reservation given it is graduation month. I was informed no you don't just call in an hour ahead. I called in an hour ahead the next day and they asked me if I had a reservation; I said no. They said well you need a reservation for today. There must have been a lack of communication... but I went to the restaurant anyways knowing I would be able to get a seating she asked me how many I told her 18. In which the girl says I can only do tables up to 10. To which I replied okay 1 of 10 and another of 8. The hostess then says I can't do that each table only holds 6. She needs to work on her communication skills. So I told her it would be best to say I can sit up to ten people are you okay with 3 tables with the possibility of them not being together? Anyways that was the crummy part, the food was delicious and the servers were great I left happy after all. Thank you for dinner.

The food was good the service was quick and friendly the place was very nice first time I've ate at this location I've been to others around the nation its odd I've been in and around Phoenix for 18 years and just never been to this location it was extra special too because I oldest son I pick this place and he payed for it for a father's day gift

So I took my husband here on his birthday. The service was great, no wait time, probably because it was a Monday. Now me and my husband ordered the shrimp and steak with a baked potato. The steak was delicious but the shrimp and baked potato were super salty!!!

The service was great! But our table was dirty and my steak came out basically rare cause they were in a dinner rush. I didn't mention anything other wise this problem cause have been fix. But our service was amazing and really funny.

The food was absolutely wonderful the cooks that do the grilling for the steaks got my steaks right on exactly the way I like it. Salads I asked for extra toppings on my salad and they brought a huge salad to me it was great. Customer service was on top of it through our entire dinner it was just a wonderful experience all the way around. Would suggest this to Texas Roadhouse to anybody. I live up in Mayer went down there to have dinner with a friend and his other half that we have not seen for a while if I went back down to Phoenix again would definitely go to this Texas Roadhouse.

Went for a birthday and arrived at 7ish the wait was typical of the night. The server was great!! The ticket times on the kitchen were about 40min. Took me a while to receive my main dish. The food was warm not hot and the flavor was good. Would recommend having more kitchen staff. But overall was a good experience..

Good was great. The server was training and, therefore, was slow to take care of us. They never bused the table once we were done eating. It took forever to get another drink. They were busy but not packed.

This is the best bone in ribeye I have ever had, and for half the price of other restaurants. The rattlesnake bites are nice and spicy, great appetizer. The service is excellent. Call in before you go, they can get pretty busy with a long wait list. The manager here is great, I have went here for as long as they have been open.

Maybe it's better than when you dine-in because I do always see a ton of people waiting for a table but the grab N go experience is horrible. I only went there the second time to use the rest of a gift card and hoping it would be better than 1st visit but I was wrong.

We like this place but today when we got plates so we can use them for our bread, they were wet and dirty. I told the waitress these were dirty can I get new ones she was nice and said no problem. She brought some new ones and those were dirty too. We got our drinks and they the glasses had food on it. I’m giving this a 3 star because the waitress was nice and didn’t have any issues with customer service it was mostly for cleanliness. Please make sure dishes are clean!

Have been here 3 times and my steak was ordered medium well and got it raw. They took my plate and brought it back burnt. Did not have the mushrooms I also ordered. My applesauce was warm too. Told the manager and all she could say was sorry. She did remove the steak from ticket but that was all. My Husband was already done eating at this point and there was no time to wait for them to start all over with making me another one. I will not be back. 3rd time is a charm! It be one thing if she offered a comp of some kind!Not advising anyone to go to the one on 75th Ave and McDowell in Phx!

PARKING: I was able to find metered street parking that was good for up to 1.5 hr. There is also a few private paid parking lots nearby. If you come here when they are still doing covid, other reviews mentioned parking at a gas station and having your postmates delivered there to avoid paying for metered spots.

The food was really bad. The waitres was not to be ever. I have nothing nice to say. Also the food was super salty my meat was over cooked over all really bad experience. I dont think I will be back to this location.

Our drink glasses had food dried on them and every dish we ate off had the same like the dishes were just rinsed and left to dry. And not to mention the urine or backed up sewer stench when you walk in. Don't get me wrong i love Texas roadhouse but i have never been to one this unsanitary.

I'm giving this place five stars because the server was super nice and understanding when I sent the food back which I really really really usually don't do. I even went as far as to admit it's partially my fault because I got it rare and it wasn't hot enough for me. Something just wasn't right about that steak I don't know what it was it wasn't bad it wasn't rotten or anything like that it just didn't jive with me and I love steak I am a steak lover through and through but something about the steak that I had there it was the 20 oz bone-in it just didn't hit me the way I wanted it to.

This location is not as good as Metro Center. My fries where not hot let alone warm my steak was not medium well but it was still OK my mom said the cactus bloom onion had a weird taste. Spent over $110 and the best parts was the bread and butter and drinks.

I just want to say the service was awesome the night my husband and I went. Our waitress was a young girl with long red hair and she was amazing! Our food came out fast and she was very nice and helpful. The food was delicious too. We haven't been out to eat in almost a year and we have to say that was the best service we've ever gotten on that side of town. Thank you!
