Place is poorly ran by a bunch of CHILDREN who think correcting and order comes second to pushback. I didn’t even want the refund because if that little child was an adult I would’ve snatched them up real quick. Quicker than correcting orders made WRONG. On top of it being made sloppy as hell. Get whoever it is running the 24th and baseline store to whip this trash place in shape. The cashier was nice but had she been older she would’ve stepped in front of the situation. And y’all know who I am so get cute and I’ll gladly come back

I don't normally do this but, I was eating with my friends, and my family. Terrible service, when you come in, there's a wooden door looks like a crack house inside. The water fountain drink are leaking water, the floor is slippery from the water running slowly. It's just horrible. The girl clerk who took my order, gave me the wrong order, and thought I had just ordered a steak chessadilla with a drink. When I ordered a number 10. 😒 DON'T COME IN AND EAT! Instead eat at the Taco Bell on Southern Ave and 7th Ave. it's a nicer place to eat in.👍

Ordered online, went to store, no one working the counter, finally someone comes over and asks what I'm waiting for, tell them a mobile order, employee walks away without saying anything, still no one working the counter, 25 minutes after placing my order I finally get the employee's attention again, he checks and says there's no mobile order, I show the 2 text messages that I received saying the order is ready/go to mobile pick-up, he can't find the order and tells me "Sorry, I can't give you your order" I even heard the "Taco Bell" on my cellphone when I submitted my order and the status in my app shows "ready" and there's an order #. Used info in text message to provide feedback as offered, telephone "we're closed", app " page not available"

Bruh-Syphilis, normally don't give 5 stars to fast food, because fast food my guy. Last night I was hungry af and ordered $40 worth of diarrhea and they had me out of there within a normal order's timeframe with total accuracy.

I've been going to this Taco Bell for a while now. As I am a native to Ariziona. And I give it an overall rating of 2 below are my reasons. Pros - Lately it has been pretty tidy - Self Service - Willingness to fix messed up orders or stale food replacement Cons - Food is always cold and stale - Employees are not very friendly - Poor food inspection and food handlers quality standards ( cold limp fries, cold gummy tortilla) If you want fresh taco bell just drive a few more miles to the one on 24thstreet &baseline. The people are always smiling and food is 85% of the time fresh. At this restraunt I've received so much poor quality food that I don't ask for correction any more I just eat it and cry within for wasting my money. After knowing they won't change .

I went to pick up food.. The woman there tried to tell me I didn't have a mobile order that I paid for at that specific location. I told her my name again. She had the audacity to tell me that I had the wrong location, then magically had my food at the window. She didn't even put the sauce I had in the bag. She has a nasty attitude, and needs better listening and reading skills. None of the other workers are unprofessional like her. The others are great.

Drive thru lady was awesome..she was so nice and made my night ..that was the.best Taco bell service Ive ever had .

I was extremely disappointed with my visit on 02/19/2023. Almost every item in my order was incorrect. I had ordered two bacon breakfast burritos and an order of two Cinnabon bites. Instead, I received two cheesy bean and rice burritos that were disgusting as I hate regular old bean burritos and the Cinnabon bites. I was literally the only customer in the restaurant at the time so I am confused about this mixup. I realized my order was incorrect when I got to my destination. Eventually, I decided to just let it go instead of having to take another bus trip back to the restaurant or wait for a ride there. I have been going to this restaurant off and on for 17 years and I think this will be my last time. For patrons, when ordering at the indoor kiosks, please always ask for a paper receipt or for an electronic receipt to prove the items you purchased. Never choose the "no receipt" option as this will just make it difficult to prove the items you purchased.

I got a Taco Bell breakfast box that comes with hash brown, Cinnabon 2, coffee but I didn’t get my coffee only my dad got his coffee I don’t drink breakfast without my coffee now whoever fault it was of forgetting my coffee the employees at Taco Bell or the delivery person I deserve to get a free coffee next time and also the hash browns were too dry the crunch wrap only had a little bit of eggs a lot of bacon and hash browns whoever made my breakfast box today deserve to get fired and yes I’m super mad about this that’s why I rate a 1 I don’t drink hot coffee I need cold coffee with flavor in the morning for my breakfast… So EVERYONE don’t deliver anything from here if you order a drink they’ll probably never make it

Love the Mexican pizza,perfect combo of texture,crispy yet soft to swallow ,. Fast service ,polite, . However it's a bad area be aware and nothing will happen.

This past week I came here and I ordered. The wind was soooooo bad, and as I was walking out, the door slammed me and knocked down everything. They were so nice and remade my iced coffee for me.

Zayre B. Helped me at the drive thru and was extremely rude. I almost dropped my change when she handed it to me that she let go so fast. I always come to this TacoBell. She must be new.

Like that it’s open late since there aren’t many choices around. Warm cheap food and kind cashier at the drive through. No complaints 😊

Sorry to the worker who got yelled at in the back for giving me the wrong order. He must’ve been baked because he confused a steak burrito for a beefy crunch burrito combo and ended up giving me 12 hard shell tacos. Waited inside and as the line kept getting longer a lady in the back kept repeating “kiosk” without actually going to the front to see specifically what we needed.

Honestly the staff, morning , lunch or dinner are all amazing. The food is always made fast. Always have a great experience with this location and will only eat at this taco bell. Thank you guys for the quality and service!

Taco Bell off of 7th Street and Baseline there's also one on 7th Ave and Southern there's also another one on 24th Street and Baseline I've been to all of them and they all have good service good parking nice restrooms and good dining there take out is pretty fast one thing about Taco Bell is that they don't got greasy food like that they make it fresh whatever you order they got good anywhere from quesadillas to Tacos two burritos and some appetizers and drinks and one thing I want to talk about is that it's great me if you ever looking for something that's kind of Mexican Wise food so if you ever came some food late night and they close at 1:00 a.m. go to Taco Bell

Ordered the Grill Cheese Nacho fries and crunchy tacos, by the time I drove around to the window my order was ready. I live 3 minutes away and by the time I made it home without making any stops my food was cold and the price for the Grill cheese nacho fries is not worth the price.

So my I ordered the meal and when it was ready I didn't get a cup and the lady just left so I stood there for 5 minutes fazed and the lady had the AUADACITY to ask a fellow co-worker "Can you check what that guy wants?" He knew it already and gave me my cup. Just a huge disappointment of service except for the dude.

Asked for my Taco Supreme without sour cream and still got sour cream on them. Yuck!

The place was dirty the tables all had food on them. The service was fast. The food was ok. It was hot.

I was such an awesome experience. Wow what a selection of fine tacos. I must of ate 5 or 6 of the crunchy taco wrapped with a soft tortilla. What a concept. I will be back every chance I get.

Every single taco in my party pack was broken like this. Very disappointed this used to be a 5 star Taco Bell experience and they did me dirty this time and last few times I just hate to drive further but will next time.

This is always been my favorite fast food chain but not all taco bells are created equal!! This one never gets my food wrong and their consistency with the food they make is wonderful always hot and made fresh gotta say this is one of my top five favorite taco bell locations

Worse Taco Bell ever! Don't waste your money at this location. Drinks have been downsized, served warm without ice. Very little meat served in the tacos and burritos. Poor management. Won't be back!

It was a nice experience in the drive thru the Mexican lady was really nice usually when I order tocos they have a dash of lettuce and cheese I ordered group tocos they came out fast and a little more lettuce and cheese then usual you can actually taste it Thxs

Better tasting food here than most other taco bell locations. Often times receiving larger than normal portions. Excellent value!

It's an okay Taco Bell. Service is quick and friendly, but the food is usually lukewarm. I come here occasionally because it's near my job. Last time I went because I got excited about the return of the Mexican Pizza... but they served me soggy tortillas with no veggies, too much sauce, unseasoned beef, and cheese that wasn't melted. Blegh

We got a box of 12 tacos and a burrito supreme with no sour cream we got all the way home and the burrito supreme had only lettuce tomato cheese and a smear beans no kind of meat and a bunch of onions 🤦🏽‍♀️

I don't care for the food much. But my girls love it. If my girls are happy...then I'm happy

They could’ve filled the cheese cup at least halfway. It’s bad enough prices went up that they can’t even give paying customers a decent amount of cheese

They didn't have Baja blast available. The cashier wasn't sure so bad but it was not the best service. People ignore you and no one is at front in case you need something. The just leave your order and don't put it in a bag or asked you if you need anything else. The food order was correct but the cinnamon twists and chips tasted a bit stale.

Ordered nacho bell grande and it had dry out beans and stale chips. I tried to order a quesorita and they said I can only order it over the app🙄 so I got a 5 layer burrito instead but I ordered extra 3 cheese and got a sloppily thrown together burrito.

Went with my cousins to get some food here. We had a big order. Jose was awesome. He repeated exactly what we ordered. We were greeted with a smile. Excellent customer service. Thank you!

Always great food and service! Enjoyed a trip there with my granddaughter. We both enjoyed nachos and tried the new fries. The fries were phenomenal! (As were our nachos!) We were even rewarded by a rainbow outside!

It’s Taco Bell , not much to say. But they had the Mexican pizza so I’ll give them 5 stars just for that.

@drive-thru -- please double check to ensure you are handing your customer all contents of their order. I was shorted 2 taco supremes. Although disappointed to arrive home with only 75% of my order, I did appreciate the friendly customer service. Work on your accuracy to get that additional 1 or 2 stars.
