    I visited this location for the first time since I’ve been living in the area now for 7 years; friendly staff but received the wrong order via drive thru. Super disappointing as I didn’t realize that I had gotten the wrong order until I was back at home.

    So I'm trying to figure out where the hell are my potatoes!!! 🤔🤔🤔 I ordered 3 Spicy potato soft tacos and not one of them have any potatoes...Lettuce cheese and sauce but no potatoes...big chunks of lettuce do not count as potatoes not only thatthe tortillas are stall and hard and everything in the tortilla is cold smh... the disappointment!!!

    They rarely get my order right. And I only use mobile orders. When they ate good, they are good, but they never take the time to fully cook the tortillas thoroughly. It takes like 7 secs to make the food so much better. Pure laziness

    This Taco Bell has always been awesome. I’ve never had issues with my orders there and the staff is always super friendly. Last night I left my credit card in the drive-through and thankfully they secured it and I was able to come back and get it the next day. Thank you!

    They have the absolute worst customer of any fast food establishment I've ever been to. They are short with you, don't smile, don't say thank you. Simply rude. I could hear someone talking to another employee saying they'll be written up for something and just being rude. I will never return! Save your energy, go elsewhere!

    Why does Taco Bell in particular have so much trouble following the order instructions? It’s so bad that I never use their drive-they, I go in and order on the kiosk to avoid the cashier having to interpret my instructions. Today I ordered at the kiosk and still I heard one employee correct another when they first made my order “no sour cream, no tomato.” Still, my order came out wrong. I don’t understand what the challenge is; is it their system and the way it shows up on their screens? Is it just that they are not paid enough to care? Is it pure maliciousness? I wish I had better options for my ND child who prefers Taco Bell textures over all the other restaurants he could choose from. Your “I don’t give af” attitude ruins some people’s meals and days when we then have to go back, waste food, and simultaneously handle a meltdown because somebody is really hungry but can’t eat the meal because it was made so incorrectly.

    It's Taco Bell... nothing was great, it wasn't even really that quick, cheese that was supposed to be melted wasn't, the nachos have a lot of chips at the bottom with no toppings on them, the restaurant wasn't that clean, and my kiddo got locked in the bathroom and we couldn't figure out how to get him out (there is a button you have to push and it was almost too high for him to reach). But, it's Taco Bell, so I wasn't really expecting fine dining

    Ordered through door dash, receipt says mild sauce packets.. none in bag. Called to express my dissatisfaction and the girl answered the phone outside in traffic from the sound of it and just answers “hello”. Not the way to answer a business phone number! On top of that, she didn’t even express a care in the world! This location had such great reviews.. guess they’re all on days this manager isn’t working!

    This location will never get your order right, no matter how you order. Drive thru, app, in person, it will always be missing items. Taco Bell doesn’t refund you for missing items in the app, so don’t order there. This location doesn’t even answer the phone and I doubt they would refund you anyway. If you want to customize something, just don’t bother ordering it at all. If you want to order from here, go inside and wait. Check your bags before you leave and ask for the missing items. What a joke.

    Me and my brother were headed to Taco Bell for just a quick breakfast but got more than what we needed to start our day. Our awesome cashier James was not only awesome at taking our order but it came with the best jokes and customer rapport building I have ever witnessed. He had both me and my brother laughing so hard. Defiantly coming back to this location. Taco Bell and entertainment! Taco Bell take notes because this man Deserves a raise. Me and my brother are for sure coming back to this location!!!!

    First off Dwayne the so call manager goofy… is not right he wanted to go smoke outside instead of remake the nacho fries for my kid.. i will never go back there and it’s always empty and sad place to see anyway. They rude and judgmental. I better get my refund back since you refused to make the item fresh wow. You strange Dwayne..

    This is by far the worst Taco Bell in the area, beware!!! The employees are extremely rude and very unprofessional. Every time I’ve taken the shot for them to get my order right, they don’t… I really wish they could get it together and maybe things would be half way decent but it’s been like that for years now and is very unfortunate for the customers. 2/5 stars…

    Food was good, but they forgot our sauce and the strawberry twists smelled and tasted really old, like rancid. We had to toss them. The employees were friendly, though.

    Unresponsive when they messed up my order. Hung up on me several times when I called to give them an opportunity to make it right. Employees were acting like complete buffoons when my family was there placing the order. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. UPDATE: corporate called back and refunded the entire meal.

    The dining room was really dirty and none of the tables were clean. Napkins, sauce packets everywhere. Food was fine but would have been nice to have a clean table to eat at.

    The hours on here and on apps like Uber Eats are wrong. Those things are easy to change and correct, I would know from experience. These Franchise owners are lazy and I feel bad for their employees who are being set up to have upset/angry customers.

    I love Taco Bell but I think it was awful when you you brought back Mexican Pizza and didn’t. You have all the ingredients there so to say you don’t is bad business. Getting people in to order something else. WRONG

    Just went through the drive thru on 32nd st and greenway. 2 beef chalupas and 1 nacho bell grande. It cost me $18 and had no beef in my chulapas or on my nacho bell grande.. what a disappointment. You guys should be ashamed! You guys are discusting!

    Unbelievable. The manager couldn't help me w my free reward on the app. They were clueless then blamed me for user error [projecting of course] when they didn't have the courtesy to help me or at least see what I was doing ON THE APP. I'm done..I no longer will pour money into this location aka Greenway and 32nd st. I'm going to another Taco Bell and never looking back.

    Clean facility, long wait at the drive thru though, that can be a good thing to some, or bad to others. Good sign it's well liked, so much so in fact, people are willing to wait 15 mins in the hot arizona sun just to eat here. Bad thing is, well... 15 mins waiting in the hot arizona sun 🥵😫

    I go here all the time not anymore though, my order is wrong half the time alf the time don't get receipts most of the time so can't even complain because been told without the receipt nothing they can do. I would rather go to del taco at least I get what I order.

    The staff got the order wrong on one of the items which wasn't the issue things happens but the girl pulling the guy from.the back because she didn't want to deal with it and hearing her state that was the issue. Than all of the staff hiding in the back seeing I was waiting to order more food and and not one person being up front or in the kitchen was quite disappointing. It seemed like the ladies there did not want to work at all and the customers were an inconvenience

    Taco Bell played with our hearts by bringing the beloved Mexican pizza back then ripping it from our hearts. Today I went to this store because I was notified via email the only thing I come to this place for was back. For good! I went on my lunch and grabbed two because another person wanted to experience the joy of this delightful mouth orgasm. I could eat this every day for the mouth orgasm this tasty treat gives me. Yo quiero Taco Bell.

    It's Taco Bell... It's the same everywhere you go. That .. taco bell flavor... It's addictive and repulsive at the same time. This place has occasional issues with order accuracy but overall do a pretty decent job. Check your bags before you leave the drive thru!

    A customer said nothing and was waiting patiently In line. Manager Nimya YELLED "Go Away" to her. The customer was offended not knowing what brought on such a poor response when she was just standing there. We were shocked. Definitely walked out after that. Not ever coming back here.
