    I NEVER leave reviews bc im not much of a complainer. But the service I received here was horrible. I had ordered three chicken quesadillas and only received two. Typically I wouldn’t be upset by something as small as that. But when I went back in line to get it, the manager had told me that he “personally packed it and knows he put in three” he asked if he could check our bag, which we allowed him to do, saw there was only two, then basically said we were trying to steal “im not sure what you guys are trying to pull on us” all my boyfriend and I wanted was our food. It was late and we wanted to get home. I’ve never had problems here before nor ever been accused of stealing. We never received our third quesadilla :((

    Guys, COME ON!!! I live in your neighborhood and I Love Taco Bell as a rule! You guys were my life and death saviors when I was an OTR truck driver and you've been my favorites for almost 30 years! But!!! This is the FOURTH TIME you guys have read back to me my order, confirmed it with me verbally, CHARGED me for what we agreed upon, only for me to get home and find you shorted me on at least one to three items I asked and paid you for!! In efforts to be respectful, I didn't rip off your sticker and hold up the line to Quality Assurance check the order, putting my consumer faith in you guys, only to be sorely disappointed the second I have the chance to look! I get it, people make mistakes, but four times in a row isn't a mistake anymore, it's downright laziness and intentional disregard for your responsibilities. Please, for the love of Christmas, get it together?

    Ordered in the drive-thru tonight and specifically asked the guy at the window if he would please double check the order before he handed it over, as I have often been missing the occasional item when going through the drive thru. However when I got home, I was missing 5 items in my $50 order. I called the store, expecting to just let them know so they could handle it on my next weekly visit. However, I was accused by the “manager” of trying to get “free food” and specifically told that I was lying. I don’t know what’s going on with this location and this particular employee, but I hope they get this handled. No one needs to lie over $8 worth of Taco Bell, and his behavior is absolutely absurd.

    They refuse to take your order and direct you to a kiosk. Cash customers as myself will always refuse. That's just horrible customer service.

    I tried to get breakfast today. The guy at the counter said that he was "under strict orders from management" to have all customers order from the kiosk. He said if I needed help he would help me. I asked him for help after messing with the kiosk for a few minutes of not finding what I wanted. He clicked a few buttons and walked away. As I was ordering from the kiosk another couple came in and he took their order from the register. I walked out and will not be back to that location.

    On Friday evening Sept 22, I watched a very unprofessional store manager harassing a delivery driver. Kept calling him “princess?” Then he brought the delivery to the counter and called out loudly to the whole store “princess, princess?” Did he think the driver was gay? Was he harassing him for being gay? Is he a biggot who is against the LGBTQ community?!?!

    This is the worst taco bell ever. They never get the order right. Literally everytime they forget multiple items. Then they ask if you want hot sauce and forget that too. Pathetic

    If I could give 0 stars I would. I placed an online order through my phone and it ended up charging me 10 EXTRA times for a cravings box. My order was over $119 and when I tried getting a refund from customer service, they couldn't because the management here LIED and said I left a note telling them I had recovered the funds back from my bank. Save your money from these scammers.

    Was just in there jan 8th at 731 pm. Manager who was white verbally abused me while waiting for an order. I will never come back to his location and I will be contacting general manager on Monday

    This is a very nice Taco Bell. It has had a beautiful remodel. I was surprisingly shocked. The food was great and you can see that the kitchen is very clean as were the employees. It is crammed in next to a Circle K and Denny's, I wasn't expecting the Taco Bell to be so nice. This is my new go to place for Mexican Pizza.

    I went to the drive through and Helaine offered me the senior discount. No one has suggested or offered me this option before. Kudos to Helaine for being so attentive! I will definitely ask for the discount in the future.

    This is not a legitimate business. They take doordash orders but they are not setup to give the doordash drivers food in store. If the driver has to wait 30 minutes in the Drive-Thru that means it's literally impossible to complete a doordash order. Do not order doordash from this location this is not a legitimate business. Every other business in the country is set up for doordash now but Taco Bell is not

    I like this Taco Bell. The staff is friendly and I have never had a mistake on my order here. We like to come sometimes on the weekend for Mexican pizza or a Chalupa. I have nothing bad to say about the place. One time during a visit, an evidently homeless person was harassing the staff at the front counter, and he escalated to the point of yelling, but the staff remained calm and respectful. I was very impressed and they diffused what could have been a much worse situation.

    This isn't a hard job but they need to put somebody at the window I guess that understands language of English. And not put in whatever they want. Then Then when you call and say hey I got the wrong order and they try to tell you well that's why I have here on the screen it's not my fault they they put it in wrong they can put whatever They want on the screen doesn't make it right and then hang up. I have a small business so I have a GoPro car to record video and Audio and going over it It says what I order and it was not what was on the screen or what I got. So at least I can share that with corporate and how unprofessionalll this person is by hanging up just because he got his order wrong. If your not ready to own your mistakes tell your parents that your not mentally prepared even though your 28. They might let you drink mountain dew and play video games all day. I wouldn't pay $20 for 2 taco's and a Mexican pizza which is not what I ordered and if it was I would have just ordered the number 9

    The food is always great, but check your bag before you leave as sometimes there may be an item missing! Id give 5 stars but the manager I encountered was the rudest person I've dealt with that was in a "manager" position.

    I'm currently standing outside with other customers waiting to get in while employees are just walking around not opening the locked door. If I was able to submit pictures on here you would see that it's 7:20am on Thursday the 28th of September and we still cannot order, go into the establishment nor are we being assured that they are opening late or at all while we are pressed for time.

    Just don’t go to Taco Bell anymore, they want more in hourly wages but don’t care to work! I came in and stood at the counter while 6 people stared and walked by saying absolutely nothing!?!?! Not even hi! I was told by the store manager they do not have to help the counter anymore in their stores dining rooms! That we are to put our order in at one of the provided kiosks! I was so upset by this type of lame brained attitude and response! And that they do not have to be nice or even engage the customer anymore! Just pathetic and absolutely not acceptable! Then the manager got a snide attitude with me for being upset about not getting any customer service and not even being acknowledged when I come to the store and they stand there. In fact, he told me he just didn’t wanna help me absolutely sad. What the hell are you guys getting paid to do?

    My best friend and I came in to have dinner we ordered at the Kiosk my food was not as advertised when she asked the guy at the register to check the amount that she gave him he replied that's not my job. When she tried to report it to what she was told was the manager the other employee to her nothing would happen to him cause he was the manager he then told us after we had bought food and were attempting to eat that we were trespassing the employees are rude there is no customer service if I could give zero stars I would I will not be returning to this store

    Lobby was closed despite the website saying lobby would be open. I had placed a walk in pickup order, and walked there. And it's not like I could stand in the busy drive thru lane to pick up my food.

    I don’t really go to this location as much as a couple other but overall this place isn’t horrible but not great either. It’s a hit or miss with them, it mostly depends on who is working. My orders are usually close to being what I ask for so I’ll give them that. But this place isn’t anything I’d go out of my way for… 3/5 stars.

    Taco Bell food is yummy depending on who is working in the kitchen. I wish Taco Bell would do a better job training the drive thru employees. I like the food , but the young adults working really need to be trained on how to deal with the public. I would start with "Thank You." I always say Thank you to them but Ive never received a return response. I get these kids aren't taught any manners at home, but if Taco Bell would spend a little money on training, I think it would go a long way with it's customers.

    Didn't ask me if I wanted hot sauce or give me the option. Ha ded me a folded closed bag of food. It's closed inside and I'd have to go thru the line again. The taller long haired drive thru kid, I hope you slip and fall, and no one asks if you need help. It is now the next week. 11-14-22. 7:44 pm. Lobby is closed. Unacceptable. It is against the law to close and lock the door during business hours. Fire code violation.

    Longest wait times ever for any Taco Bell some of the employees can be polite at times but not enough to make up for the terrible wait times I mean these wait times are like hospital wait times! I do not ever recommend this Taco Bell

    One of the fastest, most accurate and friendly Taco Bell restaurants I have seen in operation that consistently performs as a top example of how it should be done. Very courteous and caring employees, every drive-through visit. Highly recommended.

    Sad when the drive thru employee, Marisol, can't get an order right, after driving home, returned to the drive thru and tell them what was missed and they still can't get it right. They close the window, you honk three times and they don't come back. Drive around from the drive thru, walk in side the location and when I approached the counter, the employee literally said, "What's wrong now!" with a complete attitude. What's wrong is that you can't do your job, can't listen and have a terrible attitude. After driving home and back again and still not getting it right, I went home to extremely cold food, which let's face it, isn't spectacular to start with but works when you need something fast and it's better when it's actually hot. My meal should have been refunded after two trips to the store and gross cold food, not to mention the terrible attitude of the employee.........and it wasn't like they were busy. I was the only customer. No drive thru customers and none inside. Terrible!!!!! And looking at the reviews, apparently it's their company culture since they don't even bother to post responses to customer reviews.
