Sad
when
the
drive
thru
employee,
Marisol,
can't
get
an
order
right,
after
driving
home,
returned
to
the
drive
thru
and
tell
them
what
was
missed
and
they
still
can't
get
it
right.
They
close
the
window,
you
honk
three
times
and
they
don't
come
back.
Drive
around
from
the
drive
thru,
walk
in
side
the
location
and
when
I
approached
the
counter,
the
employee
literally
said,
"What's
wrong
now!"
with
a
complete
attitude.
What's
wrong
is
that
you
can't
do
your
job,
can't
listen
and
have
a
terrible
attitude.
After
driving
home
and
back
again
and
still
not
getting
it
right,
I
went
home
to
extremely
cold
food,
which
let's
face
it,
isn't
spectacular
to
start
with
but
works
when
you
need
something
fast
and
it's
better
when
it's
actually
hot.
My
meal
should
have
been
refunded
after
two
trips
to
the
store
and
gross
cold
food,
not
to
mention
the
terrible
attitude
of
the
employee.........and
it
wasn't
like
they
were
busy.
I
was
the
only
customer.
No
drive
thru
customers
and
none
inside.
Terrible!!!!!
And
looking
at
the
reviews,
apparently
it's
their
company
culture
since
they
don't
even
bother
to
post
responses
to
customer
reviews.
