Will not come back here. First they took forever to take our order. Second, they only gave me breasts I wanted a thigh and leg combo they said it’ll take 30mins to cook. Didn’t have it ready and it was only around 8pm but they’re open till later. What baffled me was there’s managers in the floor. They forgot to give me certain items as well. Didn’t ask what condiments I wanted in the end either. It was an upsetting coming here especially when we ordered something that was more than $50 Definitely won’t come back

We ordered the Chicken Pot Pie for the first time. WOW! We are truly impressed. First of all, it's HOT, which is the way it's supposed to be! The crust is really crunchy and tasty. There's plenty of chicken, both light and dark meat, and some veggies, too! Yes, we recommend the Chicken Pot Pie at this KFC!

I wish I could give a zero and wish I would have read reviews first but I was in the area let’s see if this kfc better than the one on 7th Ave Hell no they all nasty and workers don’t care. What kind of sick person would be happy to serve horrible food period. You have to be just careless or dgaf about what you doing Stay away from this place

My chicken sandwich tasted old and the chicken was stringy and dry. Mac n cheese tastes so plain and the mashed potatoes had chunky gravy. I used to love KFC but I think after this experience, I'm giving it up completely. Super disappointed.

Came here on Sunday 9/3/23 around 8pm. Dining room was empty and my family 5 kids all under 10years old sat at the large center table. We ordered 3 kids meals and 3 adult meals. After waiting for 30mins and having hungry crying kids my wife asked where our food was and what’s taking so long. Mind you people were coming in and going through drive thru getting food. The worker (Jada) started saying they needed to make chicken help people and they are short staff. After my wife said those circumstances are not our problem Jada decided to start yelling and cussing at my wife in front of all our children. She was calling my wife a b**** and when my wife asked her to lower her voice and not talk to her like that’s she came out from behind the counter and appeared to want a physical altercation. The young male staffers came to front and apologized while this out of control lady went into the bathroom to hide. Completely disrespectful behavior and no one reprimanded this worker who then came back and started cleaning the dining room where we ate as if she didn’t just cause a disruption and never apologized. We did get a refund for our items purchased as well as food. However this took another 15-20min of trying to communicate with the male staff. We felt some of the staff was either very aloof/untrained or under the influence of some type of substance. Very uncomfortable and unprofessional to staff someone like this. I really hope the owner and GM Marco can remedy this immediately.

Today, I went to KFC. It's been awhile. Service was friendly and good attitude. I think it's time to change their oil because the chicken came out really dark. I think their biscuits shrank too. About 50% smaller than other locations.

The drinks machine is off but they will do free refills at the counter. Mostly Uber and other delivery inline. Waited a while food was good when I finally got it

I went to the drive through 12/6 Tuesday night, the workers were playing around and you can hear them through the mic and I constantly had to repeat myself because the girl that was taking my order wasn’t focus enough laughing with the other co workers, talking to them like I wasn’t there at al, mind you I was the only car there. So it’s not like they were packed. On top of that I’m convinced they over charged me almost 20 bucks for a 5 piece Nashville chicken tenders and did not give me a receipt. I orders the Nashville chicken tenders, and they barely put any of the hot sauce literally like I got the regular chicken tenders. Managers, supervisors who ever is in charge, they need to train these kids to be more professional. Messed my my food, took more money out of me and worst drive through experience.

One hour ago went through the drive-thru to get leg and thigh, original recipe. The person taking the order double-checked it was original recipe but when I got home it was tasteless crispy order, no time to go back.

Employees were rude, food was not worth the price they have, the place was empty but there wasn't a single clean booth to sit in? Definitely need to step it up at this location.

Spent over 50$ here asked for honey gave me one pack of honey forgot my buiscuits, asked for mashed potatoes instead of coleslaw and they gave me coleslaw anyways. They rushed me in and out , had me wait to not even give me what I asked for .

I don’t this usually but I went for it - the Double Down sandwich is back - never knew it existed- a crispy chicken sandwich with no bun. I thought, great idea and it may be pretty darn good - we’ll… the sandwich was up to par. The crispyness was great, reminded me of chicken cordon blue taste and has 52 grams of protein besides the calories and other unhealthy stuff- ha but get this it’s $10 a sandwich 😳. I think it’s worth $8 and it can definitely be shared. I probably won’t ever get it again because I hardly do fast food.

Cashier didn't know his product. There was 4 people in front of me and he got all four orders of theirs wrong.

The food was good. Service was quick but I had to go back to the counter and ask for condiments for my chicken strips and a beverage refill. Still everything was good. The food was great and the employees were very polite

I wanted to use the drive up. It looks like the drive-up was closed because the sign was dark and the driveway was poorly lit. The restaurant did turn out to be open though. I went inside and ordered my food and they were very nice.

No napkin, no hot sauce, no honey, ordered a leg and thigh. I like my dark meat. Got a breast and drum. The breast was extremely dry. The biscuit was dry also. Over all it was edible, however far from a good experience

Whoever the guy that was running orders out to all the cars that were told to park up front from drive thru... That guy deserves a raise. He was running and making sure we had everything in our order. You could tell he is a hard worker. Shout out to that guy! Ordered at like 8pm on Thursday 10/26.

I don’t know what happened but when my sister and I came in, we ordered a family meal. Nothing crazy. But we ended up not getting the Cole slaw, and NO gravy for the mashed potatoes. We were so confused. We had no idea we had to let them know we wanted gravy with the potatoes. I’ve never had to do that before, but maybe that’s a new thing? We also repeated the order a few times, so I don’t know if we should’ve told them we wanted gravy or if they should’ve asked us? I don’t know that was weird.

Visited 11-14-2023 around 8pm maybe a little after 8pm.We ordered our food payed and was told to pull up right away which is fine we figured they ran out and had to make more..That was not the case we parked and waited almost 30mintues I had to go back in and see if the food was ready because I thought maybe they did not have the staff to run food out.All the food had to be reheated due to being ice cold not only that my nuggets looked old and raw in the middle I had to double check my daughters thinking they might be the same thankful they were not and some stuff was missing from our order.I don't think I could return because this isn't the first time stuff like this has happen.We hadn't been for a while and thought maybe this time would be different unfortunately we were wrong.

I waited 45 minutes for my food in the parking area and when I went inside to ask about the wait the guy on the register gave me a really bad attitude instead of solving the problem he responded back rudely! I will never come back to this location ever…. They have really bad customer service

Worst KFC. The food is always wrong & never full. Paid for a half full Mac n cheese, no gravy on my famous bowl & only 5 little pieces of popcorn chicken. The chicken little was also not honey bbq & still had the Mayo/pickles that I asked to be removed.

My food looked and tasted like its been sitting around all day. Wasn't even warm. So disappointing. KFC used to be one of the best fast food restaurants. Im never going there again. Its Chic fil A from now on. Staff was rude as well. I didnt encounter a single employee that took pride in their job. Just there for the paycheck obviously.

I went to buy this bucket of chicken and the cashier guy was so rude, he didn’t gave me the receipt and the chicken was so dry and nasty. I called and they told me to call back but never got an answer. I don’t recommend this place at all.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Our food was ready very quickly. Two of us ate for $20 which I think is a pretty good value considering all the food that you get. The restaurant was very clean. There was plenty of parking and it wasn't very busy for Saturday at the time we went for lunch today. The chicken was good as always and the sides were surprisingly better from what I remembered. Really excellent experience would highly recommend this location.

Really nice staff food was good. The guy at the front desk gave me a free drink and extra sauce packets. Place was pretty clean they had a TV on in the lobby. Decent quality food. Nice staff. Would recommend this location. Nothing bad to say. Gotta love kfc.

Decided to go to KFC instead of Chick-fil-A, WRONG CHOICE. I ordered a REGULAR classic chicken sandwich and instead they lazily threw two SPICY chicken strips on bread. I had to throw it away I can’t eat spicy. Should have gone to Chick-fil-A!!! So mad

I was at KFC today, March 17th. I bought ordered 2 large orders of cold slaw. The employee/cashier was very patient, kind and helped me count out all my quarters. I appreciate that and will always remember that excellent customer service. The cold slaw was great too, as always. So I hope the manager gets recognized for great customer service and great employees, all of them doing a great job. I was having a hard, sad day and he made it better! Thank you!! Always greatly appreciated!!

Just went to this kfc and it was horrible. Went through drive thru and had to repeat myself twice that I needed a moment. I ordered a 3pc tender meal and cashier told me it would 5min wait after she had already charged me. Cashier was not friendly at all and she could have asked if I wanted to wait not just Tell me. I used to work fast food so I get it but honestly it wasn’t even busy in the front… cashier didn’t bother putting my receipt in my bag or a fork. Will not be coming back to this location.

I don't go to KFC often but I wanted something different, so I ordered the 3pc tender combo and the ck pot pie. When I get to the window I asked what comes with the combo. She tells my fries, biscuit and a drink. I get home my fries are old and chicken dry. I was charged $17.35 . I decided to go on line just to check why so much. First thing I find out she didn't give me a choice on my sides and she also charged me for a combo on the pie witch I didn't ask for combo .we only got the pie. I tried to call them but no answer. No I remember why I don't go there 🤮

We went through the drive-thru, there were people in line already, we waited patiently. The person taking our order was rude, we understand the food service industry can be stressful, so we didn't take offense. At the window the person taking our money was also rude, again, we didn't take offense. When we got home with our food, we realized our order was not only incorrect, but it was also very poorly handled. I hope it was just a bad day.

Ordered food, was told the biscuits are about 8 mins out did I want to wait? Well yeah since I paid for them. Pulled around...waited. food brought out. 1st bag went great, 2nd bag not so great. Worker thought i had the bag and let go....Gravy down my thigh and leg- positive note, it was really really hot and literally burned the beegesus out of my leg. Had to ask for a new bag as it was full of gravy (as well as my seat) and biscuits- the blank stare was baffling- but I got it- she was alittle caught off guard and did apologize. Got ALL the way home....and realized was missing food items I paid for. 2nd time this happened and I wasn't driving back for a potentional 2nd round. !!! Usually I'm pretty chill but come on.... you weren't that busy, no recepit given. Think a manager or someone would have come out to make sure I was good??naw..moving on!! That's the last time they get my business- u only literally get to burn me once! I'm sure the franchise doesn't care...
