This use to be one of my favorite salad places. For the past 2 years the quality has gone down. For the last 3 times I have gone the place is really dirty literally I have to clean my own table and is frustrating especially when there is 5 people on the line they are not busy and they are just playing around talking amongst them selves and just standing there. The desserts area look so dirty as well, it looks like the strawberry jelly spilled over and it looks like they have left it there for months. It’s unfortunate that this place has gotten like this. If that is how is maintained in the front where people see it and eat, I can just imagine the back don’t even feel comfortable eating there anymore.

I wasn't sure what to expect when I walked into Cafe Zupas. Salad, soup and sandwiches have been done before and I am not easily impressed. I can say that I was delightfully surprised by the food they served. The salad was absolutely fantastic and I was able to add and remove toppings at will. Everything was fresh and the dressing was heavenly. I highly recommend cafe zupas!

The food is pretty decent, but the way this store operates is just terrible. There are (consistently) ~10 people working behind the counter here and yet it takes 20-25 min for them to move the line. Forget it if there’s an error with an order or takeout—you’ll be waiting there as they hold everything up…and are still unable to complete in a timely manner. They need help with their management - unfortunately they are disorganized and awfully inefficient—it’s too bad because the food tastes good and is relatively fresh compared to other fast food. This is in my regular routine but after today, I’m not going back for a long time.

Cafe Zupas has great food but a nearly horrific ordering experience. It's always been that way but every six months or so we try it hoping it gets better. I admit that an inefficient process bugs me, but in this case, it's the film that appears on the soups and the lettuce that is no longer crisp that cause the loss of stars. I wish we could blame the ordering mess on the lack of staffing due to Corona, but they seem to be very fully staffed and it's honestly always been this way. The lack of spoons and white bread when we visited IS a supply chain issue, I'm sure. Every time I've been here, too, the dishes have been piled high on the waste bins. I'd imagine there js a better way to handle disposing of waste.

I ate at this location about a month ago. The staff was very friendly and the restaurant was very clean. The food was great as always and I highly recommend the lemonade with peach & mango syrup! I ordered the try two combo with a strawberry harvest salad and the turkey bacon avocado sandwich. My friend got the same sandwich and I’m unsure which salad she got. And of course we also each had a chocolate dipped strawberry! Yum!

Soups, Salads, and Sandwiches. Decent Variety and you can create your own salads or sandwiches. Price is reasonable. I got the Try 2 Combo—Roasted Red Pepper and Lobster Soup and Avocado Chop Salads— everything was fresh and tasted decent. Team working definitely needs good coaching/training. They didn’t even know what salads or soups belonged to each customer as we got to the pickup and pay spot. It will also be extremely helpful to have a description of each salad with the ingredients listed on the menu boards! I had to ask which holds up the process! Restaurant design leaves much to be desired.. very tight and hard to navigate. Only a few seats in the front. Back is dark and looks like a cafeteria. Hard to get to the drinks, utensils, napkins or even see them as they’re on the inside of a wall that faces the back room. It’ll do in a pinch. Good location and plenty of parking as it’s in a strip center with a lot of stores!

This location is one of my favorites for a healthy and delicious lunch. They have a great selection of flavorful soups and tasty sandwiches. They change the menu seasonally and everything including the soups is scratch made in house with fresh ingredients and locally sourced when available. The desserts look very tempting.

Don’t know where to start. When we entered front door was broken, then almost died because the floor mat was improperly placed. Then we got hit in the face with a horrible smell. All the tables were dirty plates left over. Plenty of staff but seemed to be more interested in their conversation than keeping the place clean. Restrooms were a mess also. Overflowing trash can. Looked like a public park restroom. Flickering lights at the drinking station Major Concern for people who are epileptic. Food portions are insanely small not bad taste but atmosphere definitely ruined appetite. Very disappointed.

The menu it's only present on the wall and does not explain what's in the salad nor does it give complete nutritional information . I had the Thai chicken salad. There's nothing to worry about it. I asked him how the chicken was prepared and they said it is boiled. That is it. Boiled. To make it " Thai " they trench the salad in an overly sweet and under spiced and unsophisticated sauce. Bring your insulin with you. This was accompanied by a half frozen, yes cold, and a chocolate covered strawberry. If you enjoy well-prepared healthy food think again. This is my second or third try this place and each time has been a failure. The last time I was here, I tried to soup which is far too salty and I like salt. I guess I'm done giving them another chance.

They have very delicious food, especially the variety of soups. Everything is made with fresh quality ingredients

Pathetic size for a sandwich. 10$ is extremely overpriced for this mini sandwich. Save you money. Go somewhere else. Flavors are good. I think there’s literally 1 piece of Turkey on this mini ciabatta Turkey sandwich. I only went here through door dash.

I had a gift card and decided to stop in. The process was easy, and the ingredients were fresh. I placed my order and the staff was very polite and helpful. However, my salad was small, and my brownie was crummy. I wasn't pleased with the sandwich and the way my salad was thrown together and the crummy brownie. The lemonade machines were empty and one was broken but the staff did fill my cup and refill the drink machine. I'm not sure if I will return. First impressions last.

No way will I ever be back. This place is filthy. Really gross. Ordered my food online, came when I was supposed to, 25 minutes AFTER it's supposed to be ready, still standing here. Boxes laying all over the floors. This place is a mess. Stay away.

Customer Service was very helpful with making my salad since I have essential tremors. These things are very difficult for me to do on my own but they were very willing to assist and help me to an extreme. They were amazing and the food is amazing also. The grilled cheese awesome but I prefer the salads over. Everything

Courteous & Helpful staff. But we're overwhelmed with online orders & catering. So we had to be patient in getting food prepared. They probably need to put a limit on Online orders

The food was great! The chocolate covered rice crispy treat was amazing! The bread for the sandwiches is really good and it seems to be baked right there. Little things like being out of napkins and having to use paper towels from the restroom (which were sitting on the bathroom counter rather than installed in the dispensers) took away just a little from the experience. The place wasn't very busy, yet no one came by our table to check on us. Little things like these can take away from an otherwise delightful experience when the food is as good as it is.

Slowest restaurant ever! I usually leave if there is a line because the staff doesn’t believe in being efficient. However standing in line for over twenty minutes when there are only 2 people in front of you is a new low. The food is prepared and set on the counter to chill until another employee gets around to ringing you up. My soup and sandwich were cold by the time I sat down to eat - at the restaurant. There are literally more employees than customers at this location right now and the line is still painstakingly slow.

Whoa. I was in this shopping center and needed to get takeout for dinner. The menu for this place got me in the door. The staff walked me through their menu, how to order, gave me their recommendations, and let me sample their favorite soups. I was pretty excited about my order - barbecue brisket sandwich, red pepper lobster bisque, and a creme brule. I got it all for less than $20 and it was fire! They specialize in combos of soups, salads, and sandwiches, but their infusion drinks and desserts are equally excellent.

This location is very busy and popular. The wait wasn't too long and was served within 3 minutes. Cafe Zupas offers some great meals for anyone looking for something more.on the healthy side. The staff were very friendly and efficient! I highly recommend this location to anyone needing a great meal.
