For
those
people
who
are
fighters,
this
Muay
Thai
gym
is
perfect
for
you,
as
it
is
very
fight
focused,
as
the
name
suggests.
The
facilities
are
the
best
I
have
ever
experienced.
Pool,
sauna,
clean
rooms.
However,
this
gym
would
benefit
from
being
more
welcoming
and
having
a
person
to
announce
what
is
coming
next.
An
initial
class
welcome
of
all
members
wouldn’t
hurt
either.
It
saddens
me
to
say
that
was
very
disappointed
with
Phuket
Fight
club.
I
arrived
a
little
later
than
expected.
No
one
was
there
to
show
me
my
room.
I
waited
30
minutes,
until
someone
eventually
rocked
up.
I
was
stuck
in
the
heat
with
my
luggage
and
an
inquisitive,
tired
and
hungry
3
year
old.
Not
an
ideal
situation.
My
first
class
no
one
approached
me,
or
welcomed
me.
I
have
trained
at
three
other
Muay
Thai
gyms
in
thailand
(in
my
20s),
all
of
which
were
welcoming.
At
Phuket
fight
club
I
felt
very
awkward.
First
session
there
was
no
welcome,
no
one
to
announce
what
would
happen
next,which
is
what
I
am
accustomed
to.
I
was
then
told
to
go
into
a
ring
and
spar
with
fighters.
I
have
not
sparred
in
4
years,
since
having
my
child.
I
hated
every
moment
of
it.
After
sparring,
I
did
pad
work
with
Pun,
he
was
absolutely
lovely.
He
could
see
I
was
struggling
through
my
first
session.
We
did
pad
work
and
I
really
enjoyed
this.
The
trainers
were
lovely
and
very
skilled
but
the
classes
lack
structure
and
welcome.
If
you
do
not
have
a
motorbike,
you
need
to
walk
at
least
10minutes
for
breakfast.
Across
the
road
there
is
a
coffee
shop
(coffee
and
cakes).
However
this
is
not
suffice,
if
your
brought
your
three
your
old
son
with
you.
Luckily
one
of
the
trainers
drove
me
to
the
nearest
restaurant
before
my
son
had
a
hanger
tantrum.
