My daughter diagnosed ASD and Lori made her time an amazing one. From introducing her to the magic chair, getting her mouth and keeping it open while Lori started cleaning her teeth.She didn’t cry, yell or made a fussed. Lori is honestly one of the most professional hygienists i have ever had clean my teeth. Her shop is immaculate and her hands are very gentle. She is extremely knowledgeable and was able to help me solve my problem with my dry mouth syndrome. My 7 year old son was terrified of dentists due to a previous negative experience at another office and she was able to calm him and perform her services with no issues. This is my second time visiting and Lori has given me a cleaning both times. She took 15 mins before the treatment to breakdown everything to me, helping me understand what was going on with my teeth. Not only are the conversations with her amazing but the cleaning itself was too. She relieves the anxiety that comes with dental treatment and makes it a good experience. I was extremely impressed with the office. The strict cleaning and sanitization procedures were AMAZING. Lori took the time to explain everything to me and my teeth felt great after. Lori has a special gift when it comes to treatment...amazing tactile sense and the ability to remove tartar with ease and efficiency! Her office is immaculately clean , she follows the protocols set by public health and her college, actually over and above standards. I should know as I am a fellow dental hygienist myself and I trust her whole heartedly to treat my whole family. Lori was friendly, thorough and gentle with my gums, and was able to remove bad staining (from neglect of a dental hygiene visit in over a year, and diet issues like high coffee/tea consumption) effectively. I am happy with my experience, the fee schedule is reasonable, my insurance was direct billed, and I would recommend Lori.
