The staff of Sheridan Dental Centre makes going to the dentist so much fun! They always ensure you are well taken care of, and do an amazing job. I have been going there for a few years now, and when I can't seem to be able to book an appointment that works for me, they still fit me in and make it work. All the receptionists are lovely, and so are the hygienists and dentists. I don't think I could get used to any other dental clinic. I appreciate you guys so much!

This was a Horrific experience!! Absolute crooks. Be warned about what you are singing up for when making a simple appointment to get your teeth cleaned. The up sell is robbery !!! I went in for a simple regular cleaning and got stuck with a $700 bill and that's over and above after they MAXed my dental insurance coverage. because of things I didn't even ask for. When I tried to dispute the charges they sent it to collections and my credit bureau STAY FAR AWAY from these crooks!!! They shouldn't be in business !!! I will be reporting them to the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario for their unethical practice and I suggest anyone else who has had a similar experience also do so !!!

I am very happy with the service and smiles at Sheridan. The staff are extremely organized, knowledgeable and I never wait for an appointment. The hygienists are lovely and efficient. The dentists are fantastic. I would recommend their services to any future patient :)

Amazing! I was always afraid of going to the dentist, but all the staff here make me feel so relaxed. They are patient, informative and are always willing to work with me. The work always ends up great and I no longer suffer from tooth aches. I also had my wisdom teeth done and couldnt believe how quick and painless it was.

Great customer service by staff. I recommended this dental office to my family and friends. Dentist / dental surgeon did amazing job in removal of 2 wisdom teeth and follow up. This is the most third rate dental clinic which will rip you off of your money. Spent $1400 plus for a small cavity and 2 months later it's all same. Dr. Gill and his secretary left no stone unturned to fleece what they could and I have no relief. Please stay away unless you have money to blow.

She’s super friendly, always on time and makes my appointment so enjoyable. This is honestly the best dental office in pickering. I would 100% recommend.

Chinese dentist was good but office is not.They want to charge insurance plus you.. which they don't inform earlier.

I have been going to Sheridan Dental for many years. There have been many changes over that time. I have noticed that The Doctors and staff make it a priority to keep up with the times in continuing education and upgrading products and equipment. I feel very comfortable going to this office and know I am in good hands, even during covid. They take great care in explaining procedures, treatment and insurance policies. I am not a patient at this office. Nor would I consider to be after the experience I had this past weekend. I escorted my elderly mother in law to her dental appointment because my husband was called into work. Sheridan Dental is 45 minutes from us but my mother in law has been going to this office since she was in her 30's. We checked in after having to wait 10 minutes then lectured about being 10 minutes late and possibly not being able to finish the appointment. The young lady at the desk was very unpleasant even after explaining the traffic issue! The waiting area was very crowded. I then had the displeasure of overhearing the ladies at the desk making fun and complaining about other people working there... for an hour this went on... When paying for my mother in laws bill I noticed it was much much higher then I've ever paid at the dentist for a simple cleaning, I asked if there was a senior discount that could be applied because she doesn't have all of her teeth... the girl rolled her eyes and said only 10 percent can be applied. Then when waiting for the receipt she said to her coworker that she was too busy for this!!... This behaviour is completely unacceptable and we will be encouraging my mother in law to see our family dentist moving forward!. Absolutely disgusted with how we were treated and to witness how their workers treat each other!!!

I personally did not have a good experience with this dental center. 1. I had my initial appointment with Dr. Malek, after having a complete and thorough new patient exam, I was thrown in an office with a treatment co-ordinator who did not resonate well with me at all, I felt like she looked down upon me the entire time, insinuating to me that invisalign are very expensive after I inquired about them. I wanted to know if you offer them, not how much they are - but thanks for letting me know they are expensive. The whole thing was uncomfortable with both the co-ordinator and Dr. Malek. 2. I switched dentists to Dr. Gill, i had alot of work to be done, and we started with a cavity that was top right at the back. So #1 my face does not stretch to the extent that this man was stretching my face, then I had 4 people in the room, excitedly talking about "how cool" it's going to be to see the spacer go on... I was never asked if i wanted more people in the room/students whoever they were and THAT was uncomfortable. I went home in SO much pain, i slept for two days, became bruised around my mouth from all the stretching and the pain remained for WEEKS. 3. They call you ALL the time, like all the time.....watch out for 8am saturday and sunday sales calls I will add that I did miss two appointments - 1 they called me and I said I could be there in 5 minutes as i live up the street and they said no the dentist is going home.....then why call me? the other i ended up canceling on the reminder call. I will say the office is beautiful and my hygenist was great but their treatment co-ordinators make you feel like they are better than you. I was uncomfortable at every visit, and it felt like it was a money maker rather than a personable dental office. Will not go there again. hugely expensive as well - they charge much more than the dental fee guide. I've moved over to pickering dental at the mall and couldn't be happier.

If you want the utmost impeccable quality of service, then Sheridan dental is hands down the best place in the Durham region. Every time I enter, I am greeted by the receptionists who always have a smile on their face. The waiting room is very clean with little clutter and wait times are super minimal. I’ve been seeing Dr. Malek for well over a year now and she delivers the same quality of service every time. One thing I appreciate is that Dr. Malek really gives advice on what you need and what you can possibly do without. She is always upfront with the changes she will make. I can trust that when she suggests a particular procedure, she knows my oral health would benefit from it. I’ve seen a variety of the dental hygienists which all provide the same standard of service to me. The overall cleanliness of the office is great and you can tell it is maintained regularly. My teeth have never been healthier! Thank you to the incredible staff at Sheridan dental.

Sheridan Dental staff is always pleasant yet professional, from the moment of entry to the interaction with the dentists. Wait times are reasonable so one gets treated very close to the appointment time. Yet I never feel rushed, and the service is considerate and personalized. I feel listened to, and my issues if I have any are addressed to my satisfaction without fail. Very highly recommended as a safe and helpful place to have dental work of all kinds taken care of. I have been going to this office for over ten years, so have had various treatment experiences that allow me to give this positive review.

Sheridan dental is amazing! I have been coming here since I was a child and my son has also been a patient his whole life. From the front desk staff, to the hygienists and the dentists, everyone I have ever had the pleasure of seeing has gone above and beyond to make our visits great and shown the utmost care I highly recommend !
