We ordered medium sized two Chicken on the rocks and a small fries. One medium spicy and other being extra hot. Taste of the food was good as expected but portion of the chicken and fries were very small. Very thin layer of chicken were put on both. We are a returning customer but this time they gave us small portion for an order that cost you 27$.

Ordered beef shawarma wrap and it was actually good as compared to other locations.

I would really like to know what this blue plastic piece is in my chicken on rocks. Almost every bite had a thick cartilage piece. The garlic sauce had a weird taste and the rice was cold. Definitely a bad experience.

This place is getting disaster everytime when I order I ordered easy n the sauce and told them please put enough amount of chicken but look at the picture of the shawarma this location day by day getting worst this is my second review but I guess the head office people making enough money that they don’t care about their 6 year loyal customer people go to other shawarma place this place is turning disaster

Classically good osmows. Nice customer service. But the chicken is not rotisserie. It is cooked on flat top which ruins the taste.

My go to meal is chicken half half - on the rocks and on the stix. Their garlic and tahini is fresh and tasty. Sometimes they do not give you enough that when you reach on the bottom you don’t have enough dressing. The hot sauce compliments the food well. Sometimes not enough chicken. The manager Siva is a good guy. I had a small issue with an order and called and spoke to him. Handled it really well as a manager and I was happy. I will definitely be coming back here over and over.

The shawarma was good, the hygiene was freaking terrible though. I got a chicken shawarma wrap with lettuce and by the end of my wrap I opened it up to find a freaking hair. Absolutely disgusting, I almost threw up, take better care of your hygiene, I’m never coming here again. My hair is black, the hair in the shawarma was long and brown/auburn colour. It’s not that hard to wear a hairnet, do better.

First visit here, and it was definitely the last. The lady at the cash was polite with answering questions about the menu, and that was it. For any customer who spends $13-$15 on a wrap, you would expect for either Chicken, Beef, or Lamb to be sliced from the rotisserie in front of you. At the very least, reheated on the grill. Neither of these happened. Meat was so dry and tough. Sandwich was overloaded with sauce, and was a poor excuse to give some sort of flavour. Shawarma Poutine was drowning in sauces as well, to cover up for the lack of taste of the meats. Save your money and go elsewhere.

I ordered from here on SkipTheDishes. And when I ordered the food the garlic sauce tasted weird but I kept eating. But 5 minutes after I finished eating my stomach started hurting like crazy. Not only that, my food was cold and it took an hour to come over to my place.

Perhaps the worst shawarma I have ever eaten. Also - I never thought one can go wrong with fries. But guess what? These guys did. Also - their portions are also questionable. Please think 10 times before going there.

I used to go to a high school across the street from this place, and the experience of conveniency paired with good food made it all worth while. Since graduating, times gone by; I’ve visited this place a few times and each time, the customer service gets a little worse each time. The food is phenomenal, don’t get me wrong, but there are a lot of times where I would order, and then watch the employees converse and continue to discuss amongst themselves, essentially wanting to make your food on your own time. I don’t wanna take too many points out of this though. The food is amazing, they’ve never done me wrong with my orders, it’s just sometimes they willingly work slow paced. Not a terribly bad thing though, just gotta wait a bit longer for your orders.

We got there at around 3pm on a Saturday. Was very busy with students mostly. I ordered 5 chicken on the rox, medium, very spicy. They said wait time would be 15 to 20 minutes but it took around 30. Due to covid you gotta wait outside to avoid crowding. The food itself was amazing. The medium was more than enough for all of us. The chicken was pretty spicy as we wanted. The salad and rice included was very tasty too. I hope the store can ask us before providing spoons and forks. No need to give us if we don't ask for it. Better for the environment :)

food is decent but ordering here is just not worth the time or the effort. you have to call in so many times with so many times gaps for them to actually pick up the phone, and when they finally do they end up putting you on hold till they forget about you and you have to call back. I'd go in person and order but I don't want to have to end up waiting 20 minutes in my car.

I had a great time eating delicious food at your restaurant. The staff were committed to great service and were very friendly. The atmosphere was awesome. Most importantly, every food and drink on your menu tasted great:)

I love the Ozmow’s on College so thought I wound try this one…big mistake! They no lol get have kofteh and they pre-cut the shawarma which is never good. I got two beef shawarma wraps and the meat was very dry. I asked them to crisper it and they did not and since they didn’t give me tahini as I asked, it made it even worse. The girl that took the order was nice but the three guys working behind were not professional at all. It was like social hour for them. One guy was wearing gloves, and handling everything including pulling his phone out of his pocket. They blocked the veg station so you can’t see when they are assembling your wrap - otherwise, I would have known that they didn’t give me tahini. And parsley is no longer a topping, which I always asked for. It looks like no one checks up on the franchisees so no quskity control and no wonder some have closed down. Never again!

Seems like the quality has come down here. Bought chicken on sticks a few times with 2 lines spice level and noticed that their lines are super skinny. Before they used to make the lines super thick which gave a good kick for taste. Now it is just bland. Not coming back regularly anymore. Fries is also sometimes burnt.

Please stay away from this place and save your money! I usually don't put a review but I had to put one in this case. We ordered falafel oz boxes. The falafel were like hockey pucks and bland. Rice also was not made properly and didn't have much flavour. Im surprised this place has a above 3 rating.

It is a great take out place and so many online orders for the food. I read the founder's story of starting this restaurant chain osmows... it is truly inspiring do what ever it takes

When they first open, everything is great, food and service. Now, it's just awful. Long wait even though it's not busy, overpriced and cold food. Haven't been there for a while and decided to try them one more time and I was very disappointed again!!!

Honestly. It wasn't the best experience. I asked for slightly spicy and I got the opposite. When asked for one with no spice they referred me to pay for another even though I hadn't eaten the one recently purchased. Would have been a great choice if I could have ate it 4 stars for the taste 2 stars for the customer service.

One of the best falafels I had in Toronto so far. Great for vegetarians as they offer vegan sauses. The food was prepared in minutes. Veggies and all other food items were fresh and tasted really nice. Overall, it was an awesome experience!! 🙂

One of the better Osmow’s locations. The rice isn’t kept in the cold and it’s decently fresh.

I recently visited Osmows and tried their famous half rice and half fries combo and it did not disappoint! The portion size was generous and the flavors of both the rice and fries complemented each other perfectly. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making for a great overall dining experience. I highly recommend giving this combo a try and supporting this local business.

My the falafal wrap just yesterday, after waiting 15 mins for it to be prepared. Sauce on it seemed a bit off, but kept eating. Clearly ingredients are either poor quality or not properly refridgerated. Came out of both ends. YUCK. I so horrified. I have never had an experience like this ever! They also feed many of the high school kids in the area. Not sure about anything else here, but if they haven't been locked down yet, it might only be a matter if time. BEWARE

This location take for every to prepare your order . They take 20 minutes to prepare a shawarma wrap while no guest is waiting for the order. When you call them to place an order to pickup the phone keeps going to voicemail. ☹️

we ordered chicken,and lamp on rice, but it's too dried, too salty and the rice too cold. everything was terrible.They just want to take yours money and don't even thinking about what they gave you.saveyour money or go to a different osmow's. This location is absolutely garbage, the cooks throw the food together and don't have any respect for their customers. Horrible experience!

I order from here pretty often as it's in my neighborhood. The overall flavor is good however, the fries are dry 90% of the time and the wrap/pita is chewy. Because I love saucy wraps, I still order from here but I prefer other locations/shawarma restaurants. Not sure why this location is lacking in quality.

Great place to eat. good quality, fast and very clean area. also customer service is really good and the food tastes really good. for me the rice dishes is not that great but the salad and the other items are good. Price also okay. can afford.

I ordered for our family dinner via ubereats. Mine was rice with chicken and beef combination while my daughter had philly wrap. Both were really good!!! Except for my husband’s order, it was beyond meat wrap which I upgraded to large. He didn’t even eat half of it. So, I tried just to know… —meat was really hard and cold. If it’s just cold we can warm it up in the microwave but real issue here was the meat— really hard and rough!

I visit at this location today food was very yummy and fresh. Staff is very friendly. Got my order on time. I recommend this location to my friends and family. Love your food guys, keep it up the great work.

UPDATE: Head Office reached out to me and got me in touch with the franchisee/owner of this Osmow's. They apologized and offered me a replacement meal. Although I haven't decided if I will return, this kind gesture warrants an update to my google rating. Well done, Osmow's. Mar. 1, 2022: The lamb here is disgusting. The meat is pulverized into a ground paste and it looks UPDATE: Customer support reached out to me and offered me a gift card to make up for the below bad experience. This act of good will has encouraged me to return and give this location a second chance. Well done, Red Lobster. and tastes awful. Stick with the chicken. Stay away from the lamb at all costs.

Haven’t been in this place for few years . This is not the taste I was craving for anymore unfortunately. The sauce is not as rich creamy taste as before. It’s still okay to eat I guess ~ .

Do not order here , I usually order on regular from other locations but today I Placed and order with clear instructions, and they completely messed up the order , the portion was not even large the box was barely filled also the fries are old and when I called for customer service they were rude and didn’t accept they made the order wrong rather ended blocking us without making it up for the inconvenience. Totally disappointed
