My
fiancé
ordered
a
ring
last
week
of
July
and
was
told
it
would
be
a
10
day
waiting
period.
Come
first
week
of
September
we
had
no
ring
and
no
contact
from
anyone
at
People’s
to
let
us
know
where
our
ring
was.
September
1
we
got
a
call
saying
our
ring
was
stolen
in
transit.
At
no
point
in
between
July
and
September
did
anyone
at
a
store
level
communicate
with
us
what
was
happening
with
the
status
of
our
delivery.
The
store
let
us
know
we
could
come
in
and
they
would
provide
a
solution.
When
we
went
into
the
store
the
following
week,
we
were
dealing
with
the
store
manager
Soroush.
He
was
unsympathetic,
unapologetic
and
rude.
He
also
told
us
since
it
was
over
the
30
day
return
policy
he
would
not
refund
the
ring.
How
can
this
be
possible
for
a
ring
that
we
never
received?
We
ended
up
being
pressured
into
choosing
a
ring
from
their
in
store
stock
-
Our
whole
engagement
timeline
and
experience
was
ruined.
I
wouldn’t
recommend
that
anyone
uses
them
for
such
a
special
moment
in
their
lives,
as
it
will
likely
be
ruined.
One
of
the
employees
there
named
Samantha
was
the
only
one
who
provided
any
solution..
so
if
you
have
to
go
there
try
to
deal
with
her.
