Bought a toy there, and 5 minutes after taking it out of the box it stopped working. Packed it back up and tried to return it the next morning. The employee there said they do not do refund for sanitary purposes. She then asked if we would like something in our home that was somewhere else during Covid. Firstly, why would you try to re-sell a defective item? Secondly, they are the only store that has this policy. I have returned items during the pandemic before and there was never any issue. What makes them so special? AVOID BUYING ANYTHING FROM THEM, SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE AND MONEY!

So they say bring back in 30 days for a refund, what they mean is NO REFUNDS, so if you buy from the source instead of showcase, you can get refunds, DO NOT BUY a CUBII from them cause if you dont like it enjoy your new $400 paperweight, where if I bought it from the official selling site I'd have 30 days to get my money back, scam artists are called "artists" for a reason

Went today and was Not happy. The girl working was not very knowledgeable about the products. Worse, I spent $140. I checked my bill after paying and the fingerlings set I purchased did not come up as the price stated on the shelf. I went and double checked and sure enough they had the tags on the wrong spots. I asked her if I could return the item since it was a mistaken price and she said no. I said you should really check your tags are in the right spot because this is very misleading. She shrugged and said ok I will change them. It’s very frustrating there is a zero second return policy especially when they have made a mistake on their displays. I will never shop here again and will ensure my family does not either. That is absolutely rediculous they hold your money hostage when they have terribly displays either with wrong price tags or no price tags at all !!!

Lesson learned. Not shopping in this store ever again.

A small novelty shop nestled within Pickering Town Center. This store carries most if not all "cool" 'As Seen On TV' products. as well as a whole plethora of different phone POPSOCKETS. Super friendly and approachable staff with good prices.
