The Absolute Best Pop Store in the GTA! Went here for the first time, not knowing what to expect. Can’t begin to explain how amazingly overwhelming the selection of Pops was. They literally have every Pop imaginable and they’re lined from the floor to the ceiling. Kyle who was the main person helping me with my first encounter with Pops was beyond helpful and straightforward in his expert advice and the young lady behind the counter was super sweet. I must have asked her for a thousand price checks and she did each one with a smile and zero hesitance. Amazing experience and amazing staff. Thanks for all the amazing Pops and outstanding service! Edit: came back the day after for some more Pops and both Chris and Jacky went out of their way to help. Thanks for everything Jacky and Chris!

A misunderstanding occurred at the time of purchase, and I received a call from the owner wanting to make things right. Customer care ended being positive - I therefore strongly recommend this business to anyone looking for good prices on collectibles.

Place is amazing and has a wide selection of collectibles. Got my son an 18 inch Micheal Jordan and an anime figure for his collection. We will definitely be coming back here often. Staff was super friendly and informative.

I went to the booth during comic con and the staff was inattentive. They gave off a negative energy and made it feel annoying when I was asking them questions. Funko pops we’re great, they had a great collection but definitely not what I expected customer service to be. Might give them another chance in the future but pass right now

I have had great experience with this store. The staff is friendly and has always been helpful. For those that are crying over the offer they got for their trade in, what do you expect when you are selling to a store? The fact that you even get 50% is good as I have seen lower offers for bulk purchases. If you want more for your items, sell them yourself to collectors and guarantee you get what you want. Stop bashing a store because you are not happy with what they offer you. Its a business at the end of the day.

Amazing Funko Pop store. They have a huge assortment of Pop figures of every shape and size. I bought a super rare Appa Funko, it was a good price. They also have other anime merch. If you can't find what your looking for ask a staff member and they'll find it, it's daunting looking at what they have. Check out their website ad well.

Bought an item in store and realized it was $10 more than online so false advertising. I asked the worker if I had ordered online and selected pick up in store could I have gotten the lower price and she said "basically yes" and proceeded to charge me the higher price. Disappointed in this policy, what a rip off

Fast shipping, fair price, but there are tears on the pop box. Packaging was perfect and protect the box perfectly, they just sold me one with this defect. EDIT: I understand that this was an exception and I'm happy of what they proposed to fix the problem. As I said, they packaged the box with care and all the protection needed but just not noticed the tears before sending it. I will definitely buy again from Mypops.ca. They have Pop hard to find elsewhere.

I don’t ever often write reviews but after the experience I went through with this company I’ll never shop here again. I messaged them 4 weeks ago in regards to buying/trading and one of the employees I spoke to gave me a horrible offer which I was shocked and I never gotten a general response back. After waiting for more then 3 weeks I got a response back in regards to the inquiry and how I felt insulted as a customer the lady in the email was kind enough to work out a deal but instead of trying to give me a better offer they gave me low offer. On top of that they suggest that I go into the store to negotiate with an associate like why would I travel and waste my gas without working out a deal through messages first? I understand you guys are a business at the end of the day but to only offer me $300-$350 in “only trade” for my hard to find pops that are worth Atleast $700-800 is quiet disrespectful like I can understand if it was a cash offer but for trades I would have expected more. The employees would then trying to act dishonest in regards to valuing/pricing their stuff through other market platforms and when I asked if they priced through HobbyDb/PPG they disregarded the question. Ignoring a customer for over a month and just getting a legitimate response after messaging through IG social media platform and acting dishonest is not a great customer experience for any business. I will not be changing this review as this review speaks the truth and honesty about how certain employees act towards customers. No issue was ever resolved.

My boyfriend and I love funko hunting and this franchise is by far one of the best locations we have been to. Always end up finding something we like for a reasonable price. Angel was extremely welcoming and helped us find the pops we were on the hunt for! Will definitely be shopping from here and other locations!

I recently got quite a few pops from the store and Aiden was super helpful in getting everything sorted out. Even though it was pretty close to closing time he was really nice and even showed me some pops from the theme I was collecting that I hadn't seen. I'd been here a couple of times before but after this great experience I think I'll be coming back regularly. Would highly recommend!

Great store for finding rare Funko Pops not available at other Canadian vendors. Items are packaged with care and worth the $10 shipping fee. Would gladly order from them again in the future.

Incredible service! I was told of future releases, had a nice conversation bout collecting and even given a complimentary protector case. Will definitely be coming back in the future! :)

Edit: Tomy contacted me after. And I appreciate that. Things have been resolved. Do not pre order any funkos from here. I’ve been literally messaging them multiple times and they just ghost me. I’m sorry. But they honestly don’t update you at all for pre orders. They don’t update you when your funkos have arrived. Honestly their customer service is really bad. I travelled far to their store to only be told to email them and get no response. I used to really like this store. But this is unforgivable to me. I asked for a refund cause of their customer service and they just ghost me. I would understand if they at least offered a store credit. But no they just chose to not respond to me multiple times. Straight disrespectful.

A very dishonest business. First of all, there is no price for anything. You have to ask them and they check the price on the phone Bought a Funko Pop from them. Then we checked the website and found that it is selling cheaper there. Go back and ask for the difference. But they said online is different and hence they cannot honour the price. But this is such a small business and I am certain the site is run by the same owner. Why would the price online be cheaper than the store? Also, it is really suspicious that they don't put a price on anything on the store and then I found out the sold me more expensive than the online price . Avoid this store .. Update : To respond to owner's reply: . As you’ve mentioned, we are a small business and with limited resources, we strive to update it as we speak. no, this is untrue. When I tell you the online price is cheaper, you told me to buy it online then. So, you were not in the process to update the online price. A good business should have honour the price discrepancy as I am already standing in your physical store.

Very fun to browse, but a lot of the items are cheaper on Amazon and other websites. Before you buy anything here make sure to do a quick google search. Some of the small figurines ($15), actually come in a 6 pack for $15 from Amazon.

I’ve ordered from them multiple times now and have never had any issues. Shipping is fast and orders are packed well, haven’t had anything come damaged. I had a question once about a pre-order, and their customer service was really helpful and quick to respond. Would 100% recommend if you’re looking for some harder to find pops for a reasonable price.

Ordered a SDCC 2022 exclusive Pop! for the cheapest I've ever managed to find an exclusive Pop! before. It was shipped in a protective sleeve for collectors and arrived in less than a week. Super happy with my order and would definitely recommend if they have a Pop! you want.

the best shipping i ever got for a pop from any store. placed in a sorter & surrounded in a thick bubble wrap that fit perfectly in the shipped box. they actually care about the customer getting the product they wanted in excellent condition.

I actually got my pops from MyPops in FB market lol. Lovely service, boxes are in mint conditions, helpfull seller, very easy to talk to! Pricing is reasonable, at least to me, because the funkos I was looking for are exclusive, and I just don't want the headache for constantly searching! Anyway, my previous experince for getting Backlight Captain America was very pleasant that I went back to Tomy again for the Hottopic Loki Alligator😆 and I was not disappointed!!! *happy dances* I am looking forward to visit the actual store soon!!! One of the best figure/anime merchandise places in Pickering! They have the friendliest staff and have a great selection of figures and plushies. In particular, Aidan and Kat helped me out and helped me find everything I needed! Definitely would recommend you coming in to check it out!
