The
facility
was
up
to
standard
and
clean
(
I
did
notice
used
tissue
paper
on
the
waiting
room
table
when
I
first
walked
in,
which
was
mildly
disgusting).
I
was
escorted
to
a
room
by
a
male
individual
to
do
a
couple
of
X-rays
and
waited
for
the
machine
to
start.
He
informed
me
that
the
machine
gave
some
issues
and
we
moved
to
the
next
room.
After
the
X-rays
we
proceeded
to
a
room
for
a
general
cleaning
and
I
noticed
that
there
was
no
sink
beside
the
patient
chair
for
me
to
rinse
and
spit
out
after
the
cleaning
(
Most
of
the
dentists
I
have
visited
have
a
sink
and
tap
near
the
patient
chair
so
its
easy
to
rinse
and
spit).
During
the
cleaning
and
checkup
the
dentist
repeatedly
told
another
individual
that
there
was
not
enough
pressure
in
the
machine
for
the
water
(
I
found
this
slightly
concerning
because
it
involved
cleaning
my
mouth).
As
the
cleaning
finished
the
dentist
asked
me
to
wash
my
mouth
and
spit
back
in
the
cup
and
I
could
only
do
it
once.
This
was
not
the
best
experience
cause
I
could
only
do
it
once.
As
I
stated
before
most
dentists
have
a
sink
and
tap
next
to
the
patient
chair
so
that
rinsing
your
mouth
is
much
easier.
Once
my
cleaning
was
done
they
were
able
to
get
my
filling
work
done
which
I
appreciated.
As
the
dentist
was
doing
the
filling
work
I
noticed
that
on
of
there
instruments
was
leaking
a
semi
transparent
brown
fluid,
which
could
of
been
lubrication.
This
was
extremely
concerning
because
it
was
happening
during
the
procedure
and
directly
above
my
mouth
.
However
once
the
filling
work
was
done
I
was
not
offered
any
mouth
wash
or
water
to
wash
my
mouth.
I
was
told
to
go
to
the
bathroom,
which
is
unsanitary
and
very
difficult
after
having
my
mouth
open
for
that
long.
They
have
to
bring
their
standards
up
in
terms
of
equipment
and
service.
