We booked 4 days Scottish Highland tour (18.07-21.07). We were upset from the beginning of the trip since we were given last seat in the coach. Unaware of the seat allocation we would have never booked the tour. We were on last seats from beginning to the end of the trip. Secondly the manager (Shahji) of the tour was quite unprofessional and was not aware of the places and was asked by him again and again to google about the places to gain information. Food was okay, hotel was really good. Most of the Location in the tour was unnecessary. I would not suggest my friends, family or colleagues to book star tours because of their unprofessional behaviour and attitude.

Absolutely disgraceful! 9 day tours across 6-7 European countries. The tour representative was extremely rude with everyone who didn’t suck up to him. The customer service team lies every time you converse with them, whether over phone or email. Their attitude, “ Give the Indians decent food and they will shut up!” Wouldn’t recommend to anyone who has self respect and expects decency from the tour operator! Can continue to write but they’re not even worth this effort!

It starts with yummy food 😊 yes the tour organizer is aware of nice restaurant for Indians, after a long day we really need something nice to eat. It was well managed tour, perfectly scheduled and covered places as much as possible. They take care of each and everything like as a tour guide, good knowledge about places where to go what to do , they ensure such a micro management and all you need to do is enjoy the tour. We did have problems on last day stay as the room was not clean as we expected but it can be ignored when you get such a nice tour. Couch experience was also good. I would recommend star tours. Excellent tour operator I have ever seen. Professional, friendly, knowledgeable, helpful. Guides are humble and straightforward. Hotel accommodations and food were good. However, they could try some variations in food rather than a specific traditional food of a specific country . * An Ice breaking session for the travellers would be helpful to make new friends. Tour manager could think about it. Otherwise everything was good. Hotels are awesome and full of luxury. * On board wifi installation could be a nice option to the travellers to share experiences with others . Majority of the transport providing on board wifi. Hope Star Tours also take an initiative regarding this. * A wrist band with ID will be fine to identify the group of travellers. And also it will be a memorable collection by the travellers too.

Me & my family booked a last minute swizz express holiday for 5 days. We came from USA but We had an amazing holiday and we had covered so much in such a short time. We would like to thank Stephen , Jay and Hemant for the way they handled situations and made us feel safe and comfortable, & I can say that Indian meals we had in Switzerland is some of the best I tasted. Star tours Transit was very comfortable and on time. We booked 4 days Scotland. They have covered nice attractions and gave us enough time to take photos. Tour manager *Sujit* and *Vinay* are very polite and friendly. Our Pilot *David* is the best! We had proper breaks in-between attractions. The hotel stay for 3 nights were awesome. Neat, tidy & spacious room. Breakfast was well served and dinners were tasty. 3rd day lunch @EDH was too good.. Sujit and Vinay made sure guests are entertained and not bored during the travel. Thanks for the hospitality and making our trip filled with good memories.... Highly recommend Star Tours!!!

was a 4 days trip for Historic Scotland. Tour Manager Stephen was so friendly and caring.He treated us like his family members. The kind of management skills he has at this age is just marvellous. Didn't have much interaction with the driver Tony but yea he drove very well and ensured our safety. Everyone was happy and enjoyed a lot. Great Experience.🙂🙂

We took the 5 day trip to Scottish Highlands and thoroughly enjoyed our tour. This was our second tour with Star Tours and as expected it was very well organized and planned. Our tour guides Stephen and Eddie were excellent, courteous and made our trip very memorable. Stephen was very knowledgeable and made sure the tour went on smoothly. Dan, the tour guide at Isle of Skye was amazing and told us many interesting details. The coach bus was comfortable, food provided was excellent. We had a great experience with Start Tours and would definitely choose them again. Thankful to the team of Star Tours.

My tour with Star Tours was amazing and I would definitely recommend to travel with them. My tour manager was Chirag(CJ) and coach driver Allen. They both were so funny and friendly on the Lake District trip I had 2 days ago. They really make sure you have fun on the coach by playing movies and songs and games to keep everyone entertained. Overall, it was an amazing experience.

We 5 ladies went to 5 days panaromic Europe holiday on Jublee Bank Holiday. It was a wonderful experience specially first time went on holiday by coach. Hearings lots of negative comments from people about Star Tour but we didn't feel anything like that. Coach was clean, excellent hotels, excellent foods in every destination. Specially in Switzerland lunch and dinner were superb. Very good Indian foods. Our Tour guide and driver both #Mr Ramana was good. At the beginning he was bit strict but later chatty girls like us and all the fantastic passengers made him good entertainer, even babies and children were good. # Ramana was good driver and excellent tour guide as well. He was doing 2 jobs at the same time. He explained everything perfectly about the historical place and tour plan as well. He took care all of us so nicely. Overall no complaints but I have 2 issues. 1. If Star Tours gave wrist band to us, easy to find out who is our Co passengers. 2. Ramana shouldn't do both jobs on his own fir all 5 days. Continously driving 5 days on the road might not be safe. I would not mind to do my next holiday with my family/friends with Star Tours soon.

We booked our 4 days paris Disneyland special trip through star tours.It was the best decision we made. Our tour manager Mr Manish ji was so welcoming and friendly. He was so concerned with the comfortability and satisfaction of each and every person in the coach. Thanks for all the arrangements he did to make our trip easy going. The hotels we stayed were very clean and pleasant. The Indian dinner was too tasty. Overall we enjoyed to fullest..Our next tour is already booked to Switzerland through stars and we are excitedly waiting for the day..Would definitely love to refer Star tours to my friends n families for future trips..

I have opted for Panaromic Europe Tour (5days). Our guide was Stephen who is really friendly and helpful in nature. A wonderful tour experience if you're travelling with your family. Everything will be taken care of, like Indian lunch and Dinner, Travel, Accommodation. We just have to sit and relax and enjoy the rapid sightseeing. I would definitely recommend to choose Star Tours.

We got 4 day Scotland tour and would def recommend this tour. Our tour manager was Mr Sachin and Coach Driving Junaid both are amazing people and ensured the passengers are well entertained in the coach. Best Hotel, Breakfast, Dinner and the tour as well. I have chosen panoramic Europe tour.. I have been to lot of places🏖️🏔️🏙️🗼 before, with lot of travel agencies but when i was travelling to Europe with star tour, it was special one.. I was enjoyed a lot.. When we are on a trip.. We need to eat a quality food, good Accommodation etc.. And They have been providing a quality service.. Like accommodation , delicious and healthy food,really nice guidance through the tour.. When i was coming from France 🇫🇷,i felt that i have not seen iron lady properly.. wish i have spent more time near the iron lady.. So i would like to request to star tours that it will be very good if you'll manage to give more time near the eiffel tower.. A big applause and very grateful to Mr stephan farnandes  sir and Mr jay Patel (The Singer) .. Even after coming back from our trip, I cannot get your jokes out of my mind. We did not feel like we were vacationers in the region. You made us feel like we were one of you. I have never experienced such love and affection in a foreign land. 5 day Panaromic Europe trip Wonderful and excellent choice if you are planning for a future trip, you will not regret. We had a excellent and beautiful experience.  I WOULD RECOMMEND STAR TOURS DEFINITELY TO ALL THE FRIENDS CIRCLE WHICH IS THE BEST AND MEMORABLE EXERPERIENCE I HAD IN A LIFE TIME. No need to plan about where to eat and sleep as all inclusive.

I had the opportunity to be on Scenic Snowdonia tour with Star Tours. Amazing experince. Everything was well organised and we were keeping up the to the tour itinnerery. I recommend short trips with this office, accesible and enjoyable, not only for Indians :)

We booked a Star Tours on Scotland tour in mid July to start my 50th birthday celebration. Even before we started the trip there were delays in coach not leaving on time. Hence we arrived in Scotland later then scheduled and missed seeing the sights we were supposed to visit as they were closed by this time If I write about the whole disastrous trip I would need few hours hence trying to keep it in short. The hotel was not what was advertised, it was a cheaper hotel in the middle of nowhere. And we were not informed the rooms would not be cleaned during our stay. The food was not great, out of all the days only one of the restaurant food was ok. Sightseeing was limited, very rushed and we were given very little time to visit attractions. My husband wrote to Star Tours regarding the poor service and horrible experience and we made several suggestions on how to improve customer experience. Star Tours said they would take onboard our recommendations to improve service. Star Tours then had the cheek to offer us a £50 voucher to spend with Star Tours for a new booking. However when we asked for monetary compensation Star Tours have all of a sudden started ignoring our email and will not respond. We were planning on doing the big wider family Europe tour with them but after the experience we had with Star Tours and customer service we have received which has been nonexistent we will never be travelling with Star Tours ever again, it was a waste of our time and money. We now feel we were cheated out of our money. Be aware as you may not get what you paid for.

03 Days - Jewels of Scotland & England - It's Shame!! We had our Scotland tour with Start tours in Aug 2021 with 2 kids 3 yrs & 6 yrs. The trip was bit of tired and hurry. The team didnt give enough time to explore the places and you will just get an hour at each place with including lunch and you have to manage to explore and had lunch and come back to the coach with in hour otherwise the team will say they will leave the place. We couldn't manage to explore all the places as per the proposed itinerary in the website despite of starting on time from Wembley. The toilet in the Coach is only for emergencies and it will be shut by end of day 1. The team will say that it is full and couldnt access the toilet on the coach and you will get only 5 min loo breaks on request enroute. I will not suggest 3 days tours with Start Tours especially when you are travelling with kids.

Excellent tour of UK Northern Landscapes on this extended weekend of May bank Holiday. Thanks for this trip covering scenic landscapes, beaches etc. Tour representative, coach pilot, hotel,comfort breaks while travelling long parts were all good. Looking forward for repeating for a different place :-) Just one small thing, dinner on second day restaurant arrived very late with ordinary taste and quite opposite of the food we had on day 1 in a different restaurant. I was so happy to be part of Panoramic Europe from November 22 to November 26,2023. Appreciating Mr Stephen , Our Tour Manager , was really amazing , his knowledge of each places was just amazing , and explained all the history of each places which we visited A big Round of Applause to the driver , Mr Licka, who made it sure that to have a safe journey throughout the journey. Hi Star tours I had worst experience from on ground staff of star tours . I did not expect this service from star tours as they feel proud and showcase their achievements and awards but on ground situation is totally opposite. I had called today (3rd March) in morning for change of date of my departure, as I understand as per policy there is fee against it. However as there is more than 60 days left and I have taken regular tours from this company as a goodwill gesture I requested to waive off I am not worried that they rejected request but on ground staff was worst especially Mr Pritam whom I explained the details of request again even after explaining already to Mr Vishal in morning . He abruptly neglected and kept saying adamantly this is as per policy and on further conversation he said he will ask some senior to call before EOD, but NOBODY CALLED. As nobody cared to call I have to call again at 8 pm and as expected Mr Pritam had happily left for day. I spoke with Mr Ali whom I again explained whole situation, he again put me on hold got his inputs from Mr Pritam and on contrary instead of waiving off request he charged me 50£ for change of date , charged additional 5% which (discount)I had got at time of booking and increased my ride rate to 41 £ extra. On top all that indtead of giving quality service and understanding client concern , there was no coordination amoung agent whose case was handled. repeated myself multiple times myself to different agents, no compassion of human aspect to deal with customer, no responsibility or accountability to be taken as I get same answer from agent Mr Ali” when I called in evening “ THIS IS WHAT IT IS”. Write us email ,we will check and investigate . As Star Tour is reputed company . I am sure proper investigation to be taken place for the sequence of events taken place and charges which applied on me. As you have good trust pilot and google reviews people trust you guys but as agents deal with customer is pathetic experience This is a constructive feedback I want to give STAR TOURS as I had special place being a repeat customer but if no action / apology or compensation is actioned I will be thought disappointed I want to know people how on ground experience people face so they are aware. Had a very pleasant first time experience with our durdle door and Bournemouth day trip on September 09. We were supposed to go the durdle door first but due to the very good weather, we experienced a heavy traffic on our way and our tour guide announced that we were going to Bournemouth first. Thanks for thinking out of the box, that was a very good decision. Before booking I went through the reviews and found some complaints regarding short time coverage on durdle door and distant parking. Our guide was so kind and accommodating, and he gave us 2:30 hours to cover durdle door, which was okay, but obviously we got more time than the complaints I have read. Coach parking has some limitations which he explained, and I think people should consider that. I would request try to allocate more time on durdle door than Bournemouth beach please.

This was my first time travelling on star tour it’s really awesome experience . The services all were best hotels 🏨 meals 🥘 facilities, and hygiene was maintained throughout the trip only if I was allowed I would gv 10 🌟 and the best was TEJ ❤️ he made the trip even more memorable special beautiful etc I don’t have enough vocabulary to describe him he was extraordinary :) just like WOW 🤩 and even Lika our tour pilot 🧑‍✈️ was really friendly and always had a smiling face 🫶🏻 he definitely drove us safe to the trip and back his driving is really smooth and incredible one more thing I would say is the pilot as well as all the passengers were trustworthy we did not have to worry for our belongings as it was taken care by Lika once’s we were away 😻I wish TEJ (MJ) to be our guide on every tour 🫶🏻 and Lika our pilot it was a great combo 👍 The trip is locked 🔐 in my memories forever cz of MJ . I recently embarked on a 4-day tour of Scotland with Star Tours starting on December 21, 2023. I would like to express my appreciation for the commendable services provided by the company, with special recognition for Dhruv, who proved to be an invaluable asset in overseeing the entire tour. Positive aspects of the tour include: 1) The hotel accommodation in Glasgow, Scotland, arranged by Star Tours, exceeded my expectations. 2) The restaurant's offerings, particularly in terms of Indian cuisine, were of top-notch quality. 3) The communication from the tour manager was consistently precise and effective. However, I would like to bring to your attention a few areas that could be improved: Constructive Feedback: 1) The bus provided for the tour was somewhat cramped and not as comfortable as anticipated. 2) There were instances of passengers reclining their seats, leading to occasional conflicts. I suggest implementing clear communication guidelines regarding seat reclining, a measure which Dhruv later addressed. 3) Seat allocations were not provided during the booking process, causing ambiguity. It would be beneficial for Star Tours to consider implementing a seat allocation system to enhance the overall experience for customers. I trust that this feedback will be received with the utmost consideration, and I appreciate your attention to continually improving the quality of services provided by Star Tours.

Driver drives like a driver who has no driver license. Just to be a minute faster, driver used left lane to cut two cars using a solid lane to do so and right in front of me. Totally irresponsible driver and ought to take a responsible driver course. Incident date 24 Sep 2022 3.52 pm at Wembley 51.55580° N, 0.31669° W.

Absolutely fantastic ! we did a 4 day Disneyland tour great fun Tour Coach Surindra very friendly and helpful ! Ben the driver very nice ! Hotel food so good really enjoyed this experience made loads of friends children also made friends. I would highly recommend this tour ! My Star Tours experience was a amazing. The coach captain ( Mr. Jay Patel) and the driver were very friendly and took care of us very well. They never let us get bored by playing songs and movies. I would definitely recommend travelling with Star Tours.

I got back from the most incredible 4-day Scotland holiday with Star Tours! Let me tell you, it was off the charts amazing! 🤩 The guide-Rishabh and Pilot-Bobby was an absolute gem, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. They knew all the hidden gems and extra places to take us, so we got to see and do so much more than we expected! 🌟 And the food, oh my goodness, it was absolutely delicious!
