We
booked
a
Star
Tours
on
Scotland
tour
in
mid
July
to
start
my
50th
birthday
celebration.
Even
before
we
started
the
trip
there
were
delays
in
coach
not
leaving
on
time.
Hence
we
arrived
in
Scotland
later
then
scheduled
and
missed
seeing
the
sights
we
were
supposed
to
visit
as
they
were
closed
by
this
time
If
I
write
about
the
whole
disastrous
trip
I
would
need
few
hours
hence
trying
to
keep
it
in
short.
The
hotel
was
not
what
was
advertised,
it
was
a
cheaper
hotel
in
the
middle
of
nowhere.
And
we
were
not
informed
the
rooms
would
not
be
cleaned
during
our
stay.
The
food
was
not
great,
out
of
all
the
days
only
one
of
the
restaurant
food
was
ok.
Sightseeing
was
limited,
very
rushed
and
we
were
given
very
little
time
to
visit
attractions.
My
husband
wrote
to
Star
Tours
regarding
the
poor
service
and
horrible
experience
and
we
made
several
suggestions
on
how
to
improve
customer
experience.
Star
Tours
said
they
would
take
onboard
our
recommendations
to
improve
service.
Star
Tours
then
had
the
cheek
to
offer
us
a
£50
voucher
to
spend
with
Star
Tours
for
a
new
booking.
However
when
we
asked
for
monetary
compensation
Star
Tours
have
all
of
a
sudden
started
ignoring
our
email
and
will
not
respond.
We
were
planning
on
doing
the
big
wider
family
Europe
tour
with
them
but
after
the
experience
we
had
with
Star
Tours
and
customer
service
we
have
received
which
has
been
nonexistent
we
will
never
be
travelling
with
Star
Tours
ever
again,
it
was
a
waste
of
our
time
and
money.
We
now
feel
we
were
cheated
out
of
our
money.
Be
aware
as
you
may
not
get
what
you
paid
for.
