Amazing staff. Bedrooms have a small kitchen but there are not utensils, zero, so if you want to use it, plan to bring yours. The hotel is located next to a shopping mall and you can find a few places to eat at walking distance. For the price this hotel is great. Free underground parking.

Great hotel. Large rooms and very nice bathroom. A possibility to cook in a kitchen but not necessarily because the restaurant offering you great meals at low price and discount for guests. Friendly and helpful staff at all levels from reception til bar and restaurant. Buffet is enough to choose even a healthy corner and fresh fruit. Prizes for a large bedroom are often only 60 euro so a lot of good value for this money. Next to the hotel is an shopping center and supermarket.

Great hotel to spend a night, the rooms are very comfortable, big and chic and the bathroom is awesome. Very recommended pay for breakfast. It has parking places which are huge but the worst thing of it is the exit, it is very strech if you have a big car like a 4x4. It is close to Plaza Eboli comercial center.

Great apartment style hotel, very friendly staffs and house keeping was fantastic, only problem was the weak wifi signal in one of the rooms i have stayed. Overall sweet place.

Good four start hotel, given a suite so loads of space. I just don't like the beds and pillows, a cultural difference, too firm and poor head support.

Lovely hotel, friendly staff. Set in a good location. Downside to the stay is the bar didn't open on a Sunday which was very strange

- Room smells like someone smoked in the bathroom - no Wifi on the room - water needs 5 min to get hot - room, even with condition on full power, are cold as outside... Cause of this negative Things I asked the consierce to change The room (at 7 pm) He said it isn't possible... Worst stay ever!

I have been staying in the P. EBoli hotel through the last 3 years & I do recommend it. It is very good value for money, all rooms are ample size, very good location, the staff all are very professional & friendly.

We stayed in this hotel for 1 night April 2023 before visiting Warner Parcs. The family suite was the only room for 4 guests available at the time and we opted for it. It had a spacious lounge, 3 bedrooms and a kitchen equipped with sink, fridge and oven. The problem was though - no kettle, no cutlery, no cups! So kind of pointless of all the palaver:( unless you happen to carry such things about in your bag. The price was quite expensive for the stay and I learnt that it did not include breakfast either disappointedly and had to be bought separate. And by look of things you needed to be quick to enjoy some of the foods that quickly disappeared from the breakfast choices, ie churros- none left by the time we came down despite another hour the service was still on. It was a strange stay- there were no bars or room service available around 9 pm for a cup of coffee. Very strange. The place was beautiful but I personally found it a bit soulless and arrogant and cold. The reception had also a bit of aura of arrogance. But that's just my opinion. It was clean and rooms were nice.

I always love staying here, it's perfect for our trips to Parque Warner, being next to the shopping centre makes the location even better! Just a short walk from the train station too. The rooms are very spacious and have everything you need. My only comments against would be some features of the rooms are feeling a little tired and some walls could do with a slight freshen up to bring it back to the top.

During my stay I experienced exceptional service by the hotel staff including Patricia and Rebecca. They were so pleasant to be served by and really went out of their way to make me and my boy feel right at home. I rate the service five stars!! If you’re staying in Pinto, definitely consider this clean friendly hotel. There is a small kitchenette that can be used for cooking but must be requested to be turned on by staff. The food was very good and the coffee always hot. Would definitely stay here again.
