The last couple of times I've visited this location, I've been super disappointed. The food is usually cold or just not what it should be. Today when I went, I ordered a Big Mac meal with a Ranch Snack Wrap and an Apple Pie. The Snack Wrap had a piece of chicken inside so small, that I had to tear over half of the tortilla wrap off. The Big Mac was only semi-warm and the buns were kinda hard. To top it off, the Apple Pie was overcooked/burnt. McDonalds themselves, or whoever owns this location needs to retrain the staff there because I've had this experience too many times.

Every single staff, especially the manager run this particular store like they have their head cut off. Waiting in drive thru you can easily spend 1 to 2 hours just waiting to order food and it’s not because it’s busy. Many cars leave because they are tired of waiting. No one wants to do their job. How have they managed to not run this store to the ground? Who knows. I blame the managers for not doing what they need to keep this store running smoothly while on their watch.

Manager (I assume due to the red button up shirt) was more interested in recreating her high school years than running a business. She was more interested in cutting up with her favored underlings than making sure that operations ran smoothly. I even heard her refer to a male employee as “that boy in the back”. In my opinion she is definitely not management material. It took forever (after finally getting to order) to get the food. She was rude and treated us (the customer) like we were interrupting her social hour. The food was (thankfully and surprisingly) hot but it had probably been reheated several times. The tables were filthy. The floor was surprisingly clean (compared to the tables). There was no sweet tea. All in all a huge disappointment considering how much they have increased their prices.

I purchased the chicken deluxe sandwich through the drive thru which took forever. When I got home to eat my sandwich, I couldn't believe the size of the piece of chicken. IT LOOKED LIKE TWO NUGGETS PUT TOGETHER! Here's a photo! The piece of chicken wasn't even big enough to cover half the bun! I can't believe they would actually serve something like this.

Used to love it here. Now the service has all gone downhill. Can't even walk inside and have my food in a timely manner, you just get ignored at the register until they feel like acknowledging you, let alone the 45 minutes you wind up waiting in the drive thru.

It's McDonald's. It's basic fast food to get you out the door or drive thru as soon as possible. The staff is all about business, and there's no idle chit chat. You do get a thank you, and that's about it. I go there as an afternoon snack. I get the filet o' fish, which is decent, but it looks nothing like the advertised photos. Most of the time, the tartar sauce is oozing out on one side and usually has too much. It normally looks like it's just thrown together like an afterthought. With all that said, I'll continue to go because it's better than Hardee's and BK.

It's McDonald's. Unfortunately there were a couple of young folks in front of us that thought it was ok to go behind the counter in search of a manager and said they didn't like the attitude. As far as I could see they started with the attitude and it was uncalled for. Y'all were busy and the were doing the best they could.

Nice place, not bad food

I visited here at 10:15 on a Monday morning. I don’t know if it may have been a glitch with the McDonald’s app, which I used for a pick up order, but each selection I tried, came up as not available. The selections were quite simple, breakfast burritos, hot chocolate, smoothies, and I was unable to order because they all showed up as unavailable. We eventually left and stopped at Dunkin’ Donuts. One block away. Very disappointing.

Food was typical McDonald’s quality, but it was pleasantly fast and fresh, so 4/5 stars for that. Service was fast and easy! Definitely a 5/5 experience. The atmosphere here is actually really cool. There is plenty of space and available seating, but the coolest post is the design on the walls! Some parts of the wall have images on them that look like an outside building wall, and then a spray paint added to make it look like graffiti - but well placed! One spray odd of a dog jumping off a box, and another looks like some birds leaving a ledge. Truly a pleasant sight!

Well...$18 for a couple of breakfast sandwich meals is outrageous when you can get 2 meals with breaded steak, 2 eggs, hash browns and toast breakfast meals at a mom'n pop place for ~$22. MickeyDs ain't what its used to be :'-( What ever happened to "change back from your dollar" slogan? It be more like, "change back from your $100"

I visit this McDonald's frequently, and every time I go, it's a hassle. Several times I have just drove away and gone to a different restaurant all together. There is a McDonald's south on the west side. Then there is another one to the north on the east side. Both of them are several miles from this one. Worth it to drive to either of these others to stay away from this location.

The last two times I’ve done a Mobile order and went inside to pick it up, it has taken almost 20 minutes. Isn’t McDonalds supposed to be fast food?

Took over 30 minutes in drive thru. Friendly individual taking order. Received food cold. Fries were cold, nuggets were hard and not fresh. Have experienced this several times . Never have the ice cream machine working or the shake machine. Only go for grand child.

Used the AP and the drive thru. I really like the AP. You should try it. You get free stuff and deals. My 1/4 pounder was cooked all the way this time! 🤸‍♀️Fresh and hot food. Through that drive thru in no time. They are usually pretty quick at this one.

I never eat McDonald's anymore. But i was waiting for car service next door and decided to get some simple stuff. And this was my reward.

Ordered 4 cookies in the drive-thru with my meal. The drive-thru took forever but I don't fault the workers too much because it always seems so busy here. However, I went through the drive-thru and I got my meal, but no cookies. I had already driven forward so I pulled into a parking space so I could go inside and let them know I had not received any cookies. When I entered it did seem a bit unorganized and lots of other people waiting and it took a good bit for the lady in the front to even take notice of my presence, but when she did I let her know what I was missing. It took a bit, and then a man pulled three cookies that were out of the display and eventually had them bagged up and given to me. However I informed him I paid for 4 cookies. He informed me he would need to bake more, and I said I had already paid for 4, so I could just wait. The cookies I did get were room temp, which is fine but what upset me and made me give 1 star, is that after a long wait, I received one last cookie in a bag, that was NOT a fresh baked cookie.... So idk where he got this cookie. But it looks like he may have pulled it out of the trash because it has some onion flakes on the bottom of it..... I'm not eating this trash cookie, but man, might I suggest to whoever is reading this to just tell me ahead of time there are only 3 cookies available so I can pay for 3 instead of charging me for 4 and digging a cookie out of the trash to make up for the difference.

Over crowded for location. Fairly efficient but I won't be back in busy times. Just too cramped. I'll choose something else.

Very slow McDonald’s, waited 15-20 minutes just for a large ice coffee. Not good.

Just another McDonalds with fast food. No more playground for children, and the area has been converted to a small outdoor eating area. All of the burgers keep getting smaller, and the French Fries have never been as good as when they used to be when Peanut Oil was used to cook the fries.

Was impressed by the quick service. Ordered on the app in the store. Brought to my table quick during lunch rush. Drive thru was moving quick too.

The best experience I’ve have at a McDonald’s! Food was fresh so hot i had to blow. The staff was so nice. They came with my drinks and the paper of the straw was wet i didnt have to ask for another he went back and got me another. Food was served fast! Place was clean!!

I understand short staffed, but to sit in the drive thru 25+ minutes and not be acknowledged is unacceptable. I was gracious to the employee who informed me that there was only 2 people in the store at 1030pm. If this is the case, this location shouldn’t even be open. That’s not good for customers and is extremely hard on employees.

Love how simple and delicious each item on the menu is! And received my meal in a timely order.

We waited twenty minutes and never even got to place our order. They were too busy fighting and yelling at each other. The customers in the lobby were getting a great laugh from the cussing and carrying on but soon lost their smiles as the endless wait progressed, the yelling continued and the service stopped. It seems the only customers that matter in the fast food industry are the drive thru ones. If you go in, you will regret it. The tables were filthy, the garbage piled up, floors were nasty. I was surprised that so much was wrong at once that I decided to take my business elsewhere. When I do have to go to McDonald's, it won't be this one.

I usually get food thru drive thru but decided to go inside the Plant City McDonald's, I was in shock how nice it was inside to sit down however the customer service was not well at all, very snootie young lady behind the counter, not likely to go inside again, I'll drive thru next time, very disappointed 😞

This location is a joke. It’s only gotten worse since the remodel. The employees don’t want to be there, have zero work ethic and no desire to pick up the pace. I sat at the drive thru speaker for 10 minutes and finally pulled up to the window and asked why they weren’t taking orders after they took 3 in the other lane. They said the battery in the headset died were changing the batteries for 10 minutes and still working on it…there was no apology, they didn’t try to take my order, only met me with attitude for not contributing to wait at the speaker so I left. I also DoorDash at this location and make it a point to avoid them if it’s not worth it because now that they have a wall hiding them they’ve become 10 times slower getting not just delivery orders, but all orders out. I also have majority of these customers I deliver to state something is missing. The bags are sealed and we cannot ensure all items are inside so we put our trust in the restaurant. Poor customer service all around. Clearly I’m not the only one who feels this way. Do better. You’re better off going to Thonotosassa or County Line 😒

Absolutely disgusting. A filthy store and nasty attitudes from staff. I can physically see employees with their hair not in nets being played with and all in the food being cooked. Took 30 mins for them to even get a happy meal out with dine in. They are serving already opened sauce packs in kid meals. This is not the same mcdonald that I grew up on and its a shame.

I usually don’t write these kinds of things seeing I used to be in a customer service job and know things happen .I have to say this was the worst example of customer service I have ever seen or been apart of . We have a large family , so eating out for us can cost a lot . We use the McDonalds app because of the deals we can get . Today we decided since the kids like McDonalds to get food from this McDonalds . We ordered a head of time through the app , and pulled into a spot , then put which spot we were at as well as finished the order . We sat there for 30 minutes , then my wife decided to go in and see what was going on . Right before she left to go in another car pulled up in the carry out lane . Oh did I say the whole time we were waiting there must have been 20-30 cars go through the drive through . My wife was inside for at least 10 minutes , then I see her coming out without order , carrying drinks , and food for a family of 7 …..by herself !!!! When she got to the car she told me how messed up it is inside , and that no one knew what they were doing . We get the food home and start to eat , we found that our buns were As hard as a rock , which some of us couldn’t finish or even eat our sandwich . Because this is big chain and McDonalds will always have customers a loss of one customer doesn’t bother them and can afford it . I will no longer be eating at this or any other McDonalds ( which will break my kids harts ) !!!!! I know you don’t care , but you lost a customer that has been a customer for 40+ years !!!

This is the worst McDonald's i have ever been to. I arrived at 9:55pm and left at 10:42pm in the drive thru. No apologies from manager or employee. I used my Mobil app. so i couldn't leave without losing my money or i would have left once i was able to get out of the order spot, which i was in that for 15 minutes. Ridiculous

I stood in line 15to20 minutes to place my order and while I was waiting no one in line to oder in front of me the young lady ask me for my order while I'm ordering they changed to lunch minue so she tells me I can't get breakfast but the drive thru was still getting breakfast it was their fault they didn't get my order in in time I want to talk to a manager about this

Spent $15 for some chicken nuggets a burger and large chocolate shake. Asked for some honey mustard and they wanted charge me for it. Been coming to McDonald’s my whole life and never once have been charged for honey mustard at any other location

They send me to second window of drive-thru and literally forgot my order. Drive-through should be fast and in and out. 20 mins later, I call them and they gave me my 3 large frappes. Very slow, forgetful, & lazy teens who just want to get paid more to do nothing.

Driving home from airport and stopped in at 1015 pm. Ordered a happy meal and another cheeseburger. Both burgers were not even warm and neither was the fries. Order something special or get leftovers!

The only reason I’m giving this McDonald’s a 1 star is because I’m waiting for 10 mins before they could take my orders there was 4 other people behind me as the staff was waking back and forth just staring at us assuming most of us were for a DoorDash or mobile order. Do not come here during their rush hour or you’ll be waiting forever to have your order taken. Need to hire more people at this specific McDonald’s

They were really working hard to get to everyone in a timely fashion. Very helpful good attitudes and they were slammed with people trying to get food after the hurricane. Way to go AM crew

The service could have been a lot better drink station was a mess lobby was messy trash cans of a ful. Couldn't believe how unorganized the management and the crew members were

Really enjoy when McDonald's cooks my chicken nuggets to order. I like hot food. I just wish the employees would always cook my food to order.
