usually
don’t
write
these
kinds
of
things
seeing
I
used
to
be
in
a
customer
service
job
and
know
things
happen
.I
have
to
say
this
was
the
worst
example
of
customer
service
I
have
ever
seen
or
been
apart
of
.
We
have
a
large
family
,
so
eating
out
for
us
can
cost
a
lot
.
We
use
the
McDonalds
app
because
of
the
deals
we
can
get
.
Today
we
decided
since
the
kids
like
McDonalds
to
get
food
from
this
McDonalds
.
We
ordered
a
head
of
time
through
the
app
,
and
pulled
into
a
spot
,
then
put
which
spot
we
were
at
as
well
as
finished
the
order
.
We
sat
there
for
30
minutes
,
then
my
wife
decided
to
go
in
and
see
what
was
going
on
.
Right
before
she
left
to
go
in
another
car
pulled
up
in
the
carry
out
lane
.
Oh
did
I
say
the
whole
time
we
were
waiting
there
must
have
been
20-30
cars
go
through
the
drive
through
.
My
wife
was
inside
for
at
least
10
minutes
,
then
I
see
her
coming
out
without
order
,
carrying
drinks
,
and
food
for
a
family
of
7
…..by
herself
!!!!
When
she
got
to
the
car
she
told
me
how
messed
up
it
is
inside
,
and
that
no
one
knew
what
they
were
doing
.
We
get
the
food
home
and
start
to
eat
,
we
found
that
our
buns
were
As
hard
as
a
rock
,
which
some
of
us
couldn’t
finish
or
even
eat
our
sandwich
.
Because
this
is
big
chain
and
McDonalds
will
always
have
customers
a
loss
of
one
customer
doesn’t
bother
them
and
can
afford
it
.
I
will
no
longer
be
eating
at
this
or
any
other
McDonalds
(
which
will
break
my
kids
harts
)
!!!!!
I
know
you
don’t
care
,
but
you
lost
a
customer
that
has
been
a
customer
for
40+
years
!!!
