It's Plant City, but because it's Plant City, it's quiet, quaint, charming in its on fashion. There's typically not a lot of customers at any giving moment whenever I visit. The food is great though and the staff are kind and thoughtful. I plan to frequent this establishment in the future.

service sucked, waitress took forever to check on us and get us refills and when the food came out it was disgusting. my pancakes were burnt and tasted terrible and then i look at my eggs and there was a hair in them. would not recommend

I love the breakfast at IHOP but this restaurant needs more attention and cleaning. The presentation of my plate was the worst presentation ever plus the taste was really dry I don't know what happened with them they always good but this time was not good at all

Service depends on who is working. Most of them are very friendly & get your order correct. They also get most online orders correct, unlike Denny's. Good food, good place to eat without breaking the bank.

The manager on duty was accommodating, our server was over-sat, and half the food was prepared poorly. My partner ordered biscuits and gravy, eggs, and turkey bacon - the biscuits were shaped like thick pancakes, and they put the turkey bacon on the biscuit pucks before adding the gravy. This wouldn't have been an issue, except that the turkey bacon was severely undercooked (and with its removal we ended up sacrificing nearly all of the gravy.) I ordered an omlette (which was fine, as it's just eggs and veg) but the cooks or another server misplaced my side of hash browns. We ended up getting the side after I'd already finished my plate, so we took the taters home in a container. The manager on duty knocked 10% off for the inconvenience without hesitation, and our server apologized. This was little fault of theirs, but instead belonged to the cook staff in the back. I understand that it was busy, I've worked in hospitality and food service, I know how bad it can get. A sliver of attention to detail would have made the difference. I don't mind waiting for food that's prepared well. I don't have an issue being told "they're making sure everything is right, just a few minutes more." What I take issue with is uncooked food and missing items. Everyone we spoke to was kind, polite and courteous - it was the basic preparation of the food that was lacking. I've eaten at IHOP locations across the country - this is one I probably won't return to.

The food was delicious, and our Server was pretty good. The men's and women's bathrooms were absolutely disgusting!! Which made the dining experience go downhill because the men's bathroom sink was so gross that you worry about the hands of the employees.

We complained about the size of the kids burger being slightly bigger than a half dollar coin. They brought us an adult burger and we just told the waitress we don't want it. I already shared my messed up order with my daughter and gave her my pancakes. The waitress came back and took our food off the table before everyone was finished eating. Waitress had a serious attitude. My wife's order was right and was good

We had a good experience at this ihop. It’s new and updated. Our waitress was Deb and she did a great job! Everyone seemed nice. The place was clean.

You can't beat the price and the quality of the food. The service always has been excellent and the atmosphere comfortable and clean. I highly recommend to stop by 😊

I decided to order the family meal that comes with 5 pancakes, eggs, bacon and hash brown. I also got strawberries and blueberries for toppings. So, when I got home and took the food out the bag my mouth completely dropped. Tell me why they gave us 2 strawberries in one container and 3 in the other one. The blueberries was in a big container but, not filled up to the top. I have been eating from IHOP for years and I have never had this happen before. This is very disappointing and unacceptable!

It was very cold inside. Ordered a western omelet and there was very very little ingredients beside eggs. Waitress was funny and fantastic. She moved us to a warmer area.

Bit of a wait but the food was delicious.(Try the new chessy, bacon omelet...) Big shout out to Angela, who was our waitress during our brunch date. Her customer service was superb!!! Made our time there extra comfortable and enjoyable, greatly appreciated.

I have to say usually this ihop is pretty decent but in a basically dead restaurant tonight I watched the staff completely ignore JROTC kids there to eat before the parade! Walked right past them, didn’t give them menus, didn’t take drink orders nothing. I had to go to the front and request service for these guys. I could understand if the restaurant was crowded but it was dead our family and like 2 other families. It was just blatant ignorance and it rubbed me wrong. These kids were in a booth, not being rowdy(because if they were and got reported they’d be kicked out of the program!) all they wanted to do was grab a bite to eat before they marched in the parade. Very unprofessional tonight(12/1/23) Oh and our waitress never came back to our table after dropping our food(hence me having to go to the front to get the kids service) no refills and our pancakes didn’t come until everyone at our table was DONE with their food. By that time no one at our table wanted them so we gave them to one of the JROTC kids!

We visited more than once & always we get good customer service. Now that is under a new management is completely better... even the sound of their radio station. 😊🤷‍♀️ Our last visited Maria were amazing taking care of our table.

My Mother and Baby sister go so often that they recognize them, so when I go I'm someone now lol, but even my boys love this places for then taste, service, options too. The staff is always kind and sometimes busy but I understand they do what they can at time's I hold nothin against them. But it's a nice environment and friendly, and during the week they tend to be quick too

This location is not equipped to handle capacity. Took 10 minutes from time seated to get drink orders. 35 minutes from that point to get food. So long that one of our guests had to leave and right after, they brought food. Didn't have a problem getting it taken off which is why they get 2* instead of 1. I think they know they are slow, but just wish there was a disclaimer about wait times lol. The menu price increases seem exorbitant compared to mom and pops who seem to handle customers better in spite of recent challenges. Other IHOP locations are better than this one!

My wife and I have been eating at this restaurant for many years. Always good food and good service. Once in awhile a hick-up but there is no hesitation to correct it. The manager, I believe his name is Ed, has been there a long time and he has that place running like a well oiled machine. Great management, great staff, and great food. We love it there.

Good place for pancakes, always about a 20-minute wait time, but it is worth it. Friendly staff, sometimes too crowded, which makes service terrible,but to be expected anywhere you go. Usually decent meal anytime I go there. I do recommend.

There were a lot of new people at IHOP so the service wasn't as good but we don't blame them. The food wasn't that good or bad but none of us really liked the bacon and we just felt like there was too much. We told somebody and got a discount.

They have a limited 55+ menu. Still not cheap. Never see the cheap deals that are advertised on TV. In Ocala FL we got senior rate for soft drinks and coffee- 99 cents. $3.19 here.. Two drinks add $7 to meal price after tax.

Even though they were busy, still got seated right away. Service and the food were very good. Got food at reasonable time

Me and my husband enjoy this restaurant because of the great service and the great food. We especially enjoy the pancakes. I love the original buttermilk pancakes and my husband loves the cheesecake pancakes.

Great food, fresh, also a lady my mother knew worked there, so we stopped in to see her, was a good experience, will go back and eat again, mom ate breakfast and I just had a sampler appetizer, we had a good meal

Nicely presented but not too much flavor… Servers are courteous and helpful. Prefer other options for breakfast in the area… even though it’s usually crowded and busy for breakfast!

I went to this IHOP because I wanted something different from let’s say Taco Bell McDonald’s yes they’re shortstaffed but I had to wait like 20 minutes for my sampler platter and it wasn’t fresh like my chicken nuggets were crispy on the outside hard on the inside my mozzarella cheese sticks like they read through them in the oil, My waitress was nice

Just like any other ihop, I love it! And the best coffee. But I only give 4 star because the coffee mug was dirty, I still could see lipstick marks on it.
