    I got a glimpse of the interior, and it was filthy. I was the first person in drive through when I saw a rat run out from the doors and even over the employees foot. I am concerned for both the food and the workers. And speaking to one of the employees I found out that their air conditioning is broken and has been for a while. These are poor conditions even for a fast food chain.

    I kid you not, I literally was eatin the French toast and drop it on my lap, the finger nail fall out of it, I can not make this up, I checked my finger nail, it was not mine and my finger nail is bigger, tht shows tht they don't take care ur food with care and don't where no gloves, thts a Risk for anything, food poisoning is one. Yu gotta do better. GOD Bless you all.

    This is the third time I've been at this establishment the first time I purchased only shakes and they were very tasty second time I ordered hot dogs hamburgers and ended up getting food poisoning due to under cook hamburgers because my mother had a hot dog my wife had a chicken sandwich my daughter me and my son had hamburgers and the three all of us got sick to our stomachs and that night and the next morning we were spewing from either ends of our bodies!!! Today the grandchildren and I went and purchased shakes cuz I still don't feel comfortable ordering food from this location.

    Everything was good until my sister and I went to the ladies room and the toilet was real Shakey and than it wouldn't flush. I went out and buzzed the waitress she than came out and asked us if we would go plunge the toilet!!! What, we said hell no. Do the customer's always have to plundge toilets after having Lunch???

    I was very disappointed. We went through drive-thru. They brought us every order but the right one. When we finally got what we ordered, they had doubled our order. I got Buffalo popcorn chicken and it was disgusting. It was nothing but crust with a little sauce poured on. I had to throw them away. And their prices are ridiculous. I won't be going there again.

    Ordered using the sonic app which is suppose to get you your order faster ordered at 7:50 I ordered a medium slush and I didn't get my order till 8:30pm! From a person who works in the restaurant industry and has worked for this company as a teenager this is unacceptable I will never return here again will be driving to valrico for now on!

    The food came out cold and fast. The guy who brought our food out was not on skates which kind of takes away from the whole experience. The parking lot was filthy and the trash cans were over flowing. I was greatly disappointed and I think giving them this high of a rating is a notch to high but our server was really really nice so I can't blame him. Stay away from the hot dogs my father got sick and my slushy wasn't a slushy after 5 minutes with the Air Conditioner going in the car.

    This was the nastiest sonic breakfast I’ve ever had. Sonics is one of my favorite places but this one was bad. The bacon was burnt and gross. My sandwich was also cold, which has never happened to me before. I could only eat the tots unfortunately. The service was good but there was no excuse for this cold and burnt sandwich. I could not eat the sandwich and had to throw it away.

    This was our first visit to the Plant City Sonic. We chose to eat at one of the picnic tables, rather than in our car. Our food was delivered to us in a paper bag. I asked our server if there was ketchup packets in the bag. She said that she believed that there was. I thanked her and she walked away. When I opened the bag, not only was there no ketchup inside, but she hadn't given us any straws for our drinks either. Fortunately, a little while later, a different server came by and was able to provide those things to us. Oh, our food was pretty tasty.

    Fast and friendly. You need a pair of binoculars to see the sign at the drive-through because it's so far from where the microphone is to put your order in. The spots are too narrow for big truck to park so you have to go through the drive through. Looks like a pretty clean Sonic. Blackberry slushie is good.

    Make sure to check order before leaving. I got all the way home, no bacon on sandwich. Was charged $1.50 for it too. Tried calling them… no answer. Don’t have time to make an extra trip back up there that’s why I stopped for fast food…. Ughhh on the up and up, the gentleman that brought it out to me was very nice.

    One of my favorite fast food places love the menu items. If you're tired of the same old burgers places you should try sonics. The only thing is they closed a lot of locations. So you might have to travel to find one

    The lady at the drive through was very mean she was rude to the car in front of us. As soon as we pulled up she said we are not taking orders for another hour. We canceled our order. I don’t know why she was so mean I understand you might be busy because of a parade but acting like that to costumers is just not right.

    I was on my way to Zaxbys when I drove by and saw a carhop on skates who just looked so friendly, professional, and beautiful, and I realized I no longer wanted Zaxby’s. She had lovely colored hair, tattoos, and face piercings, but if you were to judge a book by it’s cover and think that’d mean she wouldn’t be professional then you’d be sorely wrong. She walked me through the whole menu, explaining the cooking process and the nutrition facts on each item, she spoke of the menu with both knowledge and passion. She taught me the beauty of what Sonics drive thru really has to offer. I wish I would have had more money to tip this wonderful woman, I hope she is given the biggest raise you can give her without going bankrupt. Thank you Shaye, don’t stop making Sonic super

    I absolutely love Sonic's food, however they are extremely expensive! My husband and I bought two combos with the milkshakes and it ran Us close to $40! Their food is good but it ain't that good. Not to mention the service nowadays everybody is in a hurry to get your order and I don't mean in a good way. They rush you through ordering. So if you have 40 bucks to spend or more Sonic is your place to go.

    Ordered a #7. Was charged the $9.55. When the food came out, I asked where the tots were and the girl told there was no tots on my order. I received a plain hotdog and small drink. Not sure what I paid for? Wasn’t in the mood to deal with the stupid girl.

    Been coming here since it opened and watched the slow decline in service and quality of food. Tonight was it, you've lost me as a patron. Reading other reviews its pretty obvious this is systemic. You have no concept of customer service.

    The worst sonic I have ever been to. Im not talking about 1 visit either. Over the past 10 visits it is always something at this location. Not even sure why they have a drive through when they don’t even answer when you pull up. I just pulled past the drive through because once again nobody would come over the intercom. After that some girl came out and got rude with me so I just left. It’s sad when you can’t handle the three customers that are in your parking lot… I’ll be spending my $50-$60 meal orders elsewhere.

    I love sonic drive-in. But they all have the same issue. The oil in fryers needs to be changed more. Food was out fast though even during lunch rush. Car hop was very nice.

    Food is good. Service is horrible. Soooooooooo slow. Takes FOREVER to get anyone to take an order. Hire some more workers!!! Also, the burgers are always cold.

    super rude. the "manager" refused to work but stood outside taunting me when i decided to leave instead of argue with her over them breaking company policy. she wanted to fight, not work... sad. i'd give less stars but you have to give one. just pure laziness and unprofessionalism. they also had 8 health code violations on the last inspection including the manager not having proper training as well as the crew. sounds about right lol

    I bought 5 large bags of ice. Only 3.00 a bag for crushed ice! It’s a great secret I’m glad to share. It saved us from losing our cold food when we lost power after Hurricane Ian! Ty Sonic! Food is always great too!

    Failed to inform us that they didn't have half our food when they brought the other half of the order out. Forgot to bring the drinks and when they did they brought a cracked bottom on the milkshake that leaked out in our car. Kitchen was dirty when I walked in after the attended couldn't hear me on the intercom after the 6th time I asked for a cup. I blame the owner who failed to hire the right people and to train his managers and people correctly. Just hope we don't end up with food poisoning like the previous reviewer did. WONT BE COMING BACK EVER!

    Ordered food today for lunch once I found a speaker that was actually working. It took about 20 minute which is fine. I placed my usually order, a chili cheese coney with the hot dog on the side, among other things. I get asked if everything on the screen looks correct but I notice there is no note about the hot dog so I re-emphasize that I want the hot dog on the side and get a confirmation that she heard me. I check my order and it looks like there's no hotdog so I drive to my destination and when I open my coney and stab my fork in, SURPRISE... There is a hot dog on there. I call and tell them they made an error and get told by the manager "I didn't understand what you were saying." Okay so you just decided to ignore the instructions instead of asking what I meant when I specified something at least twice! She then got an attitude and I asked if I could just have my money back because there was also barely any chili or cheese on the bun. She informed me it would take 5-7 days to go back on my card. I answered affirmatively and said thank you and then there was silence. I asked if she needed any other information but the line hung up as I was asking. Not very appropriate behavior for a manager. I will admit that I could have been nicer on the phone but this happens EVERY TIME I go to Sonic and the attitude of the manager and the way she handled the situation was just not acceptable.

    I took the family to Sonic and it took a very long time to get our meal. The food was good, I had a foot- long Chili Cheese Coney (I missed the onions I asked for). My wife had the BBQ boneless wings which I thought were a bit small and the one she let me try was hard. The kids each got hamburgers with the only complaint was they didn't prepare my oldest daughter's burger correctly (Was supposed to have been without pickles & tomatoes). It has been a long time since we had been to Sonic and it will probably be a while before we go again.

    First time ever eating there and have to admit, the food was good. Had a double cheeseburger with fries and a sweet tea and really enjoyed it. Especially the sweet tea. It was made just the way I like it. Definitely going back soon.

    They are pretty fast and food is good as expected. The last couple times, drive through is non existent. I had to park at a spot and push the button for service, which I got immediately and my food like 3 minutes later. I won't knock them though, times are tough. I am satisfied with their prices and service overall.
