Ordered
food
today
for
lunch
once
I
found
a
speaker
that
was
actually
working.
It
took
about
20
minute
which
is
fine.
I
placed
my
usually
order,
a
chili
cheese
coney
with
the
hot
dog
on
the
side,
among
other
things.
I
get
asked
if
everything
on
the
screen
looks
correct
but
I
notice
there
is
no
note
about
the
hot
dog
so
I
re-emphasize
that
I
want
the
hot
dog
on
the
side
and
get
a
confirmation
that
she
heard
me.
I
check
my
order
and
it
looks
like
there's
no
hotdog
so
I
drive
to
my
destination
and
when
I
open
my
coney
and
stab
my
fork
in,
SURPRISE...
There
is
a
hot
dog
on
there.
I
call
and
tell
them
they
made
an
error
and
get
told
by
the
manager
"I
didn't
understand
what
you
were
saying."
Okay
so
you
just
decided
to
ignore
the
instructions
instead
of
asking
what
I
meant
when
I
specified
something
at
least
twice!
She
then
got
an
attitude
and
I
asked
if
I
could
just
have
my
money
back
because
there
was
also
barely
any
chili
or
cheese
on
the
bun.
She
informed
me
it
would
take
5-7
days
to
go
back
on
my
card.
I
answered
affirmatively
and
said
thank
you
and
then
there
was
silence.
I
asked
if
she
needed
any
other
information
but
the
line
hung
up
as
I
was
asking.
Not
very
appropriate
behavior
for
a
manager.
I
will
admit
that
I
could
have
been
nicer
on
the
phone
but
this
happens
EVERY
TIME
I
go
to
Sonic
and
the
attitude
of
the
manager
and
the
way
she
handled
the
situation
was
just
not
acceptable.
