    I do not understand why, when the sun that brings upon the days has set and the darkness of the nights has risen, the Wendy's Frosty becomes UNAVAILABLE. For this, you shall receive the lowest rating. Time and time again, nothing but a complete WASTE of a trip when all I wanted was the Frosty.

    Dining room was closed and locked at 3pm in the afternoon. Drive thru line was 12 cars long and growing (we waited on a Sunday afternoon). $13 for a double bacon burger, 4 piece nuggets and small lemonade. I don't eat fast food but my kids do and this is a place I will not revisit for them. Price not worth it. Waste of 30 minutes not worth it!

    I have been in the restaurant/service/hospitality industry for over 15 years and I have never been so impressed with an employee like I was when I encountered Vashawn at the Wendy’s in Plant City, Florida off Baker St. This guy had a work ethic like no other and a great attitude! They were really busy and he led the entire staff through that rush with a great attitude and great work ethic. He was polite and kept his composure the entire time and had a great sense of urgency. What impressed me the most is how he communicated and led his team. He deserves recognition.

    Used drive thru, ordered for 2 people. Friendly greeter very helpful. Relieved order few incorrect items. They quickly fixed the error and on our way. They have happy and friendly employees at this location. It's a nice change 😌

    The African American Male manager is horrible at hospitality and was very rude! Went there at 11:30 tonight and they were only taking one order at a time. 3 other cars and myself drove out of the drive thru line bc the wait was ridiculous. He threatened to call the police on a customer in front of me in line just for asking why they were out of nuggets very shameful.

    The most uncomfortable encounter ordering in a fast food restaurant EVER!! 3 people in that place had on a employee's uniform & dispite being dressed for the part, none of them actually had done just that!! Why hasn't the ice machine been repaired & does the cost of ice get deducted from thier paychecks?? After being treated like I had went to those people's homes & expected them to do the very thing they hate to do in this world. I don't know why these poor souls are so broken but I know it wasn't my family who'd made them feel that way & it'd be best if the entire staff managers & employee's be replaced immediately & maybe the reviews will start being positive not back to back negativity!!

    Good for fast food, the staff is normally pleasant, but there's usually a slower drive thru lane. I give it 4 stars because they frequently forget items in my order and I have to go back and retrieve them. No issues otherwise.

    Food was excellent, service was superb. Only drawback was trying to find parking. Handicap and mobile orders take up most of the parking. Only one other party of 3 people inside but had to drive all the way around building to park without having to hike in from the back forty. Not cool after dark.

    worst wendys ever, cannot get orders right, unbelievable wait time at drive thru, 25 minutes waiting only to find they once again gave me the wrong thing, apparently this is how the execs get their bonus every year..with the money they steal from old people on fixed incomes.this store needs to be cleaned out and restaffed top to bottom or closed and sold to a company that can actually provide the service required. this business should be ashamed and embarrassed. this is not a one time occurrence, this has happened at least ten times in the last 6 or 7 months. AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COSTS! follow up: reported this to corporate who responded in 1 day to tell me one of the "franchise operators" would contact me "soon" to issue a refund...no surprise, haven't heard a thing from these thieves. by the way, they should be able to replace all the burned out lights in their sign, been that way for months, just from the money they have stolen from me by charging me for one thing and giving me something of lesser value. whoever owns this franchise obviously could care less about his stores appearance or its customers and needs to find a new business they are more suited to because food service ain't it.

    Worst Wendy's I have ever been too. Never heard of not being able to change your drink size and fries cold as Alaska!! Drive a lil further and go to McDonald's it's better. Staff is rude also

    OMG this Store Manager is Completely rude. All I asked for was for my order to be corrected. My daughter asked for no pickels but got them. I asked for no onion and no pickles but got them. She remade my daughter's but when it came to mind she Initially refused then stated she would make a Smaller sandwich. I can not be wrong for asking for what we ordered. Just plain rude.

    The food is average. Their customer service is decent but whether you're dining in or in the drive thru, you can almost always expect a long wait. Often times, they take one order at a time in the drive thru (one car orders, take payment, give out food, and then take the next order).

    Order dinner for myself and mom. Was too expensive for a meal and an extra sandwich. $22 or so for a meal and a sandwich. I went to the store not Door dash nor Uber Eats. Other than that had to wait a bit longer looked like the night crew was really not doing anything just standing there and the manager in a way going off on the poor little kid at the front cashier. He was nice and good customer service he had but needs to speak a little bit louder. If I was there manager I would be rushing them and having drive thru under 2 minutes every car from start to finish like I used to do so when I was Crew Leadership in multiple fast food restaurants. I would hire the little guy in the front as a team mate for my business accounts.

    There was a roach that crawled across the floor next to my table. The girl at the counter was talking to her friends and whenever a customer came up she helped them and went right back to her friends. I walked in at 10:25 wanting lunch, I was told not until 10:30. At 10:40 when I finally was asked to order, then I was old that it would not be until 11:00. Why was I not told this earlier. VERY POOR MANAGEMENT, LETTING WORKERS SIT IN THE LOOBY TALKING TO FRIENDS AND WALKING BACK AND FORTH TO WAIT ON CUSTOMERS.

    I only ordered a cup of chili. I used to enjoy their chili however this cup only had two little pieces of meat in it no bigger than the size of my little finger. Very disappointed in the chili at this location.

    Ordered at drive thru. Cash only so I gave them a 50. Got change and 10 back. Parked to get my receipt and call abput missing 30 dollars i was owed in change .. but no receipt in bag. Called twice to speak to manager and nobody ever answered. After so many rings it just disconnected. I have no receipt to challenge this. Hope you all enjoy your 30 dollar tip.

    Order placed fine. Breakfast options are ok... biscuits are small, egg was kinda gray. Biscuit and gravy was partially hard. Freshly hatched flies were everywhere. Will not return.

    I had placed an Online Order and proceeded to the Drive Thru. Around 7:15 am the staff had apparently arrived and was opening /setting up. I spoke with a young man taking out the trash; he and another lady went out of their way to fulfill my order. I appreciated that. Unfortunately does not look good for management.

    Don't understand why they don't put napkins in bags when you go through drive thru. Is there a shortage? Everytime I go through drive thru I never get napkins and I'm sorry I shouldn't have to ask for them and french fries were cold. Come on.

    If I could leave a ZERO star review I would! This is the second time my husband and I have gone to the drive thru on a Saturday night at 10pm only to be told they’re closed. They didn’t even answer the speaker box, a man in front of us said they told him at the window they’re closed. Window says open until 1:00 a.m every night. We will not be back here.

    05/28/22. Dinner time. Ordered single burger with fries. Bun so hard it could not be eaten. Spent over 20 bucks for total of two burgers and fries. NEVER AGAIN. Not fresh.

    I recently had dental work, so I was looking for something soft for breakfast. So I ordered 2 biscuits and gravy. I don't expect perfection from a fast food place but I do expect the biscuits to be edible. Both of them were hard as a hockey puck. It was extremely difficult to even cut through them. I am not sure what the manager is doing here but obviously it is not to check the quality of the food on the line, because any good manager would never let hockey pucks be served as food.

    I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich, the really delicious one that comes with honey mustard on it. About half way through, it was dripping sauce so i set on wrapper and notice something sticking out of my sandwich, only to discover theres plastic or somekind of paper in my sandwich and pretty sure i took bite out of it, dont know if i ate some or not.

    You get your food fast but you have to stand in line for a long time. The serve chili but have no spoons and when I asked the lady are they out of spoons she said, "no we don't give out spoons, just forks". The tables are dirty from the previous customer and if you want it cleaned either you have to track down an employee or clean it yourself which would be quicker.
