thru,

minutes
waiting
only
to
find
they
once
again
gave
me
the
wrong
thing,
apparently
this
is
how
the
execs
get
their
bonus
every
year..with
the
money
they
steal
from
old
people
on
fixed
incomes.this
store
needs
to
be
cleaned
out
and
restaffed
top
to
bottom
or
closed
and
sold
to
a
company
that
can
actually
provide
the
service
required.
this
business
should
be
ashamed
and
embarrassed.
this
is
not
a
one
time
occurrence,
this
has
happened
at
least
ten
times
in
the
last
6
or
7
months.
AVOID
THIS
STORE
AT
ALL
COSTS!
follow
up:
reported
this
to
corporate
who
responded
in
1
day
to
tell
me
one
of
the
"franchise
operators"
would
contact
me
"soon"
to
issue
a
refund...no
surprise,
haven't
heard
a
thing
from
these
thieves.
by
the
way,
they
should
be
able
to
replace
all
the
burned
out
lights
in
their
sign,
been
that
way
for
months,
just
from
the
money
they
have
stolen
from
me
by
charging
me
for
one
thing
and
giving
me
something
of
lesser
value.
whoever
owns
this
franchise
obviously
could
care
less
about
his
stores
appearance
or
its
customers
and
needs
to
find
a
new
business
they
are
more
suited
to
because
food
service
ain't
it.
