Waited 15 minutes in drive through before coming inside and waiting 10 minutes for someone to take my order ... “Xavier” wearing name tag on the back of his hat was extremely rude, no people skills and lacking any kind of enthusiasm . Came up to me and just stared with his notepad while I stared back at him until he said “what’s your order” no other words out of him after saying thank you and such or anything. Acts like he had no idea what was going on and items were poorly made compared to others . I know this is family owned and was once a good place to come but is going downhill quite a bit. 30+ minutes to wait on ice cream is ridiculous. After putting them upside down the ice cream was falling out and he just says ooops and puts them back in... other girls were sweet and helpful but this is unacceptable .

This is such a great place after having your mouth numbed from surgery. I do recommend having another menu put in further from the ordering window. This way people can decide what they want before they get to the window to order. It should speed up your drive through tremendously. Other than that, great all around. Thank you for the experience.

I love the Drumstick Blizzard. The only complaint I have is someone needs to get rid of the last yellow pole by the dumpster bcuz it's hard to turn the curb in the drive-thru. It's either scrape your truck or car or almost hit the concrete yellow pole.

Poor customer service cash only drive thru wait was 30 min they didn't push the customer who's food was taking Long at the window and made a line wait the whole time instead of pushing him thru to the front parking lot no manager available

They have the best soft serve ice cream, I love the cone dipped in chocolate 🤗

We always get great service from some very sweet young ladies. The ice cream is yummy too🙂

We stopped into the local Dairy Queen for my daughter who just turned 12. We each got a blizzard and they were very good.

I took my granddaughter Alace to get ice cream because she loves to read !!......9 years old......we had a blast and she dropped her cone and got her another one and they put sprinkles on it......we talk and had a great time together........

Hello.. I just came into this store my wife ordered a banana split and I ordered a milkshake not too thick. The young man got her order wrong so we let him know. He argues she didn't ask for it that way.. then proceed to slam the banana split into the trash. Then he took a 5 person order and then a 3 person order while we waited. I'm so disappointed I'll never come here again. It's said that for every 1 person that complains 6 just won't come back. You might want to check your employees.

Dairy Queen in Plant city has always been a special place for me. As a kid Dad would take us there on the weekend. The water fountain with the red steps next to the counter holds a special place in my memory. Even though time has changed the look of dairy Queen the red steps are still there and now that I'm almost 50 years old I still go to get my hot fudge sundae and remember the smile on Dads face spending time with us kids. The employees are friendly and it's always clean.

The dairy Queen on ant City has very good Spanish bean soup and Cubans.

Absolute worst Dairy Queen experience ever. Slowest service ever. Worst customer service. A drive thru line around the building and a building full of people waiting to place an order. The 3 employees were just hanging out laughing and playing with each other no one making or taking orders or even acknowledging they had customers. Don’t waste your time. I was 2nd in line for a half hour and never even had my order taken. I just left because they were obviously just waiting for people to leave without saying it.

Kinda weird having to order at the window makes things move slower in the drive thru...

Took the granddaughter here for a cool treat after attending a local fall festival on a warm day. Just had a vanilla soft serve cone that brought back memories of getting some DQ after hanging out on the boardwalk in Seaside Heights, NJ.

The store smells clean like ALOT OF BLEACH but the service left me aggravated. I requested a banana split with 2 parts chocolate and one vanilla. Instead he made it all vanilla! When I requested it be corrected the server began to argue and then took the banana split and threw it into trash disgusted. I did not appreciate the attitude. If my husband hadn’t already gotten his shake I would have demanded a refund and left. Lost my business and I will tell everyone at the hospital too.

Had a banana split and snicker shake both were delicious. The banana had a black spot on the end of it… no nuts cherries or toppings drizzled on the banana split more like a sundae. Had a couple vintage video games one was out of order. Seems like it’s an old building… chipped tiles and black soot on air vents. Quick service … we were the only customer on a hot Saturday afternoon…

Delicious treats and pretty much anytime you go there might be a line but sit back and wait because it's worth it

I pull in to Dairy Queen and ask for a chicken fingers basket they don't sell it here in plant city but they have Spanish bean soup and cuban sandwiches..... It's terrible... Makes no sense...

Dessert was decent, served in a timely manor. Staff was not so friendly , younger employee that only cared about socializing with other employees.

Good double dipped cones, not like Dairy Queen in Lakeland, which has horrible service this place is quick and doesn't substitute your order like Lakeland

One of the best places you can go to get a great ice cream Cuban they're good I recommend it to anyone

I asked for a chocolate chip/ cookie dough like the menu states. I received a cookie dough only. I like my chocolate. If it wasn't available, why wasn't I informed.

Seating tight and no chocolate ice cream but it was good and prepared quickly.

Worst service, not one friendly worker ever. One young girl was folding napkins as I was standing there while I was waiting to order, she looked at me then turned back around and continued to fold napkins. People also left while we were here because they weren’t waited on. Very poor customer service. We won’t be back.

My experience. At dairy queen is the worst do to that they said they close at 9:30 we got there before the time and send us away from the store that's why I gave them 1 start.

This is a slower store and they were out of most of what we were trying to order. I understand supply chains have been disrupted recently so I didn't take any stars for that. I would have given more stars but they are always slow when we visit.

This is a great place to get ice cream Truckstop Tina was here turning Dollars to Quarters what a gril haven't seen her in long time. Roadside Rhonda made her mind up with Tina. Of all the DQs this one takes the cake and divides to cookies!

The ice cream is good but the location is too small. The drive thru line gets backed up easily.
