    Very dirty It seems that no one has wiped the tables and chairs for more than a week. Everything is in crumbs, wet couches. the floor is dirty. Does the administration save so much on rags and cleaning staff? The owner and manager should be ashamed. Cocktails are delicious, it's good that they are in disposable dishes. I made video, but reality is much worse.

    I had exceptional customer service, it was a great drink. My sibling came with me and had never been there, they asked the cashier for their suggestion based off what they like and was super cool about it. The only thing I will say is, they got my order out fast, it was nice. But my older sibling left a very nice tip for the great service from the cashier and they were last to receive their drink, I got mine, several other orders, about 5 came out before theirs. It wasn't a complicated order either. Not sure what happened. But it went amazing to not so amazing. Got half my drink down before they got theirs. It was about 15-20 minutes between receiving our drinks.

    I really wish I could give this place more stars only because the cleanliness is not up to par NOV 17TH Thursday night. Please train the staff that worked this night how to use things then put them back. It allows for your Starbucks to look more structured. And properly clean the tools after using. I was more than sure I would not be getting a drink that required blending only because of the tools used. Clean clean clean. I promise it looks so much better when you do after every drink.

    Ordered 2 sandwiches 3 small drinks 2 cake pops. I have 2 kids with me. They give me 2 drinks and 2 sandwiches. When I ask where the rest of my $27 order is they said that I didn’t order a third drink or 2 cake pops. Really? I have 3 people total! One of the drink I did receive wasn’t even filled all the way. Left. Worst customer service.👎🏼

    This isn’t my usual starbucks but we stopped because we were both so tired. I’m so glad we did! We went inside for our drinks and Jolene was genuinely the best barista I’ve ever had. So kind and helpful ♥️ We will definitely be returning! Thank you guys for everything! :)

    Went to Starbucks to get a drink, started off as a good idea…. Lol ended off as to never wanting to there again… to start off with JULIE who took our order and also gave us our order at the window had unexceptionally nasty customer service skills. I have never been so surprised at how someone’s attitude could be so Unmistakably nasty. I let her know I wasn’t sure what the sizes were and was trying to order a (venti) Refresher. She told me the biggest one was a Grande… clearly she barely even knew her self… recommend some training..I get to the window and she hands me a smaller drink, I let her know I was unsure as to what the sizes were and didn’t mind paying a little extra. She rolled her eyes and gave me a dirty look as I just kindly was letting her know I would like the venti if possible. She slammed the window and walked away. We went inside to speak to a manger and she was sitting back there smiling and smirking like she was cute… which I could’ve begged to differ. Needless to say that not only the training but the way she treated customers was very unwelcoming and aggressive. She not only was unprofessional but very rude.. sadly enough the manager had to apologize for the way she acted. Needless to say I won’t ever go back to that Starbucks again… as customer service is NOT their top priority.

    I bought a grande wht chocolate mocha latte, I recieved a cup of hot milk!! You can't make these mistakes on a $7 latte. Absolutely horrible will never go back to that store, I'm in Plant City all the time for travel baseball.

    It was okay. We ordered a black coffee and Pistachio Latte with half sweetness along with 2 bakery items. The store was not the cleanest, women's bathroom out of order, and napkins were not given.

    They were freindly and quick enough. But it wasn't that busy inside so they are probably slow when it's busy. They were friendly because the cashier seemed polite when I asked for two sets of free plastic silverware. I ordered an iced coffee because I felt bad for getting free stuff and not buying anything. I realized I needed one anyway.

    We asked to have our drinks rung up separately and were told it was unnecessary that we'd still get the points. Not what I asked for. Told that the drink we were trying to order wasn't possible. We ordered the exact same one earlier in the week with no problem.

    The reason, I’m giving them a one star is because. I saw a woman behind the counter who was handling everyone’s food sneeze. Not once but twice. Not one time did she cover her mouth. This happened this morning. She just kept going like she did nothing.

    Juliana is the best barista at that store, she is always so positive & helpful she is the absolute BEST!!! don’t get me started on her drinks either!! JESUS CHRIST that girl needs to manage her own Starbucks she is the best to ever do it & she deserves a manager job! definitely better than their current one, she needs a raise!!!

    Service was bad. I placed a mobile order and waited in the mobile order line, I wasn’t greeted and the person behind me was taken care of before me although she walked in after. I was never greeted by anyone in the 8 minutes I waited for my coffee. Eventually my name was called and I was on my way. Drink was made perfect , and the atmosphere of the building was nice .

    My first time at Starbucks and was very disappointed in the wasted money. My Carmel frappe was tasteless and My ham and Cheese Croissant was cold and Sloped together.. I left their and went straight to hole n one donuts and their is where I recemend better prices and Breakfast....

    I placed a order via app on 6/28/22 for a coffee and a tumbler that said was available. I get to this location located my coffee and asked where my cup was. I was advised they didn’t have the cup available and the app always says they have certain things when they don’t. Ok cool understood. Two baristas attempted to process my refund for the cup they were unsuccessful and that’s when i was greeted by Shelby. I told her i knew this wasn’t her fault but i feel that something needs to be said about the app and most importantly they need a way to call the customer when they are out of something. I was advised i will be receiving a store credit and also “i have completed customer service training so i am aware what you guys want “ i was taken aback by the response and she also said “if you don’t like my answers call corporate because this is above my pay grade” I have never dealt with such horrible customer service. Starbucks you need to do better.

    Very professional baristas & environment is very friendly, the recent review made by story was untrue because I was there as a customer. She was rude right off the bat and disrespectful yelling at baristas when the baristas were just trying to do their job, she stormed inside like a karen despite being young and having no manners. Do Better b-

    The staff is very good at getting the orders correct. They are very open to making customized orders and getting the orders correct. I do not like the parking situation at this location. The drive-thru traffic interferes with being able to park.

    I'm visiting this area of Florida this week from Colorado and visited this Starbucks twice so far this trip! Great location in Plant City, easy in/easy out, adequate parking, nice looking outside of the restaurant, inside is nicely decorated, spacious, was warmly greeted upon entering, friendly baristas, quick service, plenty of different kinds of comfortable seating, clean dining room & men's restroom, bright, many windows letting in the sunshine, delicious coffee!, pleasant music playing, good, free WI-Fi, A/C.

    I gave it a 3 but not because it's not delishous. But because everytime I go to any of the Starbucks lately especially in the afternoon they are out of things. Dark roast oh we stop making it after 5. Or the sandwich we are out of cheese. Or the dragon fruit drink we are out of the dragon fruit etc. Never experience that in the past but now every single time I go there is something Or 4 things they are out of

    This location stays busy with the drive thru often around the building. So, I order on the app for pick up. Several times they have shut down that capability. Today, my drink accidentally got put by the drive thru window...I've never seen 3 people who could avoid any kind of eye contact as well as the employees today! I should have timed how long I had to wait for them to figure it out since nobody would engage me as I stood at the pick up counter. Also, the store looks like it could use some attention - generally disheveled and messy

    Great customer service. This is how u make a custom great pink drink! ❤️ Just how I like it. Extra milk 1/4 base. It’s the bomb. And … unlike the other Starbucks, they don’t forget to put the strawberries in it. Thanks guys.

    This place is always packed and the drive through line is incredibly long, but staff is always greeting with smiles and makes the whole process of getting caffeine pleasurable. They take their time with issues on gift cards, questions on store products and always make sure you feel like family. Great job to the staff here !

    This morning I placed a mobile order at 9:15 to be picked up in store at 9:26. At first glance everything was normal. I walked in at 9:20 and was able to pick up the sandwiches. At that time, I was told they were currently working on my drinks and it would only take a few minutes. I did not receive my drinks until 10:00. During my waiting I watched people walk in, place an order, get their drinks and leave within 5 minutes. Prior to today I have been satisfied with this store. But today, I have left disappointed with Starbucks.

    I use my mobile app and pick up or my husband does. Very unsatisfactory when your order gets lost then the wrong thing is made. 9.00 coffee and very unhappy. I would nit be writing this but this is 5 th time i paid for coffee that was wrong!!! Then i decided to call store and was told i could come all the way back 20 min drive to get a new one. Are you kidding me. I asked for a replacement on next visit. But was told only if i knew day i was coming to get it! Done with this store!

    Today 9/13/2022....I don't usually go to Starbuck's but, I was in the mood today. And I am so GLAD I did ! Every business Owner need a " TRE"... This young Man was " Pleasant ", Smart and his suggestions WAS what I needed.... I am a business Owner ! And I was so impressed...... Thank you for a GREAT " BRUNCH"....👍🏾👍🏾

    If I could give this review no stars I would! I’ve been a loyal customer of Starbucks for many years & I’ve never had an issue at any of the locations until yesterday 11/7/2021. The employee in the drive through around 7pm with orange long hair (female). The whole experience was awful! Rushing me while ordering. I had a birthday coupon that expired yesterday & I of course wanted to use it but for some reason it didn’t load on my app when it was time to pay so I explained it to that employee. Instead of providing excellent customer services she rolled her eyes, on the head set told them “ I don’t know what she (me) wants me to do” then few minutes later hands me my drink & says “ here just this one time “ & to top it off the order was wrong. Absolutely rude & unprofessional! I will make the extra drive to go to another Starbucks that provides excellent customer service & cares for their customers. The attitude is Absolutely not needed!!!
