My
recent
visit
to
this
restaurant
left
much
to
be
desired,
and
I
feel
compelled
to
share
my
experience.
First
and
foremost,
the
beef
soup
we
ordered
was
a
major
disappointment.
It
lacked
the
genuine
taste
of
beef
that
I
expected,
making
it
seem
like
I
was
eating
a
soup
devoid
of
its
main
ingredient.
The
bread
served
alongside
the
soup
was
equally
disappointing.
It
appeared
to
be
a
low-quality
baguette
that
could
have
been
bought
for
a
mere
dollar
at
a
corner
store.
Not
only
that,
but
it
was
stale
and
crumbly,
clearly
sliced
a
day
in
advance.
Service
at
this
establishment
was
far
from
satisfactory
as
well.
I
had
to
insist
on
getting
wine
vinegar
for
my
tripe
soup,
and
this
was
while
the
soup
was
cooling
down
on
the
table.
It's
quite
perplexing
that
a
restaurant,
particularly
one
serving
tripe
soup,
wouldn't
have
wine
vinegar
available.
During
the
green
chili
season,
they
served
pickled
chili
peppers
instead
of
fresh
ones.
It
was
only
after
I
inquired
if
they
had
fresh
green
chilies
that
they
finally
brought
some.
To
top
it
all
off,
when
I
requested
sour
cream
for
my
tripe
soup,
they
brought
a
tangy
mayonnaise-like
sauce
instead,
which
was
completely
out
of
place.
Furthermore,
they
forgot
to
bring
the
three
promised
chili
peppers,
only
providing
two,
and
these
were
also
pickled.
In
conclusion,
my
experience
at
this
restaurant
was
marred
by
the
lack
of
flavor
in
the
beef
soup,
poor-quality
bread,
and
subpar
service.
The
issues
with
the
condiments,
the
mix-up
with
chili
peppers,
and
the
absence
of
sour
cream
further
added
to
the
disappointment.
I
cannot
recommend
this
place,
and
I
hope
they
make
significant
improvements
to
meet
their
customers'
expectations
in
the
future.
