Probably the biggest cultural place in Ploieşti. The building is an architectural jewel kept in avery good condition. It stands right in the heart of the city, almost forcing the young ones to enter and to get touched my millions of books and lots of art courses as well. The museum itself is newly rearranged and welcomes the audience with amazing exhibitions and lots of knowledge.

Worth it. 6 RON for students, reduced from 8 RON (less than 2 euro). I spent 1h:25m and I could have spent more if I wanted to. Things from: evolutionary theory, neandertal, homo sapiens, mamals, birds, human body etc. The content might not seem intriguing, but the presentation is done really well. There are about 6-7 rooms to visit: evolution, human body and human systems, animals and plants, protecting the nature room, fishes room

Some video projectors were unfunctional. I hope they will fix them soon. But it is an interesting museum with lots of things to view about animals and humans and their evolution.

Quite a nice surprize, they refurbished the interiour and added a few interactive features which will entertain kids. The tour takes aproximately 1 hour (or even less if your kids are little). There is also a small size aquarium (a few dozens of small tanks) with all sorts of fish - if you are there, you might as well see it. It's housed in 2 old rooms of the building. Instructions are in Romanian, mainly.

Such an underrated place! Great for kids, a lot of interesting interractive games and experiences, a lot of them, unfortunately, unavailable because of the Co-vid restrictions. Still a lot to see and do otherwise. Kids loved it!

Such a wonderfully designed museum, inside a beautiful venue. I visited in January 2019, just after New Year's Eve, so there were no other people around. The ticket lady was extremely nice and talkative! Tickets as a student were so cheap as well - it's a bargain for such an interesting museum!

An interesting museum, for both adults and children, up-to-date with technology to present certain moments in history! Indeed, it would not hurt to refurbish, but it can also be visited in its current state and it will surely be a pleasant experience!

The museum is small but elegant, beautifully arranged. The staff supervising the halls, spoiled our good mood to enjoy what is there. She couldn't wait for us to leave, as if we were confusing her, given that we went at the beginning of the program and there was no one else in the museum.
