Room smells bad, they are very basic, fitted with old furniture. The balcony was very small, partially occupied by the A/C unit. Bathroom was good sized, with shower and basic bathroom amenities. Breakfast was good but the restaurant was like 30 years ago ... clean but old. The receptionist was professional, smiling and helpful. The hotel supposed to be the best in the city, considering its location and the architecture of the building, but needs an upgrade to 21st century.

We stayed only for a night here, it was a good stay. However I think somehow half of the hotel is less full, therefore some of the elevators are not working or they take you in a hallway you cant get out of so you need to return. The rooms were very clean, comfortable beds, nice bathroom. For business trips it is really a good option.

Staying here for 3 nights wasn't nice , outdated rooms that have bad odor of old dust , takes over 10 min of running water to get the water to be hot , except reception no one understands English even a tiny bit, breakfast was so basic and not fitting a hotel with standards , at some point we ran out of omlettes and no one replenish them. The hotel is deserted and only a skeleton crew operates it. Location is great but too bad it's run down to ground

Don’t stay at this hotel. It is old and dirty with bad service. We had to fight for a second set of towels every single day. Hot water is not always available. Rooms are tiny and not renovated since many years.

The restaurant is one of the best in town, they have live music in the evenings and the restaurant service is excellent. I definitely recommend it.

disappointment. I got a room that was not ready for accommodation. There was no coffee, the faucet in the shower room was not working properly. The attitude from the reception was cold. The room was upgraded but does not justify the attitude.

I arrived at hotel around 10PM, from reception we picked our entry cards and a room no. The cards didn't worked for that room, went back and forth to the reception to have the card reprogramed and we managed to get in the room where somebody else was. Well he was naked ....so embarassing. Went back to the reception where we have been givena different room. Double bedroom with kettle but one tea bag, one cofee satchet, no sugar, the shower cabin in poor condition ,water barely flowing, noisy over night.

Hotel has some outdated furniture in rooms. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The food is simply divine. Breakfast is very plentiful. The pool is not available. The gym is poor. The outside terrace and the blues bar more than make up for gym and pool. A great 2 week stay.

4**** hotel? Rooms are dirty and poorly cleaned (if at all). From 2nd floor and above there is no warm nor hot water during 2 weeks business stay (exception was 1 day with somewhat warm water). Reception addressing the situation with silence and no further remedial action. Bathroom cleanliness horrific: shower never cleaned, the same is with toilette and the faucet which was full of limescale, dirt and MOLD. Towels at times dirty (residual black stains) and questionable when changed. Cleaner's body hairs found in the sink. Minibar in the room, empty and in non-working condition. Room equipped with kettle, coffee and tea, which were not regurarly refilled. Welcomed with dirty (stained) mirrors and not cleaned during the stay. Power sockets available only behind the TV and near one bed side. No power sockets in the bathroom (built-in hair dryer provided by the hotel). Not really bothered by stains and small damages on the wall, but sharing if anyone else could be bothered by this. The same applies to the old, outdated and stained carpet. Elevator slow. Bed is comfortable and clean. Breakfast (buffet) is fine, everyone could find something for themselves. Restaurant personnel is mostly welcoming and kind apart few of them found to be rude. Depending on the room location, pigeons entering the room when balcony doors open. Nevertheless, needless to say: never coming back.

Quite decent Hotel. Just the location at a loud and busy street might not be ideal for sleep ;) The service was always super friendly.

Great location and large rooms. The breakfast buffet was also OK. Check-in and check-out was very easy. However, there were several problems: - The rooms are never clean, although the cleaners are constantly inside. My room was full of other people's hair and there was some garbage left from previous guests. I had no "do not disturb" sign for the door, so whenever I left the room, cleaners would come in. They threw out some of my papers and food that I had purchased. - The rooms are very, very loud. I was woken up very early by other guests or cleaners because there is a gap under the door of the room. Every night and early morning there would be loud talking outside of my door, so it was hard to sleep. - The bathrooms are ok, but not clean, and the shower leaked. There was no hot water unless you turned on the faucet of the sink at the same time. Overall the hotel was acceptable (mostly because it is a great location), but it felt unclean and loud.

Bad practice to advertise a pool and spa to customers who will discover on-site they are not available for months!

Had a very enjoyable weekend at this Hotel, the breakfast was good and had variety, also tried out their restaurant at lunch and was pleased with the food. Its location is perfect if you want to visit the city, being right in the heart of Ploiesti means all the museums are close and within a walking distance. The rooms are large, well equipped and comfy. The staff was friendly and the other guests seemed like friendly good people too. I would definitely stay here if I were to visit the city again.

Very nice hotel. Good sized rooms and very clean bathrooms! It has good TV channels and comfy beds. Breakfast is delicious and I strongly recommend the orange and peach juice;) I like the A/C and the water pressure is wonderful. I had a rlly nice experience! Thank you!!

Clean room but really small. Good location but hard to find a parking spot.
