I had a double Deluxe room. WiFi was not good, in fact I was using my Mobil data all the time. Almost no foreign TV channels, definitely not what I expect from such a high priced room. Hilton prices, almost Hilton standards. I’m not a friend of unnecessary luxury anyway. Hotel is ok, but the area around the hotel looks disastrous. Specially the parking area just in front of the hotel, dirty and dangerous looking at night. Save travels.

A very shabby looking hotel from outside and in the foyer. Rooms are spacious and updated. Very good room facilities. No pool available. Gym is adequately furnished. The bar is poor. Restaurant was barely open. Breakfast plentiful and tasty.

A mix of fairly good and blunt bad! Room is nice, big TV, batteries out on RC, fridge empty, not even water, although 38 C outside!!!

I will not recommend this place from now on. Rooms are good, but you can't open the windows, water battery in a very bad condition. I was not able to turn on the water for the shower. The bins were not cleaned up for all my stay (3 nights)

Very nice hotel! Recently renovated, with everything that you need in the room, which a quite large and airy. The breakfast is great!

The hotel just opened a new wing. I stayed in a new, very spacious, room. But... Minibar was totally empty and the shower was a complete mess: water was going everywhere! Bathroom floor flooded and water went also in the room, flooding the carpet! Other details make me think that the works was completed in hurry, without attention to details. Staff is ok, and breakfast is good.

Good price for what you get. Clean Nice rooms. But! They have some kind of mallfunction speakers in the rooms over the bed, generating some static noise in random intervals... Water for showering is not warm and its like" 1 liter of water per hour". Food in the restaurant ok. Breakfast very good, Goood egs! Try them! Salute!

On first view of room when I come in it looks really good. Room is really big, big bed, nice tv, smart lights, nice bathroom, but... Heating is not working well in the rooms, I needed to change two rooms because of heating. In first room, when I told reception that my heating is not working, guy from maintence has come to fix heating and he took out filter from heating device which was so much dirty. They are not changing filters in device at all. When I got second room, heating was again problem and also a broken window which has not fitted very well and cold air from out side is comming in the room. Third room was okay finally. They are not tooking out garbage at all. I haven't got for my four nights new toilet paper. They are changing towels but that new towel are dirty!!! They have also problems with internet and getting off the electricity power in whole hotel so one morning I have eated a breakfast in the dark. Hotel haves 13 floors but they have just parking for almost 5 cars!!! If I need to come again to Ploieşti, I will not come here for sure.

A dark and dated but probably the best hotel in Ploiesti, and the location is great. Breakfast is reasonable as well.

Das Zimmer war nicht gereinigt, die Toilette nicht gereinigt und ein Kissen war mit Schminke verschmutzt. Ich denke das reicht. 🥴 In jedem Fall für mich, indem ich dieses Hôtel nicht mehr buche.

I would definetly not recommend this hotel. My 3 days spent here was an adventurous experience. Firstly, I found my room with only two towels, one small and a larger one. But it was even more dissapointing to find out that there was no hand soap at all, no shower gel, and ony 1 shampoo, quite not enough for a 5 star hotel. At the reception I was told to excuse the cleaning ladies, because nowdays they are very tired....I mean what??? The bathtub is useless, you cannot fill it with water because there is no water stopper...what a trick for reducing the water bill, huh! Furthermore, the spa - including the sauna and the pool, was under renovation, but they didn't bother to post this on website, to communicate it at the reception. The food is not worthy as well for a 5 star hotel. And the most painfull thing was that by my mistake, I forgot my laptop charger in the room, and 10 hours after my check-out, I called to ask them to return it, but surprise, they were lying saying that nothing was there. In conclusion - very poor services, moderate comfort, below average food, and the staff was awful.

Very bad experience! My card was debited for an amount higher than the validated price and the finance department didn't want to refund me! I wasted time to recover several hundred euros. Not a word of apology and I realised it wasn't the first time... The rooms are outdated, old and this hotel lacks empathetic and honest staff. I wouldn't recommend it at all, it doesn't deserve these 4* even by local standards!
