Azi am avut o experienta neplacuta la Dedeman. Am facut mai multe cumparaturi printre care si o tigaie pentru clătite, care avea un pret oferta, (pretul scris pe hartie galbena) de 33,50 lei. La casa insa a taxat 36,20 lei. Pentru ca am citit la plecare bonul si am sesizat imediat doamna casiera, a trebuit sa pierd 15 minute pentru a merge la informatii unde se face retur pentru produs (ca si cum eu as fi returnat produsul, ceea ce nu corespunde cu realitatea). Se cer date cu caracter personal ce incalca legea in vigoare (nume, adresa), se face factura de retur pe care eu o semnez si mi se dau banii. Apoi, doamna de la informatii merge cu mine la casa si DIN NOU CUMPAR PRODUSUL, de data aceasta, LA PRETUL REAL DE LA RAFT. Mi se justifica prin faptul ca este personal putin si nu pot actualiza preturile in sistem. Acum a fost vorba despre aproximativ 3 lei.... Putea sa fie si o diferenta de 10 lei. Cati clienți citesc bonurile. Multi merg pe incredere si le arunca imediat. Nu este corect ca eu sa pierd din timpul meu pretios pentru greseala altora. Iar procedura cu retur de produs, nu face altceva decât sa ascunda gunoiul sub pres. Adica, sa nu se recunoasca in fapt greselile. Eu nu am cerut retur ci am cerut sa se aplice pretul corect. ATENTIE MARE LA CE SE TAXEAZA LA CASA!!!
