Overall it was a good stay, it was clean & the staff was nice and helpful.We stayed in the White Junior Suite, it was a little small (for 2 adults & 3 kids) but not too bad. It's not in the center, but if you have a car it's a great location. It's only 5-10minutes from center and all the places to visit, in the front there is a karting place and a lovely park. The only thing I didn't like was the breakfast which was really poor, just a tiny corner with small choice. But still, I definitely recommend this hotel.

Everything was fine. The room was clean. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The location did not work for me but that's my mistake. Breakfast was good. Many people were smoking in the restaurant at night despite being against the law.

We booked the half of the hotel for our wedding. After the wedding, our friends informed us that some of their rooms were smelling after cigarettes. I spoke to the hotel manager and she was aware of this issue (it turned out to be a systematic issue), but she did not consider it necessary to inform us in advance or to resolve the issue before accommodating the guests. Also, the rooms are outdated, the bathroom fans were not working, the wallpapers were unglued, the carpets are stained. Also, for the price of 10lv per person, the breakfast was awful - small choice of food that was anything but delicious. Although the hotel has a nice location and free parking, until they fix the smell in the rooms, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Arrived 2 hours later than expected and was welcomed with open arms. Nowhere was open for food or drink so Nellie who was on desk managed to find us a kettle and 4 cups. Nothing was too much trouble for her to help us. Definately book breakfast. Its well worth the money. We will be back in the summer and will be stopping over at Park Hotel Plovdiv again and again. Extremely poor experience. Dirty rooms, a condom packaging underneath our bed. Spider webs in the corners, old and dirty mattresses. The bathroom ventilation was not working, which is not very nice. The only way heating the room was with a traditional air conditioner. Which means you have to choose to wake up as an icicle or with a sore throat from it drying up the air in the quite tight room. The staff was polite but other than it was all a disaster. The food was absolutely awful. We were here on New Years eve. We each got 2,3 pieces of cold meat with sauce and 3 pieces of macaroni and sauce for our “main dish”. The part of the restaurant where we were seated did not have any speakers nearby. So we just sat and listened to the music coming from the other part. Completely ruined our New Years eve. When we asked the DJ to turn up the music, he refused and said that the owner of the Hotel does not allow it. Almost all of the plates were dirty, both at dinner and breakfast. We had to wait for the breakfast table to be refilled for 20 minutes, because the kitchen was obviously not suitable for cooking for that many people (around 50-60) and again the breakfast was very bland and just not good. To finish it off there are almost no anti COVID measures taken. The staff does not wear masks, upon arrival they do not ask guests for their green certificates which is absurd. Absolutely do not recommend this place to anyone. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Dirty and smelly mattress, furniture and bathroom that probably has not been changed since the creation of the hotel, marks of constant water leaks all over the bathroom ceiling and walls, torned up curtains. I can only hope I did not catch something from the dirty and moldy air in the room. Overall very unpleasant place, I'm really shocked that it has so many good reviews...

I chose it because it's located near the industrial zone. Nice atmosphere in the lobby and the staff was helpful. Breakfast was pretty good too. The room was nice, bed was firm, but the decor was absurd. Like someone had a lot of money to waste on superfluous carpentry.

3 stars ranked, but very comfortable, the staff was friendly, well equiped for corona times, the rooms are clean and large. The breakfast is very good, especially the cheese pie. Close to the Old Center, less than 10 minutes by taxi, which is very cheap, 4.34 leva.

Typical 3/4 star city hotel. Don’t expect too much. Rooms are not so big, but spacious enough. Service is good. The food in the restaurant is ok. Most fo the time there is enough parking space in front or around the property so this is a big plus. There is a park nearby and depending on the room there could be some noise coming from the nearby carting track.

Rooms are smelly, bathroom not clean properly. Shower makes huge mess, has a small glass so spills everywhere, no doonas. Breakfast really average. Includes a coffee in a machine that taste horrible. But you can pay for a ‘better cappucino’ from another coffee machine.. Otherwise food from the restaurant is good. And theres a nice kids park in front of it

Paid for park view, but we got a view of the karting track instead... also there were stains on the wall. This was not their cheapest room mind you, we paid for an upgrade with a view and a top floor...room was on 3rd floor.

Very good acommodation and clean rooms. Near road but also park. Breakfast a bit dissapointing.

Lovely Hotel with A/C very very reasonable regarding staying eating and Drinking, Staff very helpful and friendly used translation on phones when none English speaking people were not around and it worked so well ,would stay again

I use the spa center at the hotel for its steam bath and quiet corner with heated chairs. The location is great, near to a park so it's suitable for nice walk in the park followed by a "me time".
