A really bad place to stay! The room was very dirty and we found hair in the pillow and in the sheets. There is no air in the room and you can not even open the windows that are locked. The "breakfast" is nauseous. The staff thinks only of taking money. No "hello" and no "goodbye". The hotel is dark and at night the luminous signs are turned off. It was better to sleep outdoors under the Roman ruins of this beautiful city. Please do not sleep here and do not even go in to ask for information. The only thing that works is the machine to take your money.

Extremely disappointed. I made a reservation 2 months ago and over a week ago I decided to call to check if everything was ok with my reservation but no one answers or returns my calls. Tried by email, again no response...

I don't recommend this place. The hotel is near to the center but there's no comfort. The room was dirty without any floor cleaning. A lot of dust inside the room and the entire structure. Fridge broken and no natural air in the room from the window. I found hairs in the best (not mine). Breakfast included garantee big nausea due to a machine which make the wost coffee I ever drinked. Nothing good to eat. Receptionist are not welcoming, they just ask you money. Don't go there if you want a standard good stay. It is just awful.

The hotel is ok for an overnight stay. Longer stays suffer from poor service - rooms are not cleaned, garbage bins are not emptied, new towels, soap, shower gel, etc. are not offered.

This small boutique hotel was a good surprise to us. It started with very friendly and polite receptionists who went above and beyond helping us printing our travel papers / Antoaneta/and helping navigate our way to the city. / Plamena/. Way to go! Thank you for the, great job!

Seven Hills is a hotel near by the old town of Plovdiv. Regretable we did not have a positive feedback as the parking of the hotel was busy and we had to park outside and it was qite difficult in finding places in this area. The room was big but not very well maintained. The breakfast was poor and unsuffiicient. Too much money for what can be offered. The location is good, but that is all.

Old but nice hotel in the historical center of Plovdiv. Have a bar and friendly staff. On zero floor have zone for breakfast and conference hall
