Have to agree with the other complaints. It has 4 stars on the roof, but this is 2 or 3 stars at most. Even though booking shows the restaurant is open, both restaurant and bar are completely closed. Not even possible to order any food or at least drinks to your room. Not worth the money.

The location of this hotel is very accessible both from the near highway and the main city roads. It also has a big commercial centre with lots of shops, offices and activities

The room was clean, large, comfortable and very quiet. Recommended for sure. The only negative point is that the swimming pool water was rather cold despite the very hot outside temperature.

The Wi-fi signal is terrible and there is no Nova TV in the channel list!

I really liked the view from my room which was on the 16th floor. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioner warmed the room pretty quickly. The sewing kit came just in hand. TV had a lot of channels. The receptionist during check in was very nice and helpful. The overall hygiene was good except 1-2 problems. Towels and linen were fresh and clean. Very, very good quality for its value. The WiFi is very weak and low speed. There were nail clippings and hairs in the bathroom, which I consider a severe hygiene violation. During check out I had to wait for the receptionist to finish a 5-minute call.

The building itself is old but everything inside is renovated. The rooms are more than spacious, well-furnished and supplied with everything needed. I am impressed!

Don't go there it is bad

Comparing prices with other hotels in the city service level is too low. The main problem is that the condition of the rooms are very different. There are nice rooms in good condition, others in pretty bad. As about hygiene, furniture, matraces its like gambling. Prices are always the same. It is obvious that due to the size of the hotel they are not able to manage it...

Looks like an old communist hotel with some fresh paint on it. The double room was small, the double bed was small, we only had one large towel for two. But the personnel was cheerful and helpful, the breakfast was included and ok, and the city is small enough to have cheap taxis to go downtown and back.

So disappointing place, the room and bathroom weren't cleaned, there was no blankets just because was summer even thunderstorm and temperature were under 15 degrees, we asked 4 times at least before get some, after all we have to pay for the pool no matter whether we are guests' of the hotel or not. Only the coffee on breakfast was incredible, that was the only good thing in that hotel.

The pool area wasn’t good. The food in the restaurant wasn’t nice at all. Not coming back again.

Would have been better if the swimming pool was only for the guests of the hotel, too overcrowded, shouting and jumping around me wasn't exactly how I was imagining it.

The new wing's rooms are nice but the one we were had a sliding bathroom door which is not a good idea. The service of the hotel is bad at the lobby bar and reception.
