Good hotel in the old industrial side of town, generous size room, and clean... Unfortunately the restaurant was closed for guests, as the staff was busy only with a sporting group. Think as a stop over hotel!

False advertising: We got scammed by the ads on booking of the hotel which tells that there is a nice spa in the hotel but in reality there is none! Same on Google Maps where you can see pictures of the spa but when you ask about it to the staff of the hotel they just tell you it doesn’t exist... There is even a big poster at the first floor showing how nice the spa is.. Not nice to be scammed!

Hotel is nice, a bit outside the center but very comfortable. The staff are friendly. The breakfast is somewhat basic continental, but with tasty Turkish items

Bulgarian is not native for the staff, sometimes leads to misunderstandings, not sure how their English is. Rooms are clean and new.

Clean, isolated and well air conditioned rooms. Breakfast is highly recommended. My home at Plovdiv.

Nice hotel with relative small rooms but Very clean.Staff is very kind and helpful and the parking in front of the hotel is very convenient.The only negative is that there is no restaurant so you have to leave the hotel and search around.

Fabulous experience. Room was exactly as shown and described, waow. Plenty of fresh bottled water each day, complimentary wine offered and great to have a mini fridge in the room

The rooms were clean and the prices were affordable. There was no parking problem. Turkish language support available
