Rooms could be better taken care of. Breakfast, too. Otherwise location is perfect, all the city's highlights are walking distance away. Hotel building looks fancy, especially in the night.

3* because this hotel is cheap and very near of the center of the town. But breakfast is horrible Rooms are correct, but not enough light We needed to pay by cash and by advance the four nights cause we were not bulgarian i suppose. A part this, no problem with this hotel. ratio quality/price is correct

Nice place with great location and views of the park. The air conditioner was broken all 2 days and the breakfast was awful, although this didn't ruin our stay in Plovdiv.

We reserve apartment for 2 adults and 2 kids, but there was only one extra bed. The receptionist offer to us 2 double rooms for 50 BGN extra. Also there are construction 🏗️ works of the building 🏢. Bad choose, bad treatment by the staff. Never again

Extremely rude personnel or altogether missing, we weren't even greeted at the reception, more like snarled, and since there was a confusion with the reservation the woman thought that she could be condescending to us, instead of explaining the problem properly. Took us 25 minutes to solve the problem, after she finally decided to share what the problem was, instead of making remarks under her nose. The room was okay, although for a double room it only had one set of toiletries. When we went to the restaurant for breakfast there was absolutely nobody in the room for over a half hour, so there was nobody to ask how to operate the coffee machine, or for extra bread.

Worst. Stay. Ever. Rooms weren't cleaned at all, seems like the housekeeper took a dump right before we checked in; staff rude and incompetent - had to reprogram keys after every outing, which meant multiple trips back and forth room to reception until they get it right; bathroom shower spraying in all directions but down and extractor fan loud as a train; towels smelled of different perfumes and after the first night the bathmat was picked up from the floor and placed right on top of the other towels; breakfast is from 6 AM which is written everywhere, but only until 9 AM, even on weekends and you don't see this announced anywhere; the cherry on top was after we checked out, they chased us up on the street for minibar consumption, only to apologise later that the housekeeper couldn't see the small alcohol bottles in the fridge. Location and prices can never compensate for the ridiculously uncomfortable stay.

Fake breakfast listed . Be aware. They give a bag called breakfast. They use COVID as excuse not serve properly. I came today from Sofia and many hotels have full breakfast buffet .

The only nice thing is the location. No parking place, no breakfast, dirty rooms, bad beds and pillows, bad sound insulation, no shower gel in the bathroom. They wanted me to pay cash, and only after I insisted to pay by card they somehow managed to switch on their device...

Great location, very close to Kapana and the main street. Rooms are small and a little bit cold. There isn't enough light. The water in the bathroom had a strange taste.

More or less everything I was looking for in terms of location and comfort. The only problem is the lack of parking options.

Very nice hotel, it should really have better reviews. The room is large enough and clean, the bathroom is clean snd nice, air conditioning working, very nice staff. The parking is in front of the hotel but you must pay. But the staff will help you pay the parking I recommend
