Great location but the place is quite filthy and very poor maintained. First thing we noticed once we got into the room was that someone had been smoking there and they just sprayed deodorant around. Even the bed sheets were strongly smelling like smoke and deodorant mixed. Then we could not but notice multiple broken stuff around. Holes in the wall, lack of cleaning... The attention during breakfast was nice, and the location could not be better. But this hotel needs a lot of work in their rooms and cleaning standards. Pictures speak by themselves.

The hotel has outstanding location ,however there is a lot more to desire from the facility. The rooms need renovation ,there was mold inside the bathroom and the overall feeling was the room is not very clean. A lot of the lights were not working/missing light bulbs. The doors were squeaky ,the doors of the wardrobe were broken and so cold (breakfast) that was included ,was extremely cheap and not recommended. The hotel has an outstanding location ,but should really invest in renovation and quality.

Dirty floor, small room and deceptive marketing! What you see online is way worse in person. No handrail and needs renovation. 50$ is overcharging . Should be 50 Bulgarian Lev. DO NOT STAY HERE. DO NOT. Central location is only plus.

Very good small hotel. We stayed in the suite which was large with a great terrace! The hotel is situated at the heart of the city! From the windows you can watch the old town! The staff is kind and helpful! The only negative is that there is no elevator!

Always a pleasure to stay in. English speaking staff who are extremely friendly. Rooms aren't 100% and is a little dated, but for the price, staff, location and breakfast included, you can't go wrong.

The location is great - right in the heart of the old center of Plovdiv. The service is poor. There is no breakfast and the iron is rusty.
