Nice art atmosphere and pleasant staff. The hotel is near the Old City of Plovdiv, the Ancient Stadium of Philipopolis, and the Kapana district, making it a comfortable place to stay.

We arrived to this hotel late night and even-though it was past their check in time they still made special accommodations for us despite the fact that it was the receptionist birthday but she still came anyway and was super polite and helpful. The room is fantastic. Large, clean and has everyone one needs. The view is breathtaking and the hotel is in a very central location just a few steps away from city center in a quiet neighborhood that is so lovely and peaceful. we highly recommend this hotel for any occasion! Thank for you giving us a great experience.

The place is perfect for resting and exploring the city. Staff is super nice and lovely and the rooms look very cosy and comfortable. Ours had a terrace with view to so much green plants and shade. Definitely would recommend and come back ☀️

I love this hotel! We visit it every year with my family. Everything is great - location in the heart of the city, clean spaceous rooms, always helpful people at reception, free parking.

The staff is really friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, but there was a lack of hot water in the mornings.

This place is amazing and it has such an amazing view! It's slightly more expensive if you want the deluxe suite but its so nice and worth it in my opinion. I had a great time there and I will save this place for my next visits in Plovdiv. There is a weird catering system for breakfast which I feel like needs to be tweaked. My only problem was with the balcony door because I opened it once and I could not close it after that. Anyway, the place has such a nice location but you'll need to walk a bit to be able to get some coffee or breakfast. Would recommend 7/10

I'm quite surprised this hotel is open and operating. It stood empty for years because the building couldn't be licensed as a hotel due to the main entrance and at least one fire escape opening directly onto a road (no pavement) on a sharp bend with a steep slope and poor visibility. And then suddenly... it's a hotel. Not sure how though, the front door still opens directly onto the road. I nearly ran someone over there a couple of weeks ago, they were standing outside the door of the hotel, in the middle of the road obviously, talking to someone still inside the lobby. She shouted an obscenity to me in Greek and refused to get out of the way. Lovely.

Comfortable and quiet room. Nice advice what to see and we were given a city map. Very well located. Parking spots In the street in front of the hotel.

Shower attacks at uncomfortable moments. Great staff that waited for us even though we were 10 minutes late for check-in. Very cool. Good for hiking lovers.

If you cherish great views, stay at this hotel (make sure you book a room with a view)! On top of that it’s located AT the very centre of the city. Extremely kind personnel. Rooms are equipped with a kettle, so that hot drinks can be self prepared. Offering breakfast to the guests is a potential for improvement.
