This is by far my favorite chick fil a to go to. I always stop by really early in the morning and even then everyone is always in a cheery mood and very attentive. Worst Chick fil A i have ever been to! I waited which i dont mind but to have food that is completely cold and old is horrible. Ordered 3 Meals. All cold. You can tell nuggets were sitting or put back in the fryer. Dried to core. Next time ill drive further for better quality.

Drive Thru experience was terrible. Cars were moving at a good pace when I joined the line. Then things came to a standstill. And there is NO way to exit or leave past a certain point. Within the 45mins I entered the drive thru line to when I got my food, I decided I will never visit this location again unless going inside. My chicken biscuit was terrible too. Barely warm, biscuit looked like someone's mashed leftovers, and the hasbrowns were trash. So with that, I'll probably avoid the inside too.

Most unorganized and chaotic Chick-fil-A I’ve ever been to. Do NOT recommend. We just tried to do a takeout order and had to sit down just to place an order, which took 15 minutes and they forgot items. It was a hot mess in this place.

The service has gotten much better since I last reviewed them. They are very friendly and handle my orders with care. The drive-thru lane moves quickly, especially if you order from the mobile app. And using the app is a great way to get rewarded.

The drive-thru takes FOREVER at this location, like it’s truly unbelievable. Today I had to wait 20 minutes! And you can’t even leave the line, you are stuck and forced to wait! I thought Chick-fil-A was supposed to have a time efficient system? Very frustrating!

This place here is the worst chick fil A the wait time here on drive through is 38 min for food this place here doesn't believe in rush 😑 I will never come here anymore the worst. Plus the food was not hot it was warm as if it was sitting for so long because 38 min waiting after I ordered this was not a good breakfast and I was late for my meeting because I thought it was going to be in and out but that's not the case it's like they want people to see the drive through busy so they can say we are busy when it's not that it's the staff that's working moving slow and talking to people like if they are zombies. I like to see how long it takes at lunchtime wow I rather go to another chicken FIL but this one doesn't even say sorry for the long wait meaning that this happens a lot here.

We arrived here with the family, plenty of parking, fantastic service, the staff were very helpful and kind. We really enjoyed the chicken here, it was so amazing we can't wait to return. 🌻 Service was absolutely fantastic. It was very clean here to. 💯 Recommend 🌻 we will definitely be returning 🌻

Since I arrived I have not stopped admiring Mrs. Katty, she is kind, very attentive and with a great will to do her best in her job. Thank you Mrs. Katty, you are a person worthy of admiration. her personality is amazing

Seems like everytime I come and there's a long line I'm next in line the regie. Opens I walk up and the girl just walks away and I have to wait on someone else to finish before I can make my order I was last one in line and you'd have cleared it if they just taken one more person. But no who cares about the guy at the end of the line no one here apparently no one here.

Nicest experience I have ever had at any Chic Fil A. The manager was the most welcoming, alongside one of the team members who took my order inside. Wish I could have gotten his and her name, we came in around 9 pm on a Wednesday, and some of the best service I have ever had.

Watched you guys take orders from the cars that pulled up after us on the other side of the drive through three times before our order was taken. Why in the world are we not taking the first people to arrive? They very very much knew we arrived first as we were at the end of the drive through when the other three got there. They were outside and did this. No excuse but too lazy to walk to the other side. Rude as heck. 315 pm on Halloween.

One of my kids favorite fast food places, always clean , the service is excellent. Every time we eat at this location the food is great and the service is the best. Thank you to your teammate jeshua for going above in his service

Typical Chick Fil A…efficient, easy ordering and great customer service. I ordered the new Honey Pimento sandwich and it was very tasty. A little bite and slight sweetness. I really enjoyed it and will have it again before it’s gone.

Seriously forgot the sauce that is specific to the sandwich. Forgot the toy for kids meal. Gave five grilled nuggets instead of six. The kids meal nuggets were spicy AF. This has got to be the worst Chick-fil-A ever. Every time I order from them lately something is missing from the order. Thought the company prided themselves on going above and beyond, not constantly messing stuff up.

Delivery and they got the order right! (Except they forgot the sauces) . I needed some soup because I was sick last night and needed something to eat. Their soup is so good and definitely hit the spot. So did the coke. The fries were very soft and I like them a bit more crispy aka well done. The others loved their nuggets, as usual.

Came home exited I ordered a large fruit bowl to share. Disappointed it was less than half way full. 😕

Placed an order on the mobile app and then waiting a good 15 mins until the manager asked what I was waiting for. I tried to be patient and I understand they were busy. She said they never received my order. And verified on my app that I had the correct location. She reordered my food , said she was going to promo it because I’ve been waiting a while . But my card was still charged for the order. General manager gave me my new order but I was missing multiple items from my order. I was very patient and understanding but after waiting almost 25 mins for a mobile order and my order being wrong was very frustrating. Also , the first manager to try and fix the order should have followed thru and made sure that I would be refunded my original order and especially made sure my order was correct . Chick fil a usually has very high quality and customer service . This location is very chaotic or at least when I was there .

The best fast food restaurant on the planet, particularly because of their amazing staff. Forget the food, it's a bit salty, but that's everywhere. The staff restore my faith in fast food workers every time.

I stopped to pick up some food for my son and his friends and the location was clean, welcoming and the team very helpful and efficient. They didn't have platter-like meals on the boards, but there was a poster about catering. Regardless, the person at the counter helped guide me and the food came out hot and fresh - and as you'd expect, very tasty :-)

6/24/2023 - this was the worst service I've ever gotten at a CFA. The food portion was also less than normal. But Isabel at the front was very standoffish. She just looked at us as we were in line. Didn't greet or say she was ready. While we were ordering, she just gave us a blank stare and didn't acknowledge anything. Just this blank stare... then we paid and she gave us the receipt. Again, saying nothing.... a few minutes later, another customer was very upset by her actions saying she was smirking at her - tbh I'm not surprised. What a weird experience. It's not what you receive or expect from CFA at ALL.

The service was poorly here. I’ve been here in the past and had no problems but they always seem to forget something in my bag. The employees don’t look like they want to be there. The prices are outrageous employees better be getting paid well at least. Food is good when they don’t forget something. App doesn’t let me enter notes anymore. Just unbelievable I’d rather go to another county to get my food then to come here.

There salads are pretty good, I ordered the Cobb salad with grilled chicken and no complaints, their fries are the best especially with their Chick-fil-A sause, & there lemonade is great too. No complaints.

Frosted lemonade was watery and not as full as it should’ve been. Not sure if it was made with diet lemonade but it was pretty flavorless. Sandwich had pickles when I asked for no pickles. Other than that it was OK. Very unhappy :(

Great experience. Cashier was attentive to my gluten-free needs. When she was unsure she gave printout of ingredients. Made an separate shake just to make sure it was gf. Autumn spice shake delicious 😋

Wanted to grab something quick to eat last night before making it home and we were trapped on the drive-thru line for nearly 40 minutes. Never again. Fries were good and according to my family the food too. But there is no way of getting out of that line at all. It's a trap!

A little difficult to maneuver through the construction but SO with it. Some of the best sea food I have had. Staff was very friendly and efficient places very clean and one of the owners actually came out and spoke to each person at the table it was said extra little touch that made such a difference

Been here before ,but I don't know what happened but this morning. I went through right side lane to order. I had five cars literally bypass me on the left lane for whatever reason unknown. On top of that I get my food to go and no napkins. Please let's get this corrected I love Chick-fil-A and this was a very poor experience here

I really want this place to be my favorite but the French fries ruin it for me. They are always under cooked. They are always raw. Waffle fries need a few more minutes or put less in a basket when frying. Also I didn’t realize that I needed to request my receipt every time. You can’t upload them to the app if you don’t have them. I do want to say that everyone there is very friendly.

Wow wow that's awesome chicken and service.. The drive thru was excellent and so friendly. The food was freshly made And Jeez the chicken was Great . . tender and juicy and let's go with the waffle fries 🍟 they were tasty and not greasy. Love them.. my New favorite chicken sandwich.. Go ahead and get one you won't regret it...

Online ordering is my go to and I always order the market salad, spicy chicken sandwich with a lemonade or sweet tea. The staff are so friendly have not had any issues with my orders here yet.

An absolute great place to go out and enjoy some excellent food with the family. Always friendly and the service is excellent. Can go at anytime and the food is always fresh and the taste is amazing. I can't really say enough good things about this place. You should go and enjoy the food and atmosphere. And they way they can run a drive through is absolutely amazing....flawless every time.
